I’ve been a patient of Dr. Solomon’s for over 20+ years, he goes above and beyond to make sure you leave the office feeling better than when you entered. He has always been professional, patient, considerate and he takes time to explain the different options or procedures and or outcome (s). He has always been straight forward and direct regarding the possible complications that could result and he is straightforward with the costs associated with each procedure. Additionally, all of the staff are professional, courteous and appear to enjoy working at the office as most have been the same friendly faces I’ve seen over the years. I would highly recommend Dr. Solomon!

I am a longtime patient. Dr. Solomon has always been professional, kind and gives you more than one option when more complex procedures are required.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee. He was very gentle and took his time to do the procedure. I got the same day appointment and then the same day follow up, so that was a bonus. He knew what he was doing and took time and worked patiently to make sure it was a very comfortable fit for me - A BIG BIG BIG PLUS.
The front desk staff varied from very nice, polite and friendly (morning) to being somewhat bossy (evening), but not rude or unprofessional in anyway, so an overall good experience there. The only reason why I would give them 3 stars is because they charged me 1.5 times the average charge of the same dental treatment elsewhere (avg.cost 900-1200, I was charged 1600) and that is for a single tooth. The cost would add up enormously if I were to get multiple teeth done. Being a health care professional, I appreciate critical feedback to help me improve my services, so I extended that courtesy to Dr. Lee and his staff, post-procedure. P. S.: Apparently the 1600 was after giving me a 15% discount as I was paying out of my pocket.

I have been going to Oakville Place Dental Office my whole life but this was my first time seeing Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee was fantastic, he was very patient, thorough and made sure to periodically check on my well being. During my check up, Dr. Lee made sure to take the time to explain to me how I can improve my brushing habits based on what he saw. During my filling Dr. Lee provided freezing in a painless and efficient manner as well as allowed me to take breaks as I needed during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone looking for a kind, patient, thorough Dentist.

I would recommend this clinic for everyone. I called them on Friday morning, and admin managed to find spot for me in 1.5 hours. Appreciate that they found spot for me straight away, and didn't make me suffer with horrible pain through the weekend Doctor Steven Solomon is amazing doctor. His nurse was very kind to me as well. Make an appt and get in at the time of your appt! The staff is all friendly and you feel comfortable. The dentist doesn’t have to be scary if you’ve got great people doing the work!

I love everyone at Oakville Dental. I, like many others, do not enjoy going to the dentist. Andria is the hygienist I go to see because she actually makes it pleasurable and her years of knowledge allowed her to properly figure out how to clean my teeth without it causing me pain each time. Also the Dr. Solomon is tops and any work he has done for me has been relatively painless too. Finally they are wonderful with my 7 year old daughter. Highly recommend.

Recently moved to this dental office from another Oakville dental practice where I’d been unhappy for years. Thrilled I finally made the move to Oakville Place Dental.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr Solomon and my hygienist, Andrea, are both very professional and always pleasant. Both take the time to explain everything. I also love that they bill my insurance company directly and always check my coverage before my appointment so that I am not such with extra services (unlike my previous dentist which is part of reason I switched).

My experienced has been 5* since the first time I called for an appointment which happened to be Friday of a long weekend and the receptionist answered the phone even though it was a couple minutes past their posted closing time and booked me for my first appointment. My previous office had “summer hours”, closing Mondays and Fridays. I like that OPD offers extended hours for working patients. Also love that all the staff are tenured, which is evidence of a great dental practice.

Spoke to someone from the reception and they transferred me to someone else without caring to tell me about it at all, and I had to explain the whole situation AGAIN. Spoke to the second person, name Chante, who refused to give me the name of the first person, super rude and in a hurry, not willing to explain properly or help at all. Refused to help out or provide proper info. Horrible service, do not recommend, doctors may be good but with reception like this, I don't think I'll reach the doctor. LOL
Save you time!

