Dealt with Umer on Facebook marketplace. Guys are so behind with technology that they don’t know how to communicate or send pricing over text. I recommend any other dealer, lots are ahead of the time and know how to talk numbers over text.

I bank with TD and was willing to settle my residual payment with a bank draft from TD. I was informed by Honda Finance Rep that Draft from TD was not accepted.
I had to wire them the fund which cost me $50.
They did not provide me with any other option to save that cost which I found to be not client friendly. Bank Draft is a secured mode of payment which is the fastest to clear between the banks.
The dealership/Honda Finance should find a way to address this admin issue or find a solution to save their clients' unwarranted costs.
Otherwise the process was seamless.

Had a great experience with our sales person Kevin Tieu and the bus manager,
S. Kooner, as they doesn't rush you in the decision making process. Their attention to detail, listening and understanding to your personal situations, and knowledge to adapt to clients needs are rare but a must to a sales person and bus.manager. We would highly recommend this dealership but especially both of them. Thanks Kevin and S Kooner! Salute to both of you!

My husband owns a Honda Civic EX 2016 and dealing with Oakville Honda has been a nightmare. His AC has broken twice since 2020, both times due to a manufacturing issue. Honda has made it incredibly difficult for him to book an appointment to even diagnose the issue, and have had him waiting since July for a replacement part. That’s over 6 weeks in the summer without air conditioning. He has called to follow up with them multiple times and has received less than satisfactory customer service. Now, we are heading into record breaking temperatures next week as it will feel like 40 degrees and he will be driving his car without air conditioning. He wrote a review sharing this situation and Honda commented saying they “tried to reach him with no luck” and requested he contact them. When he called, they had no idea what he was talking about. This has been an absolutely horrible experience and we do not recommend Oakville Honda.

Great structure of the dealership, the vehicle was available (while several others were only by request and waiting for weeks to months), and excellent service from the salesperson Jacky Truong. I recommend!

It has now been 6 weeks since my car has been at Oakville Honda for them to diagnose that I have a problem with my AC with no repair yet and no date of when the parts would come in. When I was first told about the problem they said it would take 3-4 weeks for the parts to come in. I decided to call the parts department today and they said the parts are on a back order with no conclusive date of when they would arrive and they ordered the parts on August 16th. August 16th is 3 weeks after my car was diagnosed with the issue.

Their handling of this situation has been horrible to say the least. I did receive a response from Oakville Honda to my last review saying they tried to contact me with no luck. I can guarantee that I never received a call from them. If they did attempt to call me, it was either the wrong number, or they never actually called.

Terrible service, no follow ups, and still no AC.

I own a Honda Civic EX 2016 and for the second time since 2020 the AC in the car has stopped working completely. This is a known issue with this car. I tried to schedule an appointment on July 17th and was told they have no availability to diagnose my car until August 17th. That is one month in the middle of summer without AC just to diagnose the car. I called a couple of days later saying I can't wait that long and they suddenly had availability July 24th. They diagnosed my car as it being an issue during the manufacturing of the car (second time) so I would not have to pay for the repair, which I appreciate. They then say the parts would take 3-4 weeks to come in for repair. I asked if I could get a temporary car while the parts come in since its the middle of summer. The response I got was the car is still drivable and therefore I would not be allowed the temporary car and that old Honda's don't even have AC.

Today the weather network says it feels like 40degC, and I commute an hour each way to work every day. It is one thing to deal with this for a day or a week, but no AC in the hottest summer in recorded history for over a month from the issue happening and being told that car is drivable and old Honda's don't have AC is very frustrating.

I service my car at Oakville Honda every time I need to service my car. This is an issue from the way Honda's manufactured the car. I feel through this process that there was no sense of urgency to service my car until I called back multiple times and a lack of care towards the situation.

My experience with Oakville Honda was amazing. Kevin Tieu was helping us with the car and he was very patient, informative, kind, and professional. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he took the time to answer all my questions and properly inform myself and my family. I absolutely loved the experience at Oakville Honda and was genuinely impressed by the customer service provided by Kevin. Sukh was helping us with financing and he was very helpful and provided us with all necessary information and was very patient with our questions. All the staff at Oakville Honda went above and beyond; especially Kevin and Sukh!

Anthony and all the customer care people in the service area are knowledgeable and friendly. They also are accurate about the time it will take to service your vehicle. They also explain what the service will entail and why. I highly recommend them.

I went to this showroom looking for Honda Accord but returned with a BMW, all thanks to Mr. Taranjeet. He was so nice and generous. He did the whole dealing process very professionally and quickly. My sales representative Greg was extremely helpful in my car search. He listened to what I was looking for, provided me with several options that fit my criteria (or near it), and helped me narrow down my search to find the best match for what I wanted. The process of purchashing the vehicle was straightfoward and explained in detail, as was picking up the car. Highly recommend him!

The reason for the 4 stars is due to one of the managers pushing the sale of the vehicle, immediately turning me off the sale. If it wasn't for the effort Greg had put into helping me prior to this, I would not have returned to the dealership.
