We had the most amazing experience at Oakville Toyota. We made the 1.5 hour drive twice just because of the experience. When we walked in we were not harassed by ANY sales reps and we looked around at many vehicles without being asked - they just let us look by ourselves and told us if we needed anything to come up to the desk. When we were ready to talk to some body about a vehicle we went up to the counter and asked and from there we got John (sales rep) who was absolutely fantastic. He made buying a new vehicle easy and such a better experience without being harassed and pushed into something just because of the commission like what most sales people do! I don't know how this is acceptable. I'm not a car person, but my parents have recently had an issue with their new rav 4 (bought in may) regarding the brake on the car. Now the brake had been having a loud squeaky sound since the 3rd month of owning the car. The first time we went to fix the issue the technician told us that there was no problem as the car did not make a squeaky sound during the check up, the person told us there is no issue so we drove back home. However, the problem got worse and the squeaky sound became obnoxious. Last week (November 8th) my dad went in again for the problem. This time the technician took a better look and found out that the brake was somehow "curved", but he told us that there is no problem with it and it is safe to drive, without telling us WHY the brake curved. I think anything regarding the brake is a major issue and life concerning. There should be no reason for the brake to be curved in the first place. My parents have owned a hyundai tucson until this day and the car works as if it was new, how can a NEW car's brake be damaged so quickly after we JUST bought it and how is it right to not fix the problem after the observation? The issue will only get worse because it did get worse since the last time we checked in. Do we have to end up having a brake failure on the highway for you guys to realize that something must be done?

We just bought a Corolla for our Molly Maid Toronto Central fleet. Guys at Oakville Toyota found it and the purchase was like a breeze now that everywhere there is a shortage of cars. Kudos David Chung and Manny Sahota for good work, professionalism and customer care. My wife and I just purchased our first Toyota. From start to finish it was an easier and the best car buying experience we have had. Our Sales Rep was Suhail Pineda and she made the whole process was customer focused, engaged, transparent and very focused on our needs. Her knowledge of the vehicles, options and approach to the buying process was outstanding, she always was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Despite the lack of vehicle inventory, Suhail made sure to keep us up to date about ETA. Additionally, Suhail has the plus that she speaks Spanish so the language will not be a barrier to overcome.
So, I would highly recommend both Suhail and Toyota Oakville for your car buying needs.

After running my old car into the ground, I completed my first-ever purchase of a new car through Oakville Toyota, assisted by Hany Azab. Hany was very helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to explain the fine print before anything got signed – at no point did I feel pressured into something I did not really want. He was also very patient, making some excellent suggestions – for instance, with the chip shortage currently affecting supply, he turned my attention to a different model that was more easily available than the one I’d set my sights on. Hands-down, I can recommend his service and the overall experience at Oakville Toyota.

I went to see a vehicle there and was given a quote for my vehicle (trade) and also given an hour to decide on there offer (offer on paper!) came back to the dealership in approx 15 mins to someone else also looking at the vehicle but meet the sales manager and said it’s a go for the deal offered. He congratulated me on my deal with a high five and said he was off to get the paperwork done. So I sat alone at the salesman’s desk waiting to do the deal while the other couple who had now come back from there test drive and had come inside the to do there offer to purchase. I was told after sitting for another 10-15 mins that the management had to allow the other people to put there offer in, even though they had agreed to sell the vehicle to me!
I was told by the sales manger that he would sort it out but left waiting for another 10-15 mins and then told they accepted the other buyers offer. The most ridiculous situation I have ever experienced. I was humiliated left waiting alone to have an outcome like this. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It is very clear to me now that their trade and deal meant more for the dealership and I was the bird in the hand in case mine was better!
Disgusting behaviour!
Upper management and even Toyota Canada offered no help with the situation.

Great buying experience at Oakville Toyota. Despite Covid protocol, we were able to easily try the car we were looking to buy. The car was ready for us to try when we showed up for our appointment which was appreciated and not experienced at all the dealerships we visited. Just OK cleaning when it was time to pick up our car. Detailing of the car was not 5 star. John was thorough in informing us about the car and the buying process. This is our 2nd car at Oakville Toyota and they keep a very good standard in our experiences. I would recommend visiting John for your next car!

I just purchased a RAV4 with the help of John and NIcole. Great service. They were both very patient and did all that they could to make sure that I got what I wanted. I definitely recommend!

I am writing this review after 2 years because it still bothers me a great deal till today. I had an older Toyota Sienna that started to break down quite often and I was visiting this dealership for service once in a while. Many times I left with hefty bills. Usually, I was served by Roger, representative at the Service Area. Once, I went with a loud noise coming out of the exhaust system. After consultation and talking with Roger I was told the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced at a cost of close to $2000. I felt something was not right and decided to go for the second option the same day, the first time ever. I was told, at the other mechanic that few screws were loose and that was all. I haven't paid a penny. I wondered how many times I was cheated on before at the Toyota dealership. I never ever came back to Oakville Toyota Delearhip again and till today I wonder how many times Roger have taken advantage of a woman that knows nothing about cars.

I recently purchased a car from one of the sales reps Gloria Gordon. She was very nice and patient with all my questions. She didn’t rush me at all to close the deal. I was really happy with my experience at Oakville Toyota. Also for some reason I had to buy another car later on. I went to Gloria again, who helped me with many complicated issues and gave me a pretty reasonable deal. I wish I could give her 6 stars:)

We were looking to buy a Toyota Prius Prime, met with Calvin and he was wonderful. We test drove a car and he explained the details. He offered us good options buying a new car or a demo to keep the price in our budget. Calvin was great. However, the manager he brought to us for further discussion was very abrupt, he did not offer any options nor did he come to us with a favourable attitude. He in other words actually pushed us out. We would have signed up but the attitude of this person actually put me off. In sales one needs to be professional and not be judgemental. Also, another input is that give the first point of contact, the sales rep the scope of the offer that can be made. He had to go to his manager at least 3 times before the manager came to us with an attitude.
