Today I went to this location to look at a car that I’m interested to buy. I had to spent couple of hours to make sure I’m getting the right deal. They started from a price and after an hour changed to totally different price and one by one stuff started to add to the deal. Which I was not fine but at the end I was going to convince myself to do it.
Unfortunately, Ash Rangnekar, the consultant that I was talking and dealing with, told me “it’s been 5 hours (which it wasn’t) that I’m going back and forth for you and you are wasting my time! ”. Even if I am taking a bit longer which as I said it wasn’t 5 hours! As a customer service representative, it wasn’t nice to say something like that.
I wanted to go back as I already made up my mind that it might be ok to get the car but just because of her attitude I came now to a different dealership for the same matter.

Extremely sleazy! Beware, I did not get the features in my car as promised and I was also not made aware of that. I found out after sale. I am not buying any future cars from them. In comparison, Georgetown Chrysler was honest, transparent, upfront even if it meant a loss of sale for them but not SLEAZY. I felt cheated after the purchase I made from this dealer.

They are not worth your trust and money.

I have been a customer of Dodge for good 12 years and always got good service. Recent my Dodge Journey went into an issues which was unexpectedly became a problem. The staff and the Manager of Service / Repair department went above and beyond to resolve the issues and have provided me excellent customer service. I really wanted to appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue. Keep up the good work!

Sales representative Angelo made a really good deal as compared to other dealers which i enquired and everything was done on the phone. Just went there for the delivery. Buyer beware! I purchased a truck from Angelo and they did not disclose to me that 3 out of 4 tires had multiple tire plugs. I contacted Angelo 45 mins after picking up my truck because I was receiving a tire pressure warning. I took the truck to Canadian tire who informed me there was multiple plugs in the tire and that should have been disclosed because it shouldn’t been driven on the highway. Angelo was well aware that I lived 4 hours away and would be driving in the highway. They offered to repair the tire and promised I would have no issues. I informed Tom the service manager we were driving to Florida and he assured me the tires were perfect of course the belt blew and we had to put the temporary on. It cost me 2400 to get new tires on a truck which they refused to cover or address. The lack of honesty and their failure to disclose the tires were full of plugs is deplorable. I would not purchase from them. Pick a different dealership. I have filed a complaint with Omvic so hopefully they won’t get away with doing this again.

We have purchased a brand new car from the dealership. To the point that they made the sale, everyone was very nice. Then the car started to display this random error. I have taken the car to several different Chrysler services many many times, no solution. I have a kid and I dont feel safe driving this car. I am calling the dealership to explain, they dont call me back. I am paying a huge amount for extended warranty which covers NOTHING. I would never purchase anything from here. Ever.

I came for a transmission services for my wrangler, Ryan was an honest and excellent Service advisor, he didn’t recommended me to change one part which started getting older. I must say he does not try to force you to do a job like other advisors does!

I will recommend him whenever you go there for the service. You will certainly get top quality and honest service.

Dylan and Mark were incredibly helpful and honest with our recent purchase of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We visited several dealers and ended up driving an hour out of the way to Oakville due to the customer service excellence via text and phone prior to our visit. We reached out to them initially on a Tuesday and drove off the lot with a brand new car, 4 business days later.

Dylan’s transparency, efficiency and willingness to help us get what we needed at the best price was unparalleled, without trying to upsell us with bogus “mandatory” fees like other dealerships.

Best dealer highly recommended. Got my Ram 3500 from Leo. This is first time I see a car dealer to use double side tape or zip ties on a high end $100k+ car in such massive level. If you do not agree with them, they alway tell you that, particular from that service lady, Ram ask them to do so. Right now, I have one plastic cover for break line protection and chair control unit tired up by tape and zip tie.

Instead doing warranty service, they try to blame me to kick the control unit but they fail to show me how the feet can reach their.

Anyhow, I have many cars without service issue at all but experiance with this dealer is unique and exception. They are shameless as they, from their eye, lie on what they are saying.

