Dispatcher is ignorant high on a power trip, and wont lift a finger to go the tiny extra mile to help someone who is distress. Because this woman not wanting to pick me up at non approved pick up spot even after my worker sent in clearance for me to be picked up at the non approved spot where I walked miles to find a phone, she still refused to send the cab, so that is why your company is losing money, she should be fired! I had just had blood taken and I had no water with me, I ended up having to walk 8 km to get to a place to charge my phone, I was near dead from the heat. I will never us this service again, I dont give a damn if its paid for by ODSP.

Booked a Wheelchair accessible taxi through their booking system online, received a booking confirmation and everything for the trip in advance. The day of the booking no taxi was dispatched, and when I called, I was told they do not offer wheelchair accessible taxis. Terrible from a business perspective to advertise something you do not have, but also as a business …. Not to be accessible, come on. Manager and staff were not helpful, and I continued to receive "confirmation messages" after cancelling my trip.

What you should tell clients when asking if a Camry is big enough is that it has a propane tank in the trunk!

The short version is my friend and I took the GO train from Oakville to TO for a concert. On the return, very late at night, we ended up at the wrong station. After an hour search and the realization that we were not where we were supposed to be, I called Oakville United Cab. I had a very nice dispatcher; let me know the cab would be at my location in 5 mins, gave me the cab number and then texted it to me. The cab was spotless, the driver was professional and talked to us all the way to my car, and within minutes we were at the right place and at my car. Great experience! Thank you.

We always use Oakville United. We use them to get us home safely after a party and on all trips to the airport. They are always dependable and on time (important when you are booking a cab to the airport for early in the morning). We have never had a bad experience.

A couple fantastic drivers but majority of my experiences lately have been extremely unpleasant! #140 and #79 particularity horrible!

I would give no Stars-About a month ago our car broke down in Mississauga and we took one of these cabs to get home to Niagara falls- the company told us over the phone there was no flat rate- we get home and the meter was at $218- I told my son to pay them (16 years old) so he went outside with my credit card and came back in with a receipt of $250 being charged- the driver apparently asked my son so they quoted you $250 over the phone and then charged the card- I think it's disgusting for the driver along with the company takes advantage of a kid- I have called the company multiple times and was emailing with the manager- basically just getting pushed around in hopes that I drop it-Disgusting

Happy customer here - have frequently taken Oakville United Taxi to the airport and the cabs are always punctual, clean, with friendly drivers. Plus with the new app I get alerts when the car's almost here.

I had arranged for Oakville United Taxi to take me to Pearson Airport amid the chaos of Toronto traffic and airport congestion as well. Driver was friendly, taxi was clean. Ride was driven in a safe manner and despite my reservations I arrived relaxed. Price was reasonable and the driver made a point of placing my bags on the sidewalk. All in all a very pleasant experience, one I will take again this summer.
