I highly recommend Oak Park Medical Clinic. The front desk staff’s welcoming efficiency always impresses me, and being greeted with kindness is so reassuring. Dr. Muder Al-Jubury provides excellent care and attention. In a healthcare system overwhelmed with pressures, Oak Park Medical Clinic remains a safe harbour for primary care. I am very grateful for their services.

Cannot thank the team here enough for taking such quality and professional care of me today. Walked in at opening and got an appointment for 10 am - was referred for xrays and had them done offsight by noon. Consult that was supposed to be next day ended up being at 1: 40 today and my fractured wrist was on the mend by 2: 30. Thank you to everyone, especially the reception team! Will absolutely refer them to my closest people. Sucks that we had to meet but I am very glad I ended in your hands!

I have been seeing Dr. Ing for too many years to count. I find the staff very pleasant and always willing to go beyond the asking.

They have a very lazy and easy going person working at the reception, called thrice to book an appointment and every time after their welcome greeting the person at the reception just kept the phone aside for me to listen to match commentary.

Please be considerate about the people who are calling you, we are calling for medical issues and emergencies and not for ordering pizza.

Let me just say how incredibly amazing everyone at this clinic is from the support staff to the doctors. They are always so accommodating. We know how overworked our health care system is but everyone here always try’s their best to get us in as quickly as possible and they are incredibly accommodating to our busy schedules. I’ve been waiting for months to get a referral from the Oakville hospital to see a specialist and had tried numerous times to follow up and get some sort of update. All they would say is “a few more weeks, the specialists are busy” all the while more and more time is passing and my symptoms continue to get worse. I made a call today to this clinic at 9am had an appointment at 12: 22pm and had the specialist contact me at 1: 39pm to book me in. All I can say is thank you so much for getting things done whatever you guys did it worked lol. I finally can sleep a little better knowing my appointment is finally booked. Also just to note this is a common occurrence my entire family, wife and 3 kids all attend this clinic and they have been amazing to all us is so many ways. We feel like they treat us like family and would recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist is very weird. In the middle of a conversation she just said bye and hung up the phone on me.

I’ve been a patient at this clinic for about 5 years now, staff is very sweet and to the point. Waiting times are a bit long, and you’ll most likely be waiting a bit for your appointment but it usually isn’t a long wait. Dr. Cheng is very professional and friendly!

I've been seeing Dr. Sharma for years and have only positive things to say about him and the clinic. He's kind, attentive, and thorough, and the front desk staff (despite always being overwhelmed) are generally very helpful and accommodating (especially Shev and Denise).

My mom and I have been with this clinic for years/ decades. With Dr Ing and Dr Choi respectively. I have nothing but good things to say. They are accommodating, professional and caring. I love the staff, they are caring and although often busy, are always courteous. The clinic can sometimes get busy but there is a shortage in healthcare these days. -Despite that, they can always fit me in somewhere in a need. I’m very happy and grateful overall to be with them.

Shev at reception is by far the best and the only helpful receptionist at the desk. Very sweet even over the phone. In regards to the white receptionist she needs to be more observant, personal and just try to help others especially when we rely on the front desk. The Doctors are amazing here especially Dr. Nada Rizk one of the best doctors I’ve met coming from a place where private healthcare is the norm. I’ve had terrible experiences moving back to Canada especially with healthcare and not finding the right doctors. Nada Rizk sees my mother, two brothers and father. She has really helped us in ways we can’t thank her enough.

This clinic is absolutely amazing! They were so accommodating and kind to me when I was desperate for an appointment. It’s been so difficult to find a walk in clinic who’s still doing in person appointments during covid and they helped me when I needed it most. The receptionist and nurse were so patient and helpful with me and did everything they could to help me get the care I needed. Thank you again Dr. Rizk and team! If I could give you 10 stars I would!

Our family have been going to Oak Park Medical for more than 20 years. Dr. Sharma is the most caring, intelligent and wonderful doctor. It is a great peace of mind that he works to keep himself current on the latest health developments and available therapies. The front admin are also great, we generally work with Shiv who always goes the extra mile to attend to any of our requests, she's a complete gem! Thank you Dr. Sharma, Shiv and team!

My doctor is Dr Hanoosh. He's very good, listens carefully and respects a patient's knowledge about themselves. To those who feel they have been waiting too long: Medicine is about triage; the sickest are seen first. I have found that being "on-time" in a doctor's clinic is not how to measure good medical care. Remember, they will end up seeing you first if you have the most reason to be seen first.

Staff and doctor both are excellent, specially Dr. Sharma he is really polite and helped me in many ways. But the wait time over here is really terrible. I was having a appointment at 1: 30 pm and doctor came to me at 3 pm. I don’t know how their system works but it is really terrible.

The staff (especially Shev) and Doctor Rizk are fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for highly professional, attentive and personal care.

Did a walk in at 9: 54am, watch people come and go till it was 10: 35am sitting there no one is calling me in, told the lady I have to go to work I have been sitting there for 40 min, she said to me there is still two more persons before me.holy cow never me again.

I've always been treated well at the Oak Park clinic, anything from calls to walk-ins to scheduled appointments. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient with my information. They are also positive and welcoming. Dr. Rizk is exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She responds to all my questions and concerns with clarity and patience. Thanks!

