Worst money spent to date. I was specifically told I would be seen by a senior stylist but was seen by a junior. She was almost half an hour late and the session took 5 Hours. I respectively requested for a money piece to frame my face in a dramatic lighter shade than the rest of my colour which was not accomplished after already lifting my hair as light as possible. Charged me for the full service which I paid for because I respect the "hustle". I've been to some of the best salons in the city but this place here was a complete waste of time, energy and funds. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely not! Beyond dissatisfied is an understatement.

Literally so happy with Oasis Spa! I needed to get a balayage done last minute & they were more than happy to make arrangements for me to come in the next day! Jassi did my hair & I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I was with the results! She really worked with me to see what my vision was & also gave her expert advice and recommendation to really pull the entire look together! Overall 11/10 is an understatement to how amazing the people here are! I will definitely be coming back & recommending this place to everyone I know!

Got my hair done by Jassi and it looks absolutely phenomenal! I've been getting compliments on it everywhere I go. Jassi was extremely patient, gentle and professional. She was able to lift my black hair to silvery-grey in one session while still preserving the integrity of my hair. She was extremely detailed and meticulous in her bleach application and very attentive to what my desired look was. If you're looking to get your hair coloured/bleached book with Jassi!

Been going here for 3 years, absolutely love the staff. Super friendly. Sammie is extremely knowledgeable about her craft. I always sit in her chair confused about what I want and she has a way of talking through your wants and give you the exact look you wanted. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Unprofessional service. I booked appointment for haircut and hair color. I told the person in advance that i travelling from mississauga and whoever was managing booking that day told that we have slot so you can come. I went there and told them that I have appointment, then the guy who booked my appointment said we are busy, we can't do anything today. I asked them for haircut only after that and he said we don't have anyone available for haircut also. I was shocked to see this kind of service and this person asked me to come next day. I would not recommend anyone to go there, they don't respect your time at all. I am never coming back here.

I don’t usually write reviews but im so disappointed I have to. Got my “balayage” done by Ekam, she was really nice but I got highlights with absolutely no blending done at all instead. My hair is black and I fully conveyed I wanted a beige blonde balayage. My roots were not even touched to blend in the dark base? Now half of my head looks light and the top looks dark while the sides are stringy looking. She mentioned while doing my hair that she would do a money piece. The front pieces of my face are nothing like that at all. I love the color I have no problem with that I just don’t understand why it’s so poorly blended. I called to ask if they can fix this and they told me to contact my hairdresser. She said I should book another session for $400 again as if it’s my fault she didn’t blend it correctly. I really wanted to like this place but save your money. When booking I was told the max it would be is $300… my hair is not heavy and chest level and i was charged almost $400. I’ve shown other hairstylists my hair now and they have told me any professional salon or stylist that has experience would fix their mistakes and give you what you wanted since you’re paying for a SERVICE. Don’t even want to add pictures of what my hair looks like because it’s so embarrassing and sad. Save your money, there are many salons that care more & don’t just want your money.

What I asked for and what I got is miles apart! I went in again to get it fixed, they charged me again and still not fix it:) After spending hundreds of dollars I still did not get what I asked for, save money! Go somewhere else

I was very unhappy with the color on my hair which i had got done a couple months back from another salon. Komal did a wondeeful job in correcting that and gave me exactly the look i wanted. She is very sweet and makes you comfortable throughout the process.

I got my botox hair treatment done by @hairbysamiiee on Friday and I am so pleased with the result. She also gave me a trim and I've just been loving this new look. My hair feels so much healthier and shinier. It was so dry, dead, and damaged before with so many split ends! Would recommend.

Hands down, the best experience I had. She did and awesome job and produced the results I wanted to the dot! So glad I found my go to stylist now. I’ve been going to Sammie for a while now and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else. Also my dark hair tends to pull orange when bleached but Sammie uses colour correction and helps me achieve my dream hair every time. I got my hair colored and cut by Sammiiee today and I couldn't be happier! I had grown out blonde balayage and wanted to go much darker, and she delivered just the way I wanted. This place was amazing! I was super hesitant about getting my hair done for the first time. But Ruby answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! I originally had virgin dark brown hair so we weren't entirely sure about how the colour would lift. But I was genuinely happy with the end result! And can't wait too go back in February! Got my hair styles curls were out before the 10 minute drive home. Hair stylist really rushed when doing my hair (and i have a lot) did it in about 10 minutes. Do not recommend ay allll

Got a balayage and a cut done by Ruby and I absolutely love it. Definitely coming here again and recommending this place to my friends.