I have been a patient at Oakville Place Dental for over 25 yrs. I don’t live in The area any longer so I drive 3 hrs to see this wonderful crew. The staff are always wonderful. Sandra was my dental hygienist this visit and she was awesome, she found an issue with one of my fillings and due to a cancellation Dr Oake fit me in so I won’t have to drive back for this quick repair. Dr Oake was quick, efficient and had kind encouraging words through the process as I decided to have the tooth repaired without freezing.
Unfortunately, it was at this visit I learned of Dr Kazdon’s passing (I always called him Jonathan). Watching his daughters grow up with pictures of them around the office, listening to their adventures, talking about hockey and playing with the band helped pass the time as repaired my teeth. I will miss him a great deal.

I have never had as thorough an examination and explanation of the results of my dental examination. What needs to be done, what I need to do, what should be the priority, etc in my entire life. Outstanding, thank you to the Oakville Place Dental team!

Surprisingly you can’t drop in for a cleaning unless you do a full check (more money) in despite doing that recently with my home clinic. Asking a client to commit blindly is greedy and a bad practice.

The staff are great and always on time! Dr. Solomon has been my dentist for nearly 20 years.and still going strong.

I left this place a while ago and have been wanting to leave a review for some time. My experience with Dr. Solomon has been less than stellar. He tore my lip on two separate occasions because he was too busy watching TV while waiting for the filling to dry. In his work he is usually hasty and sloppy. What made me finally leave is that I chipped my front tooth ever so slightly and Dr Solomon immediately started convincing me that I have to grind down two of my front teeth and put crowns on them. "Coincidentally" the nurse that was helping him in the office, on my second visit just out of the blue started giving me the same advice, unsolicited. When I moved to another dentist, they just fixed the chipped tooth and I haven't had any issues for the last two years. I wouldn't recommend Dr Solomon.

The hygienist I get is always great! She is patient and attentive and really gentle. I specifically request her and book my appointments according to her schedule!
There's this guy I've never seen before and he's not so great.my daughter had him and was thoroughly unimpressed from his waiting room greeting to the very end of her appointment. She said he wasn't gentle at all and cut up the inside of her mouth pretty good. The rest of my family's (there's 4 of us) experiences at the office were pretty good all around. I like it there.

My 5 year old daughter had a dental visit. The office is Clean and welcoming. Front desk is friendly and professional. My Daughter Loved Dr. KAZDAN, he was so caring and gentle with her, she loved and enjoyed the wonderful sense of humor when Dr. Kazdan mentioned her teeth were shape of an ice cream and so sparkling. The Hygenist (Gagan) was fun and she felt comfortable me leaving her alone and not being in the room with. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. I Highly recommend this Dental office.

Dr Solomon is an amazing dentist, top shelf dentist. Had a problem with insurance and got it sorted out thanks to the great staff. Covid protocols in place as expected. Overall awesome experience, highly recommended

I cracked my tooth over the weekend and was in a significant amount of discomfort. I was seen by Dr Kazdan early Monday and given antibiotics and an appointment on Thursday to have it extracted. Everyone is always super nice at the clinic, from the admin (especially Bella!) to the hygienists and the doctors!

Dr. Fortino took my tooth out without incident and I am no longer in pain! Yay! He also did my daughter's wisdom teeth earlier this year and is a super nice, knowledgeable and efficient doctor. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have been a client at this dental office since I was a teenager and they have provided excellent service to me to this date (in my late 30s now). Today I am inspired to write a review for this place as time and time again the Dentists and staff at this office have come through to help me especially when in urgent need. Last night a piece of a wire of my permanent retainer came loose and was causing me great discomfort whereas it was painful to chew food or even talk. This morning I called my orthodontist for help and they were not able to take me in until Sept. 21 and advised me to call my dentist - which I did. Ashanti (apologies if I misspelled her name) at the front desk went above and beyond to help by speaking personally with Dr. Solomon to explain my situation and Dr. Solomon did not hesitate to take me in on short notice the same day with in hours despite Orthodontics not being his focus of practice. When I went in, he knew exactly what to do to help me and did just that within 10 minutes and helped relieve the painful discomfort. Moreover he did not even bill me. Dr. Solomon was also the only Dentist working that day which showed how be took time out of his busy schedule to help me. His actions speak for his character and the level of service his dental office provides. This place is a gem for the town of Oakville. Thank you Ashanti for your compassion in understanding the discomfort I was in and thank you Dr. Solomon for your selflessness in your help.

