I was only looking to make an appointment in ghee future, but they made it happen, same day!

It was my first time at this location doing couple of tests. I put 4 stars because the staff are not too friendly but they do a great job doing any type of health tests

Well received n greeted by the receptionist. The technician is amazing n each X-ray he took he explained.

Quick and friendly service, great location. Went in for an X-ray, was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Did some shopping in the area for 20-30 minutes. Waited for another 10-15 minutes, X-ray was done. Can't ask for more than that.

The location is superior, the parking space is sufficient, and the environment and equipment are very good. It's just that the girls at the front desk are indifferent.

Professional healthcare and office staff! Grateful to Natasha and her colleagues who kindly helped me in person and over the phone. I can highly recommend and thank technologist/sonographer Gurleen for her professionalism. Three different X-ray technicians have also been helpful.

I had been to this center for my ultrasound test. I had a very good experience. The person who did my ultrasound was Madam Zainab. She was very kind and polite. She helped to make me comfortable as I was bit tense about this test. I thank Madam Zainab for all the help given to me. I would give her 5 stars as a staff at ODC Square One location.

I am so glad that my family doctor referred me to this place for my stomach ultrasound. My experience was smooth right from booking an appointment for ultrasound. Their doctor durdana did an excellent job.

Always had a good experience here. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. Shout out to Cecilia at reception who helped my Mom, who has mobility issues, get her x-ray even though the office was quite busy!

Just had my mammogram today. The receptionist was welcoming. The mammogram technician called “ Lucin” was very unfriendly. I opened a conversation but before I could finished my sentence, she cut me off and bluntly said, take off your gown and immediately proceed with the mammogram. Your clients are not objects or robots, mammogram is a painful procedure to many and a friendlier/ kind attitude and atmosphere is very much appreciated.

Must wear mask to get in. No staff wearing masks properly. Nothings cleaned between patients. They did change the paper on machine pillow. Change rooms are VERY small with no hooks with a dirty chair to sit on. Will not return for follow up here

Good customer service, precise appointments and nice technicians.

My mom did ultrasound for bladder with them. Because she needs to drink a lot of water before, I was worried about appointment being delayed. We arrived on time, they started on time, allow me in for translation, everything went smoothly.

I have been going to ODC since the last two months and have had an excellent experience both times. My technician, Beena was very gentle and caring and took time to explain to me everything about my scan. There were times when my baby wasn't cooperating but Beena was very patient throughout and did not rush my appointment. I would 100% recommend this location to everyone.

They accommodated my request for the earliest available date. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was called right away. Staff who makes the booking and the reception is polite and the technician had great bedside manners

These people are the worst out there…. Did an ultrasound for me and failed to tell me my baby was dead. Even told me I have nothing to worry about. How can someone do that? Not disclose that their baby is dead and there no heartbeat. Horrible horrible place. The least they could have done was call my doctor and tell them it was an emergency

Went in for a scheduled scan in early evening. It was not too busy and the wait for my appointment time was minimal. Staff were polite and personable. Mohammed, the technician was friendly and gave clear explanation and directions for what I needed to do. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Would recommend this location.

Arrived early and only waited 5 minutes. The technician did his job with a professional attitude. I was offered paper towel to wipe off. I guess I am one of the few that had a good experience.

This is a good place to get X-Rays, ultrasound tests done, Staff as well as Owner very supportive, friendly and understand your problem and needs to get test done as per prescription. They were able to find a suitable spot for ultrasound as per urgent requirement and Owner Mr. Anmol himself followed up to get the test rightly done after understanding our problem. Thank you so much ODC square one team for fast response.

Received a cancellation less than 24 hours before my appointment and next available booking is 2 weeks out. It should be reception calling me to reschedule and not me having to call in since it’s a problem with their office.

Both The receptionist and the technician are very friendly and helpful. They are very polite and professional. Waiting time is not long at all. I feel very comfortable going to this office since I am nervous of doing X-ray. Thank you!

Unfortunately I will NEVER go there again.because of the Ultrasound Technician.she didn't show me my baby and refused to tell me the Gender of the baby. While in other center they told me usually they inform the patient a few details and reveal the gender

It was one of the worst experiences ever, starting from the bad hospitality at the front desk, the non professional performance from the technician where she got lost at the beginning of session and she had to ask for help plus the session was very painful and my wife’s several notes that the applied pressure is too much and painful was ignored, ending by refusing to tell us the gender of our baby and giving us non clear one screen print out.

Definitely we will not recommend them for anatomy scan for pregnancy.

I had a 1pm appointment, they told me X-ray and altra sound would take 30 min. I waited 1.5 hrs in the waiting area before they took me in. I will never step feet in here again.
