I love how friendly everyone is here. And always so professional and caring. The staff is amazing. They all take great care of my pets.

I have to start with the fact that Miranda is AMAZING!

We just moved to the area and needed a vet, especially since our dog is currently visiting the OVC and we’re extremely concerned about her health.

So, on December 12, we noticed our dog’s breathing was impacting and we were seriously concerned. We called Oakridge and expressed our concerns and they got Xena in immediately and my partner was there for two hours to get assistant and they worked with our oncologist to ensure meds were okay for her to take.

Miranda has called us to check in with us and our dog and it means the world. We’ve been extremely stressed with our dog and she was so compassionate and helpful, compared to our previous vet.

I believe we found our new clinic in our new home and believe our dogs are in great hands

(Fired and forced to move out poor guy now) Very pricey for ear inspection and just Boosters it cost me 300 dollars and guess what I told them my E. S. A has a puffy ear maybe a infection she said I don't wanna go into this blindly but he does have a puffy ear maybe a blood clud that needs draining (NO REALLY WELL DUH!) that's a additional 500 f-ing dollars so 800 all together. I love my cat but since I lost everything I cannot afford such amount for my cat he's gonna suffer now, now im minus 250 in my bank cause I wanted to care for my emotional support cat.why isn't there a payment plan for this I'm scared for my cat and me now no home or food for a week and maybe more I screwed myself for rent and living hope I make it

We had been working with our regular vet to provide care for our senior dog, who was reaching the end of his life. We had been keeping him stable, but on a Friday evening, his condition took a sharp decline. Our vet was not open on weekends, and we needed to have him seen right away on the Saturday morning. Oakridge animal clinic was able to see him quickly and provided excellent and compassionate care. They did everything that they could to make both us and our dog comfortable. They were incredibly kind and validating when we reached the very difficult decision to humanely euthanize our beloved boy. Dr. Li was wonderful and walked us through every step of the process. Our vet tech Dani was also great. They did an amazing job helping us navigate one of the hardest days of our lives, and I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and the care that we and our dog received.

Once again, I took Rick for his annuals and had a wonderful experience. I love this vet so much, I even kept going to this vet when I moved to sarnia for a year for work, it's worth the drive. Dr Li and Katie are so kind, so great with big dogs like Rick. These ladies treat you and your family pet like they've known you forever every time and have such patience and experience that makes the whole process very easy and stress free. Thanks again ladies!

The environment is comfortable for your pet and you. Staff are very polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Back again a year later and things haven't changed. I would still highly recommend.

Never left without a minimum of a $600 bill. They over prescribe to the point I have to question everything they are recommending. And if I decline one product/service they recommend another. My dog had an ear infection, something she is prone to and instead of prescribing the same medicine, they recommend an ear inspection (which is additional $$$) because the vet said "she doesn't want to prescribe something blindly. " When she comes back, they tell me my dog is moving too much for them to see so they prescribe the same medicine I initially asked for and of course still charge me for the ear inspection.

Everyone at Oakridge was so incredibly sweet and caring to my baby for checkups, and attentive when listening to concerns I had about her. They helped me make the most out of the time I had left with her when stage four kidney disease was diagnosed. Thank you for making Cinnamon feel comfortable in her final moments.

Wonderful service from people who clearly care about their work and the animals that live with us.

Always over charge for every apt. Sent us home with pills that we never needed for our dog.

We have been using Oakridge Animal Hospital for a very long time. Very recently, we suffered the sudden loss of our beloved dog. All of the staff at Oakridge treated my whole family with an abundance of compassion, extreme kindness and thoughtfulness, making this difficult experience just a little more manageable. I personally cannot explain the gratitude I feel for such a supportive team and environment. I would highly recommend this clinic and it's wonderful and professional staff for all veterinarian needs. It was about a year ago today when this team of rockstars saved our family member, Charlie. These Angels fell in love with him also. His procedure (and follow up) required delicate attention and there was no shortage at the clinic. Amanda and her team were both careful and professional throughout the whole process. Needless to say we felt Carlie was in the most capable hands and would recommend this team to anyone. Thanks again, Team.

Where do I start? I rushed our 7 year old Golden, Charlie into Oakridge at 4: 45 pm with a bloated stomach. The staff took him right in and Dr. Gillian came out 10 minutes later. Charlie's stomach had flipped and required emergency, life saving surgery and I had to decide on providing a DNR. Dr. G, Dr. Caitlin, Miranda and the whole team at Oakridge saved Charlie's life not just with the surgery but the aftercare which was just as important. We have been frequent visitors to Oakridge for the past 30 years (Dr. C was our next door neighbour and I don't think she was even born.) and the level of service keeps increasing. And it's not just the care, it's the compassion the entire team shows day in and day out for the patients AND the owners when their BEST FRIENDS need help. They threw Charlie a party on his final check up, the entire staff, my wife and I were bawling. Charlie just went from person to person for belly rubs (around his 12 inch scar of course). My family and I are eternally grateful to the TEAM at Oakridge Animal Clinic. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
By the way, we have had Pet Insurance for all our dogs, Pets Plus Us were super responsive and covered everything according to the terms of our policy for which we are eternally grateful.

A year ago right about now, we weren’t sure if our Charlie would survive a horrible bloat condition. As you can see from above, The Oakridge Team of angels pulled off a miracle. Charlie had had a great year and we are going to stop by Charlie’s Cafe to say thanks again to our friends at Oakridge.
