Was a bit difficult locating the new garage; however, once located, the service advisor was great at explaining the work and the time required to complete the work.
I was accommodated with a loaner to go about my business until my vehicle was ready. Service received was great at the start and worked out well in the end with another advisor. Satisfied client!

I’ve been visiting and doing all of my Infiniti maintenance in this Oakville dealership for the last 12 years and going. As always, great advisors, knowledgeable and supportive. I have seen the dealership location to move and transform a few times here, so hopefully I will be visiting a long waited new renovated building in the new year.

They dont care for customers. No calls get reverted ever. Bought a car in March and it was without replacing the oil filter.

Note as of Apr 13,2023 for regular maintenance, they are doing building renovations. Everything is temporarily being hosted in various portables.

The dealer had my car for 7 months to replace a crack in the engine block, and for six months I did not hear from them at all I had to do the follow-up, and each time they kept saying they had to order parts and they should be in any day which meant I should have my car back a few days after that. Once I did get my car back 7 months to the day the car had approximately 4,000 km more than when the car was towed to their location. Spoke to the service manager and Infiniti Canada regarding the matter and said it was an input error when the order was processed and that I would have to take their word on it.
Worst experience in dealing with a car dealership. Very disappointed in the dealer and Infiniti Canada.

"401-Dixie Infiniti" is where you want to go for service, NOT "Oakville Infiniti". Dixie will diagnose your problem correctly the first time. Oakville was going to need at least three visits. Oakville would not let me order a warranteed part over the phone, even with a credit card. I was asked to go there in person even though I lived 50 miles away. They said it was their policy. The manager would not talk to me on the phone. Dixie used a nation wide data base to determine the most probable cause of the engine code coming on. Oakville did not have a clue how to solve the problem. Oakville cleared the code, washed the car and sent me on my way, telling me the problem was solved. Twenty minutes later, the engine light came back on. So, I had to make another appointment. They told me that they might need the car for the whole day, with no loner available. What a waste of time and money. $60 in gas, each return trip. I don't live in Oakville. I don't think it is service advisor Jennifer's fault, but her manager's. He needs to go. It is no wonder that Majid, the other service advisor moved to a different dealership. Seems like a very toxic work environment at Oakville Infiniti. Dixie's labour rates are $30 less than Oakville's are also.

I purchased my C63 S AMG from Oakville Infinti very recently. I had an amazing experience with the folks at the dealership (Sales/Kayleigh and Sales manager/Jason). They were very extremely courteous and professional. I received prompt correspondence from them everytime I had a question. When I took delivery of the car and drove it home I noticed a buldge spot on one of the tires at which point I contacted the dealership and they replaced both front tires for me. I highly recommend this dealership

I’m a returning customer of this dealer. Looking to lease a new car from them.

The sales rep took all the info she needs about the vehicle I’m looking for and was very helpful.

When it came to the price of the vehicle, I was kept waiting for 45 mins for a sales manager to provide me with it. The sales rep kept going back and forth to her sales manager - who is literally just sitting at his desk alone and not serving other clients. Not sure what was so complicated about giving me a price.

Two other clients came after me and were served before me. At the end and after waiting for so long, I didn’t get a price. I just left and took my business elsewhere.

Had a great experience purchasing a QX60 with Scott Bell. Would have given 5 stars on the process if the original trade in value was more in alignment on current state. However they matched a higher value that i a was given from another dealer.in the end the final outcome matched my expectations. I would definitely work with Scott on your next vehicle.

I purchased a 2022 QX55 I could not ask for a better salesman Scott he went beyond my expectations to make the purchase a perfect one he was there for every step of the way and some he followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was ok with my vehicle if you are looking for the perfect sales person he is the one and by the way I love my QX55 I cannot say enough about this dealership

Today (May 17/2016) I had a very unpleasant experience at Oakville Infiniti Dealership.
I had a day off and finally found time to go and check what Infiniti offers as we’re thinking switching cars. I was surprised by the “very welcoming” greeting and service I received, or didn’t receive will be the more correct way to describe it - NO ONE CAME up to me. I was there for at least 15 minutes, checking in and out cars in the showroom. The Management can be certainly proud of the Sales Department Reps – they were working really hard in trying to ignore me, especially considering the fact that I was the ONLY customer in the entire dealership and all offices have glass doors facing the showroom…
I literally have no words to express my disappointment. I’m really interested to know how they judge who is the “right” client and who is not. What are these parameters? So it was my day off, I was dressed casual, didn’t wear hills, office suit and heavy makeup as I usually do. But is it how you should be in order to get service -? !? Just as a side note, the car I currently drive is more expensive that most of the models I saw in that showroom. Very poor judgement and service, Oakville Infiniti. I’m glad that I didn’t purchase a car from this dealership about a year ago, and as of now - I won’t do so for sure!

