Oasis Family Health Centre

Took my wife for an appointment today. She booked this appointment between one month to little over a month ago. We get there 15 mins prior, hoping to maybe get seen a little early. This was not the case because after 2 hrs, she was told the doctor was not prepared to what had been scheduled for today and to come back at a later date. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Can't help but feel that we aren't the only people who go through this here. If the doctor wasn't prepared for the procedure/appointment today, the absolute least they could do was give a courtesy call to cancel and reschedule instead of wasting our time and resouces. Do better for the sake of your patients.

Staff very rude. They are not a walk in clinic even thou they ate posted as a walk in clinic. Staff need to go back to school and learn manners. Wouldn't give them a star

This clinic is the worst I ever saw. The staff is very rude. Getting an appointment is impossible. If you are sick in January and need medical attention they will give you appointment in April. They don’t listen and pretend that they are very busy and they have no appointments. Once I was in the clinic and I see hardly anyone coming in
Seriously don’t go there because doctors are also not good. Their solution for our problem is prescription pain medicine that it.

Great Clinic, very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and nurses are kind and professional. Office visits are quick, wait time is less than 10 mins. Thank you!

The receptionists are god awful- VERY incompetent and rude. Oasis health centre, look at these reviews and take them seriously. Your receptionists are driving patients away.

Doctors not available all the time. Minimum 3 to 4 weeks wait times to get family doctor appointment.

WORST CLINIC OUT THERE! They say they are accepting new patients but meanwhile they won’t take care of their existing patients. I wanted to get a blood test done and they said they would not do so unless you are pregnant. This clinic and their terrible doctor Erum Raheel is only concerned about making money. They sent out an email to everyone stating not to go to walk in clinics for medical help because if we do then she does not get paid. WHAT TYPE OF DOCTOR DOES THAT? This clinic does not honour their appointments. This is the worst clinic and team of doctors possible.

I have mixed feelings here. On one hand the doctor is amazing and very helpful. On other hand, having an appointment should be respected. I don't feel it fair to have to watch people come in after you and watch as all them get served before you when your appointment time is before them. I get waiting 30 minutes I don't get wait for over an hour. That doesn't make sense to me. Need better service overall.

Very unprofessional place.
It says walk-in available on the building. Never trust them. They dont take walk-ins please do not waste your time.

Note: front office people are there just for eating and cracking jokes when someone come in and ask for walk-in appointment.

Dr Lai is really wonderful person, she is always patience to listen to my medical problems, help me to release my worries, I'm really appreciated and lucky to find her as my family doctor.

Every time I need to consult, request prescriptions, get bloodwork, or request for results, medical certificate, etc.the staff are very accommodating and I get prompt action/ results. Thank you for being caring, empathetic and proactive!

Love my doctor but the front desk never answers and doctors are never available. You have a to wait weeks for appointments and no walk ins anymore.

Dr. Syed Zain Ali has done a great job in dealing with my health issues. I had a history of multiple complications and required a thorough diagnosis. Gladly, Dr. Ali has not only highlighted the areas of concern but he is treating them well. Keeping in view the competence of the doctors, I always prefer to take my kids to Oasis Family Health Centre. They have a very friendly staff. So my kids never hesitate to see the doctor. Thanks to Anam for friendly welcome and personalized care. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this clinic all the staff professionals, caring and knowledgeable. The doctors takes their time with the patients and don’t rush them out of the room. The lab technician is very good at doing her job.

Excellent place to have a family doctor at.
Dr. Zain Ali is incredible. He has taken great care of my health and it is always lovely to speak with him at every appointment. He has been really professional and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues.
I really appreciate all staff members especially Ms Anam. She is always very polite, focused and kind. I definitely recommend this place as family clinic.

If you need am appt, best believe ull have to wait 3 months for it. Cant stand this place.
Oh and the sign outside of the building says walk in. Dont waste ur time. They dont do walk ins

Great experience as a first-timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in, my questions were answered patiently. My family Dr. Amanda Gaymes is very good, she really made me feel at ease. Nurse and staff are all very kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Raheel has been my dr for quite some time and I love her. I requested an appointment yesterday and got to see Jennifer, the nurse practioner, today. I appreciate the dedication of all the staff.

