Able to quickly get an appointment for an oil change and tire swap for the winter. Booked on line. Very convenient. Staff are always friendly. I do miss the shuttle service though.

Guys, don't go here, worst customer service and poor sales department that's why these guys are having cars ready even in peak market. Poor manager of this location, better to change sales department.

Recently bought Nissan Rogue and I had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming especially Olympia Fernandes was very helpful in providing all the necessary details. He kept us updated on the status of the car and he even pushed for the early delivery. Overall had a very happy and good experience.

After over 20 years of loyal leasing and service I am saying. "I am done" with this dealership. With all due respect, you really need to take a look at your vehicle service process. You have lost a loyal, happy and dedicated customer.

Unprofessional and unethical dealership adding administrative charges just to increase profitability. Avoid at all costs. Many other Nissan dealerships do not charge this fee. Bought our vehicle elsewhere with no extra/hidden fees.

Too bad a “0 “ isn’t an option.

Went in and bought my 1st car last week.
One of my best purchase experiences in life. Scott and Jae listened to everything i needed and wanted, answered the million questions i had. Hands down these r the guys to see, the level of service is well over 100%
On pickup, kayleigh takes lots of time to go over everything in the car, introduce to service, take pictures
All 3 people followed up with me up to a week later
Looks like im driving nissan 4 life!

Horrible service. Was waiting for 2 hours to change mounted tires. When asked what was going on, the attendant said it took another 30 minutes. 2.5 hours all together. And they didn’t even apologize

Tom, the service manager, took time to help me out with a simple problem, what a great attitude, it reminds me why I bought my first 2003 Altima here. Service was good then and is good now! Thank you! See you in November for our next Nissan!

Don't bother going here for servicing you car. They'll rip you off with by inventing problems that didn't exist before. Everyone here has attitude issues as if they're doing their clients a big favor. I love Nissan but hate this dealership.

Just finalised the purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue at Oakville Nissan. Jay, our sales rep, was knowledgeable, friendly and a very low-pressure. He answered our questions honestly and negotiated in a way that felt very fair. We were then handed into the care of product specialist Kayleigh, who took us through all the features and technology (it's our first new car in almost 10 years so things have changed a bit). She took just the right amount of time to give us a very thorough overview of the new car and all its details. If you're thinking about getting a new Nissan product, I highly recommend that you visit Oakville Nissan as part of your purchase process.

Rear ended by service truck on red hill.bumper to bumper due to accident. He rear ends me, I take pictures and he tells me to watch my driving. Unbelievable! Nissan took no action.

Ended up here due to an emergency situation. I did not have an appointment, and had never been to this location. These guys are amazing! Helped me out of my jam with amazing customer service!
If I lived in Oakville I would certainly be a regular customer.

Had an apt to test drive a car, had every intention of purchasing today because they’re closed the next two days. I drove two hours for one of the sales reps to call me and say they won’t wait for me to get there as they want to close early for the long weekend. Said he would call me back in two mins to confirm. I called back 15 mins later after not hearing to find out he went home. Highly highly unprofessional

I’ve owned two Nissans and have been extremely happy with both. My 2020 Kicks was unfortunately totalled in March 2022 but during the year and a half I had it, it was exceptional. Never gave me any issues and was a smooth drive.

The service here is incredible. Everyone from sales to service goes above and beyond for you. I left each time feeling I got great, friendly service. Once I had an issue after getting my car serviced and it was dealt with immediately. It’s not the mistake, it’s how it’s dealt with that matters to me and this dealership handles every issue with responsiveness and care.

I would recommend to anyone that buys a car here to get a warranty! It is worth it. New cars are basically iPhones on wheels and things are going to happen. The dealership doesn’t control the price of parts or their availability. I had a faulty sensor on my new Kicks and I walked away with a bill for $0. Warranty may be a bit extra but it’s worth every penny when you need it.

This is a well managed dealership and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them. I wish I didn’t live so far now or I would continue to go here for service. Thanks to everyone at Oakville Nissan.

My appointment was at 11: 15 came on time and waited for 2 and half hours, when I asked them they said, it has been checked, but they haven’t moved the car from where I parked. It’s such a lie. Then Lucas drove and came back and said that there is nothing issues he found. For this I waited for 2 and a half hour. Never ever visiting this location again.
