Oakley Vault

My first visit I was having trouble finding lenses for an old pair of holbrooks. I came back about a week and a half later after researching a solution for what I needed. I was helped by kat on this visit, she actually remembered me from the last time I was there and the issue I had and had taken the time to research it not knowing if I was coming back or not, so luckily when I did come back she knew exactly what I needed! Thanks Kat that was awesome service!

Drove a ways to come here to have my sun glasses warrantied after the frame had broken and my local dealer refused to deal with it. I learned I had mis-read the Oakley warranty process on their website the guys behind the counter made some phone calls (on a Sunday night) and managed to make things possible that I drove back with new frames. Good customer service is getting very hard to find but I’m glad it still exists!

Went in there for a pair of sunglasses and the customer service was exceptional. Thanks to Victor we found the exact pair we were looking for. He seems genuinely enthusiastic about the brand and helping customers. 5 stars to him.

The service is pretty good and the staff are really nice and professional. I've been shopping around here for overver one hour, they are so patient and provided an amazingzing experience to me. All things are sorted out clearly and all transactions are smooth. I definitely will continue shopping here and also recommend it to my friends.

I have visited this store many times over the years as this is the closest store too my house and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this store and on top of that I would highly recommend Paul McKenna. He's was awesome to deal with and really knew his product. I would come back just to deal with him.

Paul gave us the best customer service me and my partner have ever received. From the moment we walked in, he was charismatic, kind, unbelievably knowledgeable, was able to help with every question we had, but never made us feel pressured. Great store. Lots of glasses to choose from. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bought 2 replacement lenses for my Rador frame. The 2 gentlemen who assisted me were very patient and took as much time as I needed to show me how to pop the new lenses in and out.

The people working there are young yet they are very professional. They work well within the team. Helpful and friendly. Visit their store and get exciting deals!

Exceptional service from the staff member who helped me there. He spent alot of time helping me with customizing my pair of glasses and made sure that I was happy before we finished up. He also made sure I saved the most amount of money with the sales going on. Highly recommend!
