Oakville Salt Cave

I had a pretty good experience at the salt cave, but now it has been closed and I still have 3 pre-paid unused sessions left. Sad to waste my money.

Nice place for decor etc, but found the “cave lounging” a bit silly. I was there with my daughter and we were the only ones there. Would hate to be trying to relax in the “cave” with ten other ppl!

Amazing place, Anna the owner, is great, thai massage is amazing, call straight, don't go through any coupons on line. Anna will take care of you.

Really great place, tried it with a groupon and never been to a saltcave before. The new owner Ana introduced herself immediately. I had seen poor reviews originally but this is definitely not under Ana’s as the owner. The massage with Renée was Quite good, Very relaxing. I had my appointment right after work, so make sure you bring a change of clothes, no robes. The spa is smaller than others but very clean. The salt cave has salt all over the floors, didn’t cheap out there. I fell asleep while in there, the chairs recline, didn’t notice it at first but give it a shot. Amazing!

Had a one hour Thai massage which released a lot of tension and a salt cave session which was really relaxing. I recommend coming here!

Amazing experience. This place has a NEW OWNER and she is LOVELY. This was the best change for this place and business. The service is excellent, prices are great and the salt cave is beautiful. The infrared sauna is my favorite. They are soon having yoga classes inside the salt cave, truly cool. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was my first trip to a salt cave & my daughter & I loved it. The owner, Anna was very welcoming, helpful and informative. The salt cave itself was relaxing with comfortable chairs and blankets, just like the pictures show.

We especially enjoyed our massage with Luis. Such a lovely, knowledgeable, gentleman. Luis made me feel comfortable right away. I loved the Thai massage just as much as I enjoyed our conversation.

We will definitely be back & are interested in trying the mediation/yoga sessions in the salt cave.

My breathing has improved tremendously! Absolutely fantastic and a great atmosphere- a must try and the benefits far far far outweigh the cost! Recommended for anyone who would like to breathe fresh air again!

What a relaxing experience! I could feel that my breathing was better after just one session in the salt cave. I also had such a good night's sleep. My 7 month old also enjoyed tummy time in the cave.

Very relaxing spa! My skin is so smooth from the hemylayan salt cave. The new owner is so kind and very thorough with her explanation on how the hemylayan salt are therapeutic and provide many health benefits.

WOW! A group of ladies and I went Friday evening to a meditation session in the Salt Cave in Oakville. Ana and Joy were beyond fantastic to us every step of the way. From booking the session to experiencing it, I was satisfied all around. This meditation session was peaceful, insightful and relaxing in the cave. Visited the Salt Cave this past weekend and had an amazing experience in the Infrared Sauna and in the Salt Cave itself. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The cave's upkeep is great and we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

I have been to other salt caves, and this is one of the nicest. It is under new management, and the owner was very helpful and informative. The salt cave itself was relaxing and the salt mist was clearly working, which made it feel like my breathing was enhanced. There are zero-gravity chairs and blankets to make yourself comfortable. It was a great time to meditate and enjoy the spa music quietly playing in the background.

I especially enjoyed my massage with Luis, who personalized my session to relieve tension. He worked on areas on my legs that get missed in most massages, and he gave me some suggestions for detoxing. Luis was great at reading what areas need the most attention. It is a Thai massage, so some of the time is spent stretching and utilizing pressure points. I was glad I wore cropped yoga pants for some of the positions. Lastly, my husband and I shared the infrared sauna, which helped to sweat out more toxins. Afterwards, we both felt relaxed, yet energized from the whole experience. I made another appointment before we left!

My wife and I had a wonderful day today at the Oakville Salt Cave. The new owner Anna was very nice, helpful and accommodating to all our questions about the salt cave and its benefits. Luis was very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful Thai Massage, and we topped it off with some time in the Infrared Sauna. It was a great and relaxing experience we intend to repeat.

First time there this morning. I had the 1 hour massage and salt cave therapy. What a great experience, definitely returning.

I started going to the Oakville Salt Cave to help me with some of my respiratory conditions after reading about the benefits of halotherapy. This location has been under new management and the owner Anna is absolutely wonderful. The location is truly therapeutic and offers more than just the salt cave. I always walk away feeling better and will be a regular customer.
