My baby locked himself in the bathroom and Jeff from building management is super helpful and came within 5 mins.and has always been there to help.and this review is to recognize his help at all times.

JEFF WAS VERY POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING. HE WAS ABLE TO HELP AND SLOVE ALL OUR KITCHEN AND WASHROOM ISSUES PERFECTLY.

I see that Kaneff employees are being coerced into posting fake reviews to boost their miserable rating now. All the residents are on the verge of open revolt and "oh but this guy did the bare minimum, so 5 stars! " Be real now. There's so many things wrong it'll fill a book, go see the other reviews.
Kaneff: just another billionaire family getting richer ripping off the poor.

Jeff visited my suite and fixed all our apartment tap and bathroom issues in one go. They're pending from very long time and recent piping works.

My stove got spark on 16th Nov, 2023 and it got replaced today. Jeff was very cooperative and provided good service within a short time.

Kaneff 3575 has become a jungle now no one to look after management no amenities nothing.
You put complain no one listen it use to be a good place when Len was here since he left it became rotten place.
Rent you pay on time with rent increase but pool closed gym closed everything closed now recycling bin outside how about old person will go outside and put recycle in snow or anytime they are placed so high
I got hurt myself when I put the recycle there.
You call them 100 times they don’t listen.
I am surprised with some people gave 5 stars in past 10 months which is totally wrong and one thing need to be notice they reply to those reviews but bad reviews they will say we are sorry this is not any excuse.
I am living in this building for almost 10 years but since last 1 years this place has become garbage.

Sign here if you can manage a stay which has continuous water shutdowns, power shutdowns, inaccessible pools, stinky gyms!

It is super old and they need sooooooooooooooo much of time to repair! Everything is broken or will keep needing fixes every now and then, from their water system to heating system to flooring to everything.

I stay at the ground floor and I have been getting maintenance notice after notice after notice. We've just survived through 2-weeks of water shutdown with 2 dependent parents & a toddler and now we have another notice stating that there is going to be another water shutdown for 10 days, straight. And, another repair estimated from August end all the way to December '23, which will have sudden water shutdowns again.

And, I still have a pending flooring repair and ceiling repair for 3 weeks.

We've also been asked to remove things from our storage units indefinitely for some repair there as well.

If there is so much of repair, why not just shut the building down and fix them before wasting people of their money, time and energy! No one cares about their tenants, as they are super understaffed and all that matters for them is cost cutting & rents!

Update after a month: No one has reached me from Kaneff to schedule any call as replied to this comment! Received 4 more notices about water shutdowns from Sept 8th to Sept 18th. The storage space repair has no completion date and the flooring repair request is still pending.

Very badly managed building, stay away from this place at all costs. It was a mistake moving in here.

The place is getting worse and worse every passing day. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