There’s no mention online of not accepting walk-ins. Came an hour early (thought I’d get ahead of the queue) only to find out they don’t accept walk-ins.
Please change your information online so you don’t inconvenience others in the future.

Bad patient service. You have to wait weeks and months to get appointment with your own family doctor

My experience with this facility has been less then satisfactory. My family doctor, Dr. PARVEEN, is extremely hard to get an appointment with. It is 3 weeks at least to get a phone call. Nevermind the fact the phone was on the wrong day and so I was completely unprepared and flustered when the call came because i didnt know when i would have the chance to talk to her again. Then from that phone another 3 weeks to book an appointment for a physical which no one reached out to me to book. There has been no follow through. Plus everytime I need my prescription refilled the fax from the pharmacy go unanswered until I am out of my medication and suffering. I'm so disappointed in the whole place.

Just a heads up, this is not a walk in clinic unless you have a doctor who works at this office. I suggest they change the sign on the building because this is misleading.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Anam who was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Anam listened to me with out interrupting and sensed the urgency I felt with my situation Anam so graciously scheduled me in without any interruptions to their schedule. Anam thanks for you patience and kindness. Keep up the great work.

Sharing my experience I had with the Oasis Pharmacy Owner. Traveling last munite and needed to take the PCR Covid Test. I was given 2 options for the test taking in consideration my departure day and time.
The owner told me the regular Test results would take like 24 to 28 hrs and the would have been passed my departure time. As for the Extra it's expensive but recommended that to be the best thought it would hurt my pocket but getting results within 6hrs on the same day.
My connect is thru US and the rapid test, because this pharmacy doesn't do these rapid test he went out of his ways finding for me a location to take the rapid test before boarding in the US to my destination.

My experience was really great with Dr Erum Raheel. She is really professional. Her Staff is really nice, only problem is her clinic phone is really busy, but once u get through it, u will get great service. Clinic was really clean.

I am with Dr Parveen but I am working to change that. She has on multiple occasions been several hours late for phone appointments, on one occasion missing the appointment entirely.

She definitely will be our family doctor.

The clinic has spacious consulting rooms with modern equipment. Dr. Irum is kind and knowledgeable. Good time management. She takes time to listen to my issues. Oasis team is efficient and friendly.

Dr. Erum is a horrible doctor. She has zero respect for patients and is a arrogant lady. She was rude to my dad and dismissive of his serious health problems. He is a senior with hearing problems and Dr. Erum was rude to a old man and is extremely disappointing and I will find him a new family doctor. I will never visit this clinic again. Horrible doctor. Stay away from this clinic, bad doctors but nice receptionists.

Dr. Erum Raheel is Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The health centre is very conveniently located and well maintained with latest equipments.

Always at least a two day wait to see a doctor. Receptionist are usually confused or don’t have an answer for you. Often get hanged up on. Very unorganized. - doctors are friendly.

Clinic is good. The Book appointment feature in their website never works and even if we call their front desk they don’t attend the calls - so it’s a hard time getting a callback from them and getting an appointment book.

Great front-line staff, nurses, and admin team. My family doctor is Dr. Ali who has been absolutely phenomenal in his help and care.

Dr Haji has an open yet assertive approach to treating his patients. It’s easy to have a dialogue with him that doesn’t provoke worry or upset. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who cares and is always up to date and ahead of the curve. More than anything, he is a people person and makes the normal dreaded experience of going to the doctor’s pleasurable. 5 stars!

Was there this morning and welcomed by a very nice and friendly staff member named Wajma and she seemed very well experience and pleasant while doing vaccination for me, I will be at ease taking my family members to your clinic. I highly recommend it.

This is a very good clinic. My doctor personally recommend is Dr. Haji. He is amazing all around and you can always rely on him to be there for you and do everything possible he can. He also makes sure you understand everything that he’s saying and trust to use the maximum time he has with you. Dr. Haji is also great with sports medicine and has a lot of background knowledge on it. He has helped me with my athletic problems and has got me to successful heal again. All round great Clinic and Dr. Haji is an amazing doctor.

