The most fun I've had at a record shop in a long time. Amazing selection, great prices, knowledgeable Staff, good parking and fun customers. I found rare pressings and items I had no idea even existed along side classics and favourites. Well organized with great selection there is so much to look at. They have new and used vinyl, movies and lots of fun surprises. If you like anything alternative, this is the place to be! This is my new favourite record shop, highly recommended!

Amazing experience. They helped me out after my old man passed and I had a lot of albums to offload.

Bought a new LP that had a factory defect (and other records). I went back to the store and asked to trade it in for a similar product 2 visible scratches that produced an audible click the whole side and it skipped during the outro. After their careful inspection (randomly playing the record in the middle), the diagnosis was: "It doesn't skip". They then cleaned the LP, blamed the gear used to play the record and flat out refused to accept the product back. I was then told to contact the Label. They might trade in the defective product. No fault of theirs on the product but its not worth the hassle of trying to return new items. Buyer beware. Shop elsewhere. Edit: (Returned within 30 days of purchase) but is not expressly stated on their website regarding returns. Overall it is up to the store regarding returns. As for your reply, nice one fellas. This is business, not personal.

I went in for 2 Chilliwack albums and left with 7 others as well. This is a great place, I will be returning!

Store seemed clean and organized, however the one gentleman was very rude and waited until cashing out to demand I wear a mask and when I went to he made more rude comments. I struggle with breathing while wearing masks and will wear it if asked politely if someone feels at risk. I'm fully vaxed and my husband was wearing his mask. We took our money and spent almost $200 on records at speed city records instead

You never know (and am often surprised) by what gems this store has in stock, regardless of tastes. Great local source for cinephiles also. An old chunk of coal like me can keep up on what new sounds all the cool kids are in to these days.even on cassette as they keep in stock all the latest releases on release day. One of my favourite record stops! Justin is the nicest and keeps an eye out for anything you’ve been looking for. He has a dynamic and interesting selection of well cherished favourites to off beat records. Really great movie selection as well (VHS included!)
Odyssey also hosts fantastic movie nights and music shows via The Bakers Dozen. All in all, Odyssey is a fantastic and important staple in London.

It was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Justin, who tracked down a very rare record my boyfriend had been searching for for years! Justin has an undeniable passion for anything related to music/film. The shop has an easy going no pressure vibe. Definitely will be returning!
