! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
Experience with DR. (HENIN CAIRE) please avoid going to this clinic along with seeing Dr. HENIN, she clearly doesn’t seem to be taught well to how to deal with new patients.
To start my story i came as a walk in the reason being i had an eye infection The clinic was completely empty, but for some reason it took time for me to see the doctor. I finally get called to wait in one of the rooms as the doctor walks in rudely saying put your mask on then she doesn’t even take the initiative to get introduced To a new patient, doesn’t even sit down to take any of my information down. Then she looks into my eye and prescribes eyedrops for me.however, afterwards she tells me to go to the pharmacy and to give them my last name. For some reason the pharmacy was confused to not know what medication was prescribed to me and tells me to hold on as she checks the fax machine for the prescription to be printed. I waited there for a long time. No prescription paper was received then tells me to go to the front desk to ask them to print out the prescription for me.this whole process was frustrating and it was very unprofessional as first time walk in.as I have left the clinic I remembered that I also wanted to get some bloodwork done so I went back in there and I asked front desk to have a requisite sheet or if I can see the doctor again, front desk lady said I hardly doubt the doctor would see you again because your health card was already swiped once, you can’t swipe twice so therefore the doctor probably will not see you she goes and ask the doctor as the doctor has then refuses to see me.absolutely selfish and terrible of her And I was hoping that I get my requisite sheet Today, since i had a my day off from work, and I already had fasted and prepared myself for it.please avoid seeing doctors like her, this is literally the definition of collecting money over patient needs. I cant describe how disappointed I was I’m not feeling well and I needed to get that blood work in as soon as possible.

I went to this walk in clinic today and saw a female doctor, I'm not sure her name. However, I went in with a completely clogged ear, I couldn't hear anything other than what sounds like air going through it, I can hear my heartbeat, I can feel vibrations in it when there are loud noises, and it's extremely painful. The doctor looked in it very quickly and told me there is no inflammation and she isn't sure what is wrong, and that it could be allergies, covid, seasonal cold, etc. She spent all of 1 minute examining and asking quick questions and it felt as though she was rushing to get me out of there as quickly as possible. She gave me a prescription for 3 things, because she wasn't sure what is causing the hearing loss and pain. I'm not going to pay for prescriptions when she doesn't know the cause, especially 3 prescriptions.
I ended up going to a different walk in clinic 2 hours later because I didn't trust that nothing was wrong with my ear, only to be told that my ear is extremely inflamed and I need to start on antibiotics. I will not be going back to this clinic.

I saw Dr Henin at the walk in because my family doctor was on vacation. She heard my concerns and sent me immediately for further testing. She called with results within a few days and saw me in person again to discuss. She is very compassionate and reception was very helpful.

I came in for rash diagnosis. The clinic was closing but receptionist got me in to see Dr. Henin, she took her time to discuss my concerns but was quick to diagnose my shingles. Very thankful it was caught in time. Dr. Henin even called to follow up. Thank you to the caring clinic for their compassion

Even you already made appointment, you still need wait 1 hour. The front desk staff forced you wear mask, but they didn’t do that. I hope I can put 0 star for this place.

Extremely rude doctor and receptionist! I never recommend this place to anyone. Doctor Henin is very rude, never listens to your concerns and always has a arrogant attitude towards patients. Very unfriendly.and she clearly have no IDEA of what she is doing. She jumps to conclusions without even listening to you.
This clinic always is into money! They charge extra for things which other doctors won’t. From 2020 till last week they were only accepting phone call appointments, for even major health concerns and all of a sudden the dr wanted to see me for to see whether I qualify for orthotic shoes! She won’t approve anything that your work insurance covers for. So I will say don’t even waste time trying. Even if she approve, she is gonna charge you a lot.
The front desk receptionist really need training on customer service! She acts like she is the doctor itself. She never checks faxes. Also one time she cancelled my appointment without any notice. EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never go to this place even if it is the last place open on earth. Frankly saying I am scared to trust my health with this clinic.

For some of us trying to find a doctor is neither a hobby nor a pastime.

Your receptionist was also unnecessarily rude in communicating that you are no longer accepting new patients.