Best experience getting into a lease. Recently leased a Jeep Sahara from Oz. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous, was in constant contact with me making sure he presented different options trying to find the right vehicle. Dealt with Faisal for the paperwork. This was the quickest turnaround I have experienced. These two gentlemen are true professionals. I will definitely be a return customer.

Came in to see a jeep, and the sales guy name Eric came out to greet us and we saw a 2017 Grand Cherokee SRT on the lot.we asked him about the price of the jeep, and told us it was $73,995.00 then when my wife questioned him and show him the listing on the site, at $69,995.00, his replied was, the dealer made a mistake on the price and should be at $73,995.00 if if we where serious we could put an offer in at that price but saying it will sell for more as there is someone in side the dealership working on a deal, but If we put an higher offer, it will make it ours. We looked at him like as we are not buying a house, than his last words to us was " if we wanted to buy the 2017 SRT JEEP to put in a higher offer than we are asking if not it will be sold to someone else". So we left and thinking wow.

We found another SRT jeep and bought it,

This saddens that we had to write a such review of a sales guy who thinks he's better than everyone else.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. There were 2 issues with the vehicle discovered within the first week of having purchased it. While I was excited to have a new vehicle, this dampened my excitement somewhat. Thankfully, the dealership/sales representative I had been dealing with were willing to resolve these issues which I was grateful for.

I was disappointed in the communication I had with the sales representative I was working with. At times, a day or more would pass without me receiving a response to my messages. I would then need to be the one to follow up on my inquiries to get an answer. On one occasion, I did not receive any acknowledgment of a message I had sent at all. I must note that when my partner (my partner is a male and I am a female) reached out to this salesperson, he received a response almost instantaneously (sometimes even at off work hours). This may have been a coincidence, but with car sales being a historically male dominated profession, this rubbed me the wrong way. Especially since I was the one purchasing the vehicle, not my partner. My hope is that this feedback will be constructive for the sales team at this dealership moving forward. I am thankful for my new vehicle, but the experience could have been improved on a whole.

I originally saw a 2021 Jeep Sahara Wrangler advertised on line thru Oakville Chrysler.
I called to see if it was still available and I was in luck!
Dan was my sales rep and he was very accommodating to set up a meeting with me as I came from out of town.
Luckily he suggested I put a refundable deposit down to hold it because someone else also had their eye on it.
Of course I loved the new Jeep as my 2011 was ready to retire.
Dan walked me thru the specs and details at our first meeting and the gadgets & touch screen on pickup.
Any inquiry I had if he didn’t know 100% he promptly found out.
Dan was authentic and cordial, an absolute delight to
meet and fun to talk to. The fact that he liked my dog is also a characteristic of a person with integrity & kindness
Fais was the financial co ordinator for my purchase. He was also very cordial and knowledgeable about the extended warranty
I know it’s a drive for me to go there for my oil changes but my experience with Oakville Chrysler has been positive and I feel very confident in their continued service

I had a horrible experience at this dealership. I went with a budget of $550 a month and by the time I picked up the truck, I was looking at $850 a month. I was told by the salesman that I was looking at about $48,000 total for the truck. I didn’t realized til after the paperwork was signed that the total finance price would be $73,000 total. I was oversold by the salesman and the manager has been useless in trying to help out in this situation.

Dropped off my Dodge Durango for some service work recently. With COVID causing part delays.my SUV was in the shop for over 6 weeks. My younger son has CP and uses a wheelchair so I need my car daily. The service team at this location is AMAZING. Specifically James Blackburn. From start to finish he took such good care of us, arranged a rental, answered all my questions and kept me updated with what was going on with my SUV. So thankful to the Service team for taking such exceptional care of us! Thank you!

Although your staff was courteous, helpful and very accommodating. I found that your price point is outside of my comfort zone. I put out just over $1,000 to have a transmission fluid flush and coolant flush. They changed to 2 air filters. I will be on the lookout for a more affordable option in the future. Whenever I go there, I don't feel good.
The receptionist doesn't listen to customer.
We always argue about oil change period.
I explained I usually drove highway and checked oil stick often.
But she insisted " It doesn't matter. You have to change engine oil every 5000km. Otherwise you will not get warranty service".
It's like threatening.
I don't want to visit your shop any more.