Very Poor service and disregard for medical ethics. My son was critically sick and has been receiving all his medical attention from this clinic. We took him he was running a serious fever they couldn't see him.saying walk in clients time was out yet the boy needed argent attention. This is absolutely very unethical despite the fact that all we knew was this clinic every time we e took him here. I sure will never return

Dr Mona is the worst doctor I have ever seen, she doesn’t know anything, she just waste patient time. I take my doughter for vaccines she Dose not check her and said ok go and do her vaccine in front desk and that time my doughter had fever and after vaccine it become worst, I went to check my blood result and she said ok we will discuss all things in next appointment because I have more patents and this appointment I booked two week before, she just wanted that patent come and waste their time and make money with patents appointments and visits. She is the worst doctor, I don’t know how she become a doctor

Horrible front desk service (08/01/20@11: 35am. Walked in very ill and the receptionist kept insisting that the doctor was very busy with her regulars. Almost seemed uninterested in booking me an appointment, so I thanked her and left so she could get back to texting on her phone, will NEVER return to this establishment

I’ve been a patient here for a year now along with my child and parents. Very friendly receptionists and amazing doctors on staff. Will definitely recommend this family medicine clinic to family and friends!

I dont know why they give appointments when doctors and staffs dont follow the time schedule. We had appointment at 4pm it's almost 45 mins and still we are waiting such a waste of time. Won't Recommend to anyone.

Love the friendly staff this location close to my house, but even though with that aspect I had to wait one hour to get a doctor with prior appointment made at the front desk. Unfortunately the pain with the sickness cannot match the the suffering of waiting even though there was an appointment. Never had a bad experience but this was hard on me to take in. Its just waiting with a fever is not easy. Otherwsie it was good.

Was at the new building today for the first time and was really impressed. Saw an intern before Dr Raheel and she was wonderful. Both associates at the front desk were very helpful, esp the young man.

I don't like my current family doctor so im switching to a doctor here. Everything seems to be ok except for two things: 1) parking here is a nightmare. 2) doctors note at my previous doctor was half the price here.

Place charges 25 dollars for a sick note. Double dipping of our health care system at its first best. I'll never go back!

Visited this nice clinic this Monday morning, no patients at the time so no lineup. Since it's a walk-in, I needed to fill up a small form. Quickly after that, the nice reception lady brought us to see the doctor. I forgot the name of the doctor, but he is very nice. He asked quite a lot of questions about the problems of my kid and explained the details to me. I asked if my kid can have some cough syrup, but the doctor didn't recommend it. After some checkups, we did not get any medicine but felt better when we left the place. My kid has been recovered from the flu now!

I switched family doctors and am happy I did so. Good staff and good doctors. Great location for me.

Decent walk in as it's new but expensive charge on Dr notes. Especially when a Dr is being paid through OHIP. I'm not sure why this is allowed in Ontario. To me it's double dipping. Not sure why a note should cost 25 dollars when it takes less than a minute to write one

I have not had a family doctor for roughly 4-5 years. I have been living in this neighbourhood for my entire life and one day decided to walk in and see the atmosphere. I signed up immediately with a Dr. Ali who has been one of the best doctors i have met. A big bonus is there is a pharmacy in the clinic as well, the gentlemen who works behind it, is an amazing soul and will definitely help you find the right medication suitable for you. I am thankful I decided that I took the step to try this new clinic out. I humbly invite all my neighbours and friends to just walk in and see the atmosphere for yourself.

Professional and experienced staff and very clean center. Provided me with high standards of medical care. The pharmacist Masud is always following up my medical case, thank you so much, you helped me a to feel better.

Doctor Ali is very good and helpful.

But not happy why would you book an appointment at 12: 30pm when your Doctor is on a lunch break from 12pm to 1pm. Really no value for my time. Had to wait till 1pm.

Don't get me wrong staff are very helpful, and professional. Sure will visit here more.