Oak park medical clinic is by far one of the best clinic my self and my family has ever attended.
The facilities is clean and spacious the doctors and the office staff including the drugstore staff are all very helpful and courteous.
Appointments are on time, it’s like every thing minor delays here and there not because of the office staff, but because patients book an appointment for one problem but once inside with the doctors most time they complain about others thing.
With the doctors being helpful as they are would listen and attend with no hesitation I know because my family and I did it a few times.
I have no doubt in my mind and no hesitation in recognizing and recommending the oak park clinic and drugstore as the one health facility in and around Oakville.

Love the staff, love my doctor. I've noticed a lot of patients at this clinic and it seems like all their doctors are popular. Walk-in times can be long but it's no surprise when you have a great clinic like this one. Hence, get there early.

The clinic is always so accommodating for my family and I. Whenever we need anything they do their best to make sure our needs are met. Dr. Rizk is our family doctor and is always very helpful to our entire family.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Dr. Rizk is probably one of the BEST physicians out there. She truly cares about her patients and really gets to know them and their troubles. If you require a specialist, she will recommend you straight away and ensures that the specialist is knowledgeable as well.

In addition to Dr. Rizk being great, the staff - nurses and receptionists - at Oak Park Medical are PHENOMENAL. If you’re ever in a bind they go out of their way to help you and truly care about your well being. So long as they are all there I will NEVER switch locations nor physician. I have been coming here for years and have encouraged all my family and friends to transfer, which all of them have!

I am a patient in the clinic since 2013. Clean & organised. The stuff are all so friendly. The know me & my family by name either when we visit or call. They are always trying to accommodate our needs. Dr Rizk is very professional & friendly at the same time. Even when she was on holidays, Dr. Ing accommodated me & I didn't feel i must wait for my main Dr.to come back for the urgent injury I had. The waiting time in case of walk-in sometimes is long, as the Doctors are good, but the staff always try to accommodate me (and other patients too) instead of us being booked after few days or weeks. I am happy with being the clinic patient & had/have no reason to leave it, although I have another new clinic closer to my house.

Dr Nada Rizk is an amazing physician, probably the most caring doctor I have ever met.

They recently changed the staff and they have an attitude problem, it is a pain now to call the office and try to get any information.even just confirm an appointment.management should fix this problem cause this used to well respected clinic.

Went there for urgent care, however they did the blood work and never got back to me. I had to rush to the hospital emergency as the doctor never got back and very blankly and bluntly said he has treated for the disease.

I felt discriminated by staff, if you are not the same nationality as a doctor you are going to see you will be always put at the end. As a walk-in patient many time I have been told that there is only 4 ppl in front of me and I have been waiting for 4 hrs.when ppl who came in after me where put in front of me because they have been the same nationality as a doctor. Even if they put you in the patient room you will be ignored. These stories repeated so many times for me that I had no other choice that to write this review.

Pointless to make an appointment, when they book 4 other people at the exact same time, bring all of them in first and then start to call walk-ins in before you. May as well be just a straight up wall in clinic. The scheduling and booking is terrible. They make you wait months to book an appointment just to make you wait an hour plus before seeing you. Absolutely terrible. Would give a negative 5 if possible.

THEY DONT RESPECT APPOINTMENT TIMES! Worst doctors office. My appointment was at 11am.didn’t get into the doctors office till 11: 20am.then made me wait in the small room for the doctor till 12pm! This is is how they treat appointment scheduled patients! Completely rude & try to get you out the door as fast as possible. I literally booked my appointment for my referral sheets months ago, show up on time & when the doctor finally decided to see me an hour past my schedule time I had to repeat my request to her 3 f*cking times. I get it the doctors are busy but so are other people & the least they could do is show some respect for their patients lives! I completely regret making this my “family” doctors office! I hope people see the honest negative reviews about this place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

If you have an APPOINTMENT be prepared to WAIT WELL OVER 1 HOUR. I understand if there's a medical emergency and priorities get bumped, but they purposely overbook themselves for more $$$. The front staff is usually nice, but the doctors are always in a rush to get you out the door as soon as possible. I know they have patients to see.but I've had to tell the doctor to close the door before examining me. Moreover, the doctor cut me off mid-way when I was explaining what was wrong and went straight to the meds. When I wanted to get clarification about the prescription all I got was a nod and an open door (to get out). Luckily I double checked with the very nice pharmacist at Walmart on how to take the treatment correctly, bless her.

My family of four have been with the Oakpark clinic and Dr. Ing since the year 2004 and I cannot thank the Doctors and Staff enough for what they have done for me and my family. My family doctor is Dr. Ing and I also see Dr. Sharma some times including Dr. Nada and Dr. Choi, a solid team of professionals who truly care about their patient's wellbeing. Staff is preofessional, and they do accommodate patient's requitements with scheduling, rescheduling or cancellations etc. Who are these people complaining about delayes, and walk-in wait time issues? Walk-ins as we know is not the walk in the park for any establishment especially medical clinics; have you ever tried walking in for services at your hair or nail salons? Walkins have same priority as you see in ERs where patients in most distress needs taken in first, so people should respect that. Pharmacy is conveniently located right beside main doors so you don't have to drive around for prescription medicins. Waiting area is comfortable, may need new furniture, chairs for sure as they have been there since the last major renovations. TV also keeps you occupied while you wait. My family of four and our 14 years of experience with this clinic, I can happily give 5 star rating all the way.

I had a horrible experience here the front desk ladies are just horrible they're on the phone instead of taking the customer first.