When in for a simple oli change. Asked them to cover my seat because i have had people in the car on my cars leave oil.
Came out to see a lovely line in my leather seat and when i asked tom there manaber about it was told my guy didnt do it we covered it up for you. Flat out calling me a lier.
"You just had it undercoated they did it"
That was over a week ago and it wasnt there.
It wasnt there this morning when leaving my jeep but again im a young lady so who am i? Flat out called a lier. The guy wouldnt help. Kept getting huffy at me outside. Just kept on saying "well what do you want me to do" well geez buddy my jeep came in without a mark on the seat and has one now what do you think?
I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to come to this dealer.

Was in the search for a Ram 2500 and Dan Sclodnick was there to get the answers I needed. I live 5 hours north of the dealership and my own dealership wouldn't even return my phone call. Dan did everything over email with me and he was very prompt and knowledgeable and worked his magic to help me. Customer service is number 1 in my books and they have it.

Dealership was able to get me in for servicing very quickly. They found some issues with work done by another auto shop and corrected. Check engine icon is still lit, but they advised I call back and they could bring back in for a more in-depth check (they were hoping it would go out after some local driving around).

Their service center did not address our issue and in fact tried to shift blame onto us despite our vehicle being brand new. I took it upon myself to find the source of the noise I was experiencing. I removed panels in my new vehicle and finally narrowed it down to the firewall in the engine bay. I isolated it and fixed it with sound deadener. I had no confidence in them to take the time and effort it took me to address my concern. That's a sad statement on customer service when a customer feels this way.
They claimed in their report that they looked at various areas and addressed it.
This obviously was not the case. As the sources was no where near where they claimed to look or in the issues they claimed to address.
Had they taken the same time an effort that me as an owner had to take, they would have found it. I question their desire in solving issues and having the satisfaction of the customers new vehicle as their upmost of importance. Instead I was told that they worked 8 hours on my vehicle only to be paid one by Chrysler. It was me who should have felt sorry for them apparently. Anyways I personally do not feel confident in bringing my vehicle there for any further service and will be looking at other options for my vehicles future needs.

I was referred to Oakville Chrysler Dodge by another mechanic. Ash was courteous and professional in dealing with my vehicle. The staff member who picked me up was friendly and engaging and my problem was resolved in a timely manner. I will definitely deal with Oakville Chrysler Dodge again in the future.

I had the great pleasure of meeting with Faisal Walizada at this dealership over a couple of vehicles that I saw on their website. He quickly reached out to me and set-up an appointment where we could meet. I initially came into the dealership with the sole intention of browsing, but Faisal worked out an excellent trade and deal on my existing vehicle that I was extremely pleased with.
Working with Faisal, not only was he extremely informative, professional, and courteous, but most importantly he was honest and open with the deal from beginning to end. No high pressure tactics and he made me feel like his most valued customer! I spent four hours at this dealership test driving vehicles, and at no time did I feel rushed at all. He was one of the easiest people I have dealt with in the business!
He followed-up with me throughout the week while the new truck was being prepped and detailed, and was there to greet me when I arrived to pick it up.
I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Faisal and his team at the dealership. They certainly have my highest recommendations moving forward! Thanks Faisal!

As usual, a simple oil change turned into a huge issue when my backup camera stopped working. I only go to this dealership bec. I was given a number of free oil changes to make up for the error they made when they sold me the wrong vehicle which was not what I chose the previous day, and each and every time I have service done at this location, they always muck something up. Examples: scratches in the interior cabin, they change my seat/window, etc settings and do not return to what it was, female service intaker is very rude, staff not very welcoming. Am so sorry I bought the vehicle at this dealership. NEVER AGAIN!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Went in for an oil change and the service department contacted my wife and convinced her that there was a leak on the transmission oil pan and that it needed to be flushed. Confusing information was given regarding the cost of this service, so my wife agreed to have it done. Total cost was $472.

Oakville Chrysler just lost a valued customer.

I do fully understand the delays that COVID has caused to the supply chain so I do recognize some things were outside of the dealerships control.

