My hair was thin and falling constantly. I did PRP and the doc recommended to do vitamins as well.and man did it work!

If you are looking for a place for relaxing, it’s a good place, but if you are a frequent visitor for massage therapy and looking for deep therapeutic massage, this is not right place for you.

It wasn't exactly a ''deal'' by any means lol, don't fall for that. They don't give you a full body massage.

Very disappointed in my experience at Oceana Holistic a Refresh and rejuvenate package.
I got soaked with massage oil and they don’t give you hot towels to wipe off excess oil.
The second part of the package was just a simple waste. They leave you in a room for a half an hour and have you put your hands and feet on a Himalayan salt stone. Misleading advertising!

Hubby and went for couples pampering package and were very happy. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Great atmosphere and clean. Really can't think of anything negative to say. Would definitely recommend and revisit!

Rating the laser hair removal and PRP hair restoration here, as these are the services I’ve tried so far and all I can say is thank you! I’ve been to many places for my laser hair removal and I’ve done many sessions at other clinics, but Oceana Holistic got rid of my body hair by the first session of laser. I am so amazed! I then did PRP for my hair loss especially due to stress from the pandemic, and I swear these people r miracle workers! Would recommend to all

At oceana holistic I did PRP because my hair was falling a lot and it was a miracle. My hair is growing back and is thicker. I am on second session. The doc was very nice and so was staff. I will be doing other things here.)

My husband and I had a couples massage here. It was very relaxing and the massage therapists were great! The staff are also very friendly.

Very clean and professional clinic. The doctors are all licensed. Got my lips and PRP done and am extremely satisfied.

I just love this place. Amazing people and amazing staff. Marry on the front desk is great with clients. I went for couples massage with my guy. Sherry and Sussane were great during massage. I will highly recommend this place.

This was my first couple’s massage experience and it was okay. Front desk/waiting area is gorgeous and the staff were friendly. My partner and I explicitly told the massage therapists that this was our first massage. They told us to take off our clothes, lay on our front and cover ourselves with a towel. We laid down on separate tables and tried our best to cover our backs. The therapists came back and started chuckling because “we didn’t do it right”. I found it pretty rude, unprofessional and just unnecessary.

The cherry on top was that they never disclosed what product they were using. I saw the bottle later and it was almond oil. If you have a nut allergy be cautious. When the staff go through a brief consult in the beginning, they don’t ask if you have allergies so be sure to advocate for yourself.

Went for a couple's massage a few days ago. Everyone was nice however I would agree with the negative reviews; I did notice some of the staff were walking around without a mask and even during the massage. They did eventually put the mask on however it made us feel uncomfortable when that's what you walk into in the first 5 minutes of being there.
Secondly, although they did apply more pressure when being asked to, they didn't seem to know the anatomy of the back. They didnt know where all the knots were, how to undo them, and apply pressure to the appropriate areas. Most of the time, my therapist did a very gentle gliding/circular motion which did not help my strained areas. As for my partner, his therapist applied too much pressure where he was left with a bruise after!
Furthermore, you are left feeling VERY greasy and oily after the massage has been done. They didn't offer anything to wipe us off with and I really wished they had at least given us a hot towel. The oil gets caught on everything especially in the car!
All in all, my body feels the same as if I didnt even get a massage. Quite disappointed with our experience here and will not be coming back. I wouldn't recommend getting their in-house oil as it is $5 extra and I'm sure there isn't a significant difference between that and regular oil and it's effectiveness.

So me and my wife visited on 12th Dec for a couple massage. When we visited the receptionist was not masked properly, neither she checked our temperature or asked any COVID related questions. About the massage I would say my wife got a very good massage she was satisfied but for me the masseuse did not apply any pressure. When I told her the concerned areas she just rubbed her hand for a couple of seconds and moved on. My 15months old daughter would do a better massage to tell the comparison. Complete waste of time and money for me.

My boyfriend and I have gone several times and have enjoyed our experience every time. Staff is extremely friendly, very communicative and professional. They always ensure we feel welcome and are amazing at what they do. They’ve helped me relieve pain on my right shoulder and arm where I have a pinched nerve and relieve tension in my boyfriends shoulders as well as he works a very labor intensive job.

Their promotions are so worth the price. If you show them a screenshot of the Groupon promo, they will honour the price.

We will continue to visit regularly!

Had a great couple massage experience at Oceana. Staff is super friendly and polite from reception to RMT. I requested for deep tissue massage and quiet often I run into not getting enough pressure - It wasn't the case this time. Jo (RMT) was great - she made sure pressure was to my liking. My girlfriend had Susana (RMT) as her RMT who was also competent in her abilities. Overall great experience - Facility is clean and have good energy. We will be back for more.

I can't speak about the spa amenities as we only went in for massages, but the massages were absolutely PERFECT! Sherry and Charmaine were attentive, professional and really sweet. I got a deep tissue massage by Sherry and she used the perfect amount of pressure-I generally find many are not 'deep' enough. She actually mentioned that she wasnt even using full pressure, so if you're looking for a seriously deep tissue massage, go to Sherry!
The owner was really friendly and communicative. The prices are also very, very competitive. Will definitely be going again.

Oceana is NOT a spa, in the traditional sense. If you don't need all the amenities that a traditional spa includes, then this place will be satisfactory.

STAFF - the woman who spoke to my friend and I, after our services were done was curt and short. No further instruction had been given to us at the end of our sauna session and we were essentially reprimanded for not exiting the sauna promptly as their next clients would be arriving shortly.

MASSAGE - the massage therapists were lovely (request Josie she was excellent) and extremely skilled in their occupation. Both were attentive and thorough.

Here are some things to keep in mind.

1. The "spa" is more of a converted office space
2. There's only 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, which is where the therapy rooms were located
3. Ask to use the lockers to store your personal belongings (we were not given the option)
4. There are no showers available (at least not any we were told about)
5. The sauna seats 3/people max

Nice staff - decent massage, all other pampering services lacked. Facilities are subpar and no shower unfortunately, so you leave oily and sweaty.

Fabulous massage! My masseuse really paid extra attention to the tension I had and gently massaged out my knots. She was strong where I needed her to be but also very gentle in very painful areas! Would highly recommend!

Greeted by the friendly staffs and they explained the types of massages they provide. The massage was good and the person who massaged me was polite and really professional.

I get a lot of massages and can honestly say this is the best massage I’ve ever had! My mom and I had a couples massage with Sharon and Charmaine today and they were amazing! Very experienced, their technique was excellent. We will be going back for sure!

This was my first time getting a professional massage. My partner and I did the couples massage and Bee and Olivia made it such a wonderful experience. They were so kind and extremely communicative for what we wanted and needed, especially with it being my first time. Good massage, but not great as it feels like they will only apply oil over your body but no pressure on muscle and joints. Then you'll go home oily and sweating as the sauna was last.

The therapist and design and the services here are truly exceptional. "Oceana Holistic" spa is way more professional, the therapist are very knowledgeable, they have a policy of attending clients wisely, I had a great time at Oceana Holistic
