Oakville Public Library - Central Branch

Facilities are a bit old. The car park is not always free. But it is a good place to read.

Excellent library in downtown Oakville serving the entire Town of Oakville community. Being the central library, within a larger library system, this location can help you find publications and materials that may not be accessible elsewhere. The staff here is very helpful, and in my experience, goes out of its way to help you find the resources you need.

I visited the main floor. It was pretty nice.
Things I liked:

1. The lounge is relaxing and open concept.
2. The suprise bags of books that you can grab and go is a great idea, recommend.
3. Overall location is great.
4. Community puzzle space is fun!

Went here for the first time today and immediately fell in love with the spaces. This would be go to place to grab a magazine and read while sitting on a comfy chair by the window

This is the best library i have been to. The people are so nice and always wanting to help, the facilities are great. The history section is so cool, i defenetly reccomend checking it out. They have 2 floors and really cool sale section and lots of historic items.

I loved kids section and Xmas decorations. It is open space and nice cozy atmosphere to deep dive down books