My biggest issue is communication and transparency… I took possession of my Ram 2500 exactly 6 months from the date I ordered despite being quoted 10-14 weeks. Based on the quoted date range and a 2 week buffer I added to that for delays I made arrangements for use of the truck, i ended up having to find a month to month lease for a whopping $2400/month. Initially after purchasing things were great and then the sales person and finance manager I dealt with were laid off and that is where the communication stopped. Whenever I called for an update I was transferred to an available sales manager, some of who were helpful/apologetic with the delay and lack of info and others were plain rude. I later found out that my factory order was not placed until 2 weeks after I was told it was placed. Despite being told my order would be escalated to the regional manager it wasn’t done until the 5ish month mark at which point key features I ordered were deleted from my truck to move it along.

I was told they’d order a new 2022 truck with the features I want and said I would get something in writing to trade for the new truck when it comes in if the missing features, have not heard anything on this since that conversation. The surprising thing is that at no point in the process did anyone discuss any dealer installed options (ie coatings, maintenance plans, accessories) so I just gave up asking. I also expected a smooth delivery process which between trying to get my January promotional rates etc applied and correcting errors on my sales agreement (around deleted features that were removed from the price but also my negotiated discount) it was not a pleasant experience as a vehicle purchase should be, especially on a high end vehicle like this.

I 100% acknowledge that some things were outside the dealers control, but the things that were in their control, in my opinion, we’re handled very poorly making the whole experience very costly and infuriating.

I booked a Saturday morning appointment weeks in advance as it is the only day I can leave my vehicle all day. I advised upon booking a concern with passenger temp controls as well wanted a piece of mind package/oil change completed. The service department closes at 2, when I had not heard anything by 1pm I called to ask. I was told they agree something is wrong with passenger temp controls however did not have time to address and perhaps I could rebook. They also told me they would only be charging me for an oil change as they were unable to rotate my tires as back treads were low. I took for a second opinion and was told they are not low or a concern.
I called to speak to a manager at this location and was told one would call me but never did.
My guess (based on the no contact until after 1) is that they were busy, did not pull my car into the garage until they no longer had time to address what was booked for.

First new car worst experience i have ever had. Never have i been so aggravated in my live. The sales person I delt with was more intrested in selling me a loan and a BS warranty and magical stuff that repels water from car seats welcome to the 21st century its call scotch guard. If they tried to sell me the actual dodge carvan i would have had zero problem. Instead of hiding interest and payment by folding up the piece of paper and stapling it together like im a moron. They could have been streight up and honest i would have had no problem with buying another vechile from them. Dodge caravan is good so far no problem other than the garbage tires they put on it. Plus after that i told them to take me off there call list and they still call.

I bought a 2018 Dodge Durango SRT almost a year ago, it took 4 trips to this dealer and 5 months to get it fixed. They even needed me to bring the car in for a day so they could find out what parts were in it. (you don't know what parts are in the car you built?) 40,000 kms (all highway) and they tell me it needs brakes relined, $2,000.00! I say that's ridiculous they reply, "you should call Chrysler". Today I go in because the little cap in the front fender that allows access to the back of the lights is missing. (Probably stolen now that I know how much they cost), they can't sell you the cap, you need to buy the whole inner fender. $400.00. I go see the service manager. Wayne says that seems ridiculous but "you should call Chrysler, there is nothing I can do", go the the GM Cam says "You should call Chrysler, there is nothing I can do". I think they practice that at night in front of the mirror. His first question was if I bought the car there. I guess they only stand behind the product if you buy it from them. Great dealer until your car breaks then "you should call Chrysler.

Bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys. Had terrible tire vibration on test drive. They said of course they would fix that before I picked it up. They didn’t. They decided it might go away if I drive it for a while. They also decided it was best not to ask us if we were willing to do that. They gave the vehicle to us like that and then told us to come back in a week if it wasn’t gone. It wasn’t. They swapped the tires off of another vehicle for me a week later.guess the next guy gets those tires. No one apologized once during the whole ordeal.