Worse experience. I visited this salon for hair rebonding but they ruin my hair.rebonding means hair should be straight permanently.they use chemicals on my hair after wash straight with hair straightener.when i wash my hair after 3 days am shocked to see the result.no result of rebonding, my hairs are dull fluffy no shine, more worse than before. I visit the salon again, they use another chemicals and say this is last try, we can't do anything. I regret that why i went this salon spend 320$ dollars.my friends making jokes on my hairs, i call to salon to give my money back. But they never call me back or refund my money.

The salon is home to talented Hair Colourist and Stylists. Some stylists are booked weeks and months in advance so be sure to book in advance. The front desk works hard to accommodate clients with last minute requests. Although, they are known for their hair services (especially balayage), you can find a range of services such as men's cuts, waxing, laser hair removal, facials, etc. I also like the ambiance of the salon - its got a modern touch. It's nice that theres a Starbucks in the plaza as well. I always grab a drink before my appointments!

I also appreciate the fact that the lead Stylist and Colourist (Sammie) takes responsibility to train stylist under her - providing career and skill development opportunities for newer Stylists.

Tthey took very long time to do anythng my girlfriend went there for hair colour they give her an appointment when she reached they said she have to wait because the girl was busy with other client she waited for 45 minutes first then finally they started blexhing her hair but she is attending the other clients in middle of that so that girl wasted nearly 6 hours of my gf for colouring they are very unprofessional they donot care about other people time.they thnk people are free for whole day i dnt know why they book an appointment if they are overbooked thats insane.

I just got my hair done today and couldn’t wait and had to do a review. I got my hair done from Ruby it was my first time being with her. I was so happy with the results of my hair. She was such a gem she was super gentle with my hair unlike other salons who tug and pull it like it’s a wig. She was super caring always checking up on me. I am so happy with my hair and I loved the whole experience i will definitely be coming back. The rest of the staff was also super nice:)

Jaspreet was amazing, she made the overall process so comfortable and easy. Not to mention she is amazing at what she does. I’ve been to numerous salons and have always struggled with achieving the perfect colour, it is always either too yellow or too ash, she was able to give me the perfect beige, identical to the picture I showed her. Her head massages are a bonus! My whole experience at oasis was beyond amazing. Great work!

I had my third visit at Oasis Spa today and each experience with this salon just gets better and better! From the moment I stepped in, till the end of my service everyone made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable! All the staff at Oasis is amazing at what they do! I’ve been getting my hair done from Ruby for almost a year now, and I don’t have enough words to express how much I LOVE her work! She not only enjoys what she does, but she’s truly amazing at it as well, she’s got magic in her hands! I leave Oasis feeling extremely satisfied every time because of how well Ruby does my hair, there’s no one else I’d trust! I HIGHLY recommend this place, no matter what service you’re looking for! It’s a super cool and chill place!

This salon is absolutely phenomenal! I was super hesitant on getting my hair done for the first time but had the most amazing experience with Ruby. Both Ruby and Nancy are highly skilled in what they do and always do the best for their clients. Oasis has the most welcoming and friendly environment I have ever experienced in a salon and I’m glad to say I’ve found my forever go-to place! If you are sitting free at home and have nothing to do, you’re welcomed here. You can easily spend your whole day here waiting for your turn even if you took an appointment coz they overbooked. Very rude people, unprofessional, are gonna neglect you.

Worst experience ever. My cousin was booked with Sammie to get a haircut done and when she came in for her appointment, Sammie claimed that she was unaware of this appointment and had the rudest attitude. My cousin showed one of the workers the email where Sammie had told us what day and time to come in but she continued to blame it on us saying that she did not put it in her schedule. She made us feel bad for something that was not our fault. When she started to cut my cousin's hair, she noticed how upset my aunt was because we had to wait a hour and a half despite having an appointment and she asked "why is she upset? Because you came in without an appointment? ". She is so rude and unprofessional.

This is my favourite place to get my hair done! Sammie is AMAZING! Highly recommend! Everyone’s so nice and welcoming!

I went in about 20 minutes before closing and they told me to come tomorrow. It’s first come first reserve so I could of walk-in 2 minutes before closing! Didn’t say I needed a appointment!

I love this salon! I've never trusted anyone with my hair more than Sammie. She got me the results I thought my hair could never achieve. All the other staff at the salon is very friendly and welcoming as well, willing to help out wherever it is needed. After 2 long hair appointments, its safe to say Oasis Spa is a fun, friendly environment to spend your time, especially with Sammie working wonders on your hair!
