We received very bad and unprofessional customer services from an old lady. Not recommending it at all!

The company had a loan for me for 75 dollars. At the time of asking for that credit, the store manager insulted me by telling me that I didn't hurt his company and that I should get the hell out of his store. I recommend training your workers better.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Oasis Flooring for a flooring installation project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team at Oasis Flooring was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly from start to finish.

One team member in particular who stood out was Chelsea - she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was patient, attentive, and always available to answer any questions I had.

The installation process was seamless, and the team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done on time. The quality of the finished product is outstanding - my new floors are beautiful, durable, and have completely transformed the look of my home.

I had a wonderful experience with Oasis flooring! Chelsea was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I have a condo that has cement flooring underneath and I was told by some that I can only put down engineered flooring that interlocked which made my selection window much much smaller. I asked Chelsea about this and she advised me that although it mostly depends on what my contractor says, she had others use the engineered floors that didn’t interlock before with no problems. With this information it gave me a lot more confidence and choices to choose from. I had some wafering back and forth about 2 selections and I wasn’t in the country so I contacted Chelsea and she took multiple photos for me with the samples in sunlight so i could see to make my final decision. Communication was flawless and prompt. My floors are beautiful and I love it. I will be back soon with another project. I recommend Oasis and esp Chelsea!

This store provides a very bad service as a matter of fact they pressure you to buy their expensive products. I purchased a hardwood floor that faded after 6 months which they refused to change. I do not recommend this store as they don't honour any warranty.stay away.

Excellent prices and service. Peter's team did an awesome job. We're very happy with the quality of their work. The crew was very pleasant to deal with and provided sound advice. Steven did an amazing job removing our squeaky stairs. They exceeded our expectations. This is an honest review. Thank you George, Peter and Steven. Will do business again in the future I'm sure.

Jenny is amazing! Such great customer service. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. When she realized they didn't have the 800sq ft in the hardwood flooring I liked, she offered up ideas and eased the stress of flooring shopping. I highly recommend Oasis for the quality and service they offer. The prices are pretty good too!

Product is terrible, hate not return immediately when seeing problem in the first place. Now have to live with those terrible floors and so regret everyday seeing so many big gap in between. Stay away forever!