Terrible experience after used vehicle sale. Found damage after I got the vehicle home. Air filter was never changed. No locking lug nuts and crack in the hood. Yasir and Mike gave me no help. Do not trust their 5 star inspection.

I got a great deal where the odds of me getting the car were pretty slim. Umar the money guy is the magician. Adam the sales guy was capable, but wasn't familiar with the apecs of this Dodge Challenger R/T 392. Also, the car was in bad shape - the battery was totally dead (they had to boost it), and brakes needed adjustment. But when the car went thru pre-sale, everything was taken care of. The battery was fixed, the brakes felt much better when I started driving. I'm still learning all features of the car, and finding something new each day. Thanks, Oakville Chrysler!

Crooks - went to see a vehicle advertised on auto trader. Bought the vehicle and left a deposit. With in the week of dealing with my leasing company and figuring out when to get it (we wanted it delivered, they wanted us to pick it up) they decided not to sell it and said it was involved in an accident on site. 4 days after I see it sold for more money than it was advertised for when I saw it. They must of been taking other offers even though I had a deposit and signed contract. Very upsetting and big waste of time. Original sales person Patrick was good, it was all the upper sales staff that ruined it for me. Ended up buying a new Ford anyways.

Upon arrival at the dealership, we were quite apprehensive about purchasing a new car since the last car dealership we went to were not very accommodating in providing us a car fit for our needs and budget and truly did not put much of an effort however from the very beginning to end, Oz was very understanding, easy to communicate with and was intent on meeting our demands. He made the process seem almost effortless and made sure to answer all our questions. Umar, the finance manager was no exception. He helped us with getting a split ownership and was very understanding and helpful. My kids seemed to take a particular liking to both Oz and Umar, highly recommend to go to these two for all your car buying needs. You can’t go wrong! Especially with these two, they are the very best. Very content with our new Durango. -Agnes & Sebastian

Booked my appointment in advance.gave them the car far longer than planned (more than 5 hrs). Called in twice to check status and lady kept saying they dont know bc they are at lunch (not very freindly tone either). Went there to see they didnt start with my car although my apt was 9AM and it was 130pm already.asked for the manager and was told hes not around.called twice to speak to him and he never returned my calls.i am raising a complain with FCA canada abt mismanagment in this dealership.not sure why they think their customer time is not valuable.im switching to Erin Dodge Chrysler as I bought my car from there to start with due to mismanagment at this Oakville branch

Just another great service day. Had an appointment for 6pm and when the day came I had that day off, so I called service first thing in the morning and asked if they had anything earlier. My service was a couple of minor recalls, and oil change. So I was able to go right away and they took care of me. This is also middle of November and calling for snow, so very busy day. I was happy enough to clean their espresso Machine which seemed to have a little neglect. Cleaned it inside out. Another detail of great service, a couple of weeks ago my dad who is 80, and on oxygen, went to get his winter tires put on. The tires were on rims and he had an appointment. When they were done and he went to pay for the service, they simply said "that's ok, you're good to go". Really made my dad's day. Thank you Oakville Chrysler and Jeep. Now if only other large businesses could follow this business model.

Nothing but horrible experiences with this dealership. They are your best friend when they are looking for a sale then could not care less after they get it.

My car had to go in for warranty service and it took them 5.5 weeks to get it back to me. A few months later when the same thing happened again it's was 2.5 weeks before I got it back. They will put all walkin and small jobs ahead of your vehicle. They say everyday that they will call you with updates but I never received one call.

The service is absolutely awful. And not to mentioned one of the workers stole my license plate covers right off my car while it was being worked on. Management acknowledged that they were taken and responded with go buy new ones and send us the bill.

Far from the service I would expect. Certainly do not recommend

Good location and attentive sales staff. My experience was not so great. I explained that I did not was a specific trim line in the model I was looking for and it must have heated seats. We discussed budget and a few other things aswell. At the end of the day the only vehicle being shown to me was the trim level I specifically stated I was not interested in. At this trim level, the heated seat feature I wanted was not an option. All about sales and profit, less so customer service and attention to detail. Staff are reluctant to match a price from another dealership for the exact same vehicle and will give you a hard time.