Dr. Solomon has been my dentist since he first opened his practice in Oakville over 22 years ago. I moved to Niagara Falls a little over 21 years ago and still make the drive to Oakville every time I need dental work. Great staff and Dr. Solomon is an excellent dentist and the only one I want working on my teeth.

I have had two implants arranged by Dr. Solomon. The most recent implant a year ago, was performed by Dr. Fortino, but arranged by Dr. Solomon and done at his office. I’ve been extremely pleased with the implant and all of the work that has been performed by Dr. Solomon and his team over the last few decades. I highly recommend this dental office.

My family and I have been going to this office for over 25 yrs and have always had great experiences. The staff is professional understanding caring and friendly. Recently I had my veneers done there and Dr Solomon with his assistants did a fantastic job.

I never go back to this office! I did a superficial restoration for two adjacent teeth and had to go back to the office three times for adjustment of the contacts, polishing and height of the filling. After that, I had sensitivity for over 3 months and ended up removing and refilling the same teeth at a specialist office. The doctor was very careless in preforming the work and cut my lips a few times. I still may need to do a root canal due the cracks occurred to my teeth after the restoration. I still do not get how on earth a simple filling should lead to such a pain!

Great dental office. I went to the them for the first time as an emergency patient (tooth abscess) but wound up registering with them as my new primary dentist. Super easy and convenient to set up appointments online, the staff team has been nothing but kind and helpful. Even though I've moved about an hour away I still come back here for my check-ups and cleanings.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve been going to Dr. Solomon for longer than I can remember, and secondly, that I have terrible gums and teeth! My mouth is a wide assortment of cavities, fillings and crowns. I’ve even had gum surgery! I feel like their office is my home away from home as I spend a lot of time there! Why the history? So you know my opinion is well founded and based on multiple years of service and not just a random one-off bad experience that someone may have had. I can say with confidence that Dr. Solomon and his team are exceptional! He’s never pushy when it comes to major work, explains different scenarios, options and outcomes; and always takes the time to answer all my technical questions. Oh, and I almost forgot, I don’t even live or work close to the office! I used to but haven’t for a long time now. I still go out of my way because I am happy and satisfied with him and all the staff. I highly recommend this office!

The office itself it very clean and the covid-19 protocols are excellent. I feel completely safe going to the office. I have had a few appointments in the last couple of months and Dr Solomon, the dental assistants and hygienists are very professional and all have been very helpful and informative with ever procedure. The direct billing to my insurance company is a plus. I would recommend to all m family and friends looking for a new dentist.

I have been visiting Oakville place dental office since my childhood whenever I come across dental problems. I always trust them as they are good at handling even the minute toothaches with utmost care. When you know such a good dentist for years, it's highly helpful in case of emergencies as you don't have to waste time searching for another clinic. Whenever I step into the clinic, they used to give me a homely feeling as the staffs are so accommodating and friendly. The major advantage of this clinic is that you can fill up that contact form in the contact us page of the site when you have to inquire about some problem and get back to you.

Dr. Solomon and his staff are great. Been coming here for 9+ years. Last weekend my 9 year old went in with his first cavity. He was so scared to get his freezing done. My daughter had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kazdan.
She was comfortable and at ease. In the past at another dental office; hygienists have been rough and when receiving a cavity filling she complained a lot of pain and how she could still feel everything because the freezing hadn’t kicked in yet. However, Dr. Kazdan and associates created a PHENOMENAL environment. She had no pain and actually enjoyed going to the dentist. After 10 years we finally had a good experience.
I highly recommend this office. Lovely environment, the ladies at the front desk were so wonderful and efficient.
