As a longtime patient I always appreciate the excellent dental care I receive from Hygienist Bonnie and Dr Lam

I found Dr. Shearer by reading online patient reviews for East York. The recurring words: gentle, caring and painless convinced me to make the call. My teeth were sadly neglected due to Covid and an unreasonable fear of dentists.

She and her team made me feel at ease right away. After full examination, X-rays and 3D imaging, she explained in detail what I needed. The 3D Imaging system they use allowed me to actually see the problems with my teeth in full 360 degrees. After all examinations and imaging were done, they provided me with a written estimate to repair all of the damage. Less than I expected, so we proceeded.

The repairs were completed in a quick series of visits. Dr. Shearer and her technicians were very gentle and considerate of my concerns. I really felt no pain during these procedures and they kept checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. They showed me that I had nothing to fear.

All done. All damage repaired and I have new front teeth. I am thrilled with the results. I will be back for regular maintenance.

Second visit.
I called the office because I was sure I had cracked a tooth. After close examination, Dr. Shearer told me it’s just a chipped filling. She made adjustments to it immediately. I was in and out of the office within a half hour, problem, fixed, reasonable price and my teeth feel great. I look forward to my cleaning next month.

I've been to a lot of different dentists over the past 40 years due to moving between cities during my former career. And this place is by far the best-run. They will give several reminders of your upcoming appointments. The dentist I have there completely lives up to the expectations I had after I was recommended to her by a fellow employee at work. Dr. Lam is thorough and quickly adjusts teeth for a proper bite once the work is done. I've had a lot of cavities done over the past year plus she did a great job on an implant for a back tooth. I would totally recommend this centre although I am honestly not sure of the other dentists. The hygienist did a thorough job and was totally concerned about comfort level while working on my teeth. Thank you O'Connor Dental Centre. I'm sure the dentists there, unknown to me, rise to an exceptional professionalism equal to that of Dr. Lam.

I went there for a simple cleaning and left with a broken tooth! After complaining and crying they fixed it in the next day but at the end asked me to pay for the fixing! Of course I refused. I’m traumatized… terrible experience and I don’t recommend to anyone!

Dr. Shearer and all the staff here are absolutely fantastic! I spent a decent amount of time here while having Invisalign and everyone is always really friendly and appointments are always on time. I’m very happy with my teeth! Highly recommend!

Dr. Eli Filliotis is the best dentist I had for all these years. Her Assistant is also awesome. They extracted my 2 teeth yesterday and just like nothing happened thereafter. I don't know how they did it but there was no bleeding after I got home, sleep good last night and no pain. Amazing. I ate my regular breakfast this morning, brushed my teeth and having my daily routine. Keep up the good work Dr. Eli and Evelyn.