We recently purchased the new QX55 from Oakville Infiniti and received amazing service from Scott Bell and the entire staff. My husband and I walked in on a Saturday morning with the intentions to only look around and check Infiniti's selection of vehicles. Scott has such a comfortable, easy disposition and is great to deal with. We would definitely recommend Scott and Infiniti Oakville to our friends and family. I my QX55

Be very careful when dealing with Oakville Infiniti. I have had many higher end vehicles and am versed in dealerships (Mercedes, bmw) but none have been quite as sneaky. You will be told your vehicle needs services that are not necessary. In my case, lifetime oil changes were negotiated into my vehicle purchase, however in the fine print I had to pay for other services to receive the oil changes. These services were out of the ordinary and unnecessary (verified by Independent mechanic later who ended up servicing my vehicle). I had asked to speak with the owner who never bothered to call back me back. Unfortunate given we had planned on upgrading our Infiniti. In the end, save yourself the aggravation and money and take your business elsewhere.

Giving me high price and told me they can’t arrange test drive if not confirming the price.
I would ask the dealer here how I can know if the vehicle worth the price if no test drive.
If the test drive was based on a firm price, you should tell me on the phone, not tell me after I arrived. It looks a trick.
I would tell you that I just bought a vehicle, same model with yours, from other dealer. I was really a buyer, but you kicked me out from your store.
BTW, I just found the vehicle in your store price declined 1000 dollars. I don’t know why.
Normally those vehicle dealers of Japanese makes, would emphasize service quality, giving more respect to clients. But this one looks different. They seem old school aristocrats, full arrogance.

Never trade your car at this dealership. They will offer you less than half it’s actually worth and talk to you as if they are doing you a favour by keeping it in their lot for 3-6 months. Such a waste of time. Felt like I was being scammed.

We went into Oakville Inifiniti last week to tire kick at 7 passenger vehicle, 5 days later we picked up a new QX60. We had the pleasure of working with Metesh Lad who was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This is a great dealership to buy a car.

Sooo, what was my experience buying a used car form Infiniti Oakville? Terrifying, stressful, exciting, assured, and trust all in one. Let me explain.

TERRIFYING: Buying a car you have not seen that is 3 hours away and trusting people you do not know that the car you are buying is in the shape they say it is.

STRESSFUL: Not knowing what to expect when you arrive in hopes the car is what they said it is.

EXCITING: Well, buying a new car and going on a road trip, lol.

ASSURED: When you show up and the car is exactly what they said it was, and better! With a few little extras they decided to throw in for you.

TRUST: Knowing that they are not just trying to sell you a car because it's a job, selling you a car because its right for you and your family. And driving away knowing the car you bought was the right one.

From the start of this sale to the end I had to put my trust in Metesh, my salesman. He was honest from the beginning to the end and never left anything out. Metesh made the whole sale from the start to the finish easy and fun.
Josh the used care salesman manager was also very professional and great to deal with.
I found the dealership very professional, clean, and friendly.
Thank you guys for the car, it's wonderful, I will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a car in the future.

Excellent customer service. I've dealt with Lukas for the past several months and he has been very helpful and always responds to my emails, even outside regular business hours and on weekends. He does a very good job explaining any issues that need addressing and provides multiple solutions on the most efficient way of fixing any problems. I always receive follow-up calls and/or emails from the dealership to make sure I am happy with the service. I would highly recommend this dealership for both servicing and buying car.

Had our Infiniti serviced this past week. Thought they did an awesome job. We had Lukas helping us. He spent a lot of time explaining the suggested repairs, and was cognizant of our desire to limit the amount of money we put into the vehicle (older model). Overall, great experience. Felt they were trustworthy, transparent, and really helpful!:)
