Having been using this company for years great service, great people to deal with and great pricing.

We purchased personalized mini-sticks for gifts for our Novice hockey team. We received the sticks on a timely basis and distributed them to the team of novice hockey players. The sticks with the logos looked amazing.
The sticks are not the same quality of plastic as other mini-sticks that we have. Two sticks snapped during games of mini-sticks at two separated households.
We contacted OGP and where told that "Everything breaks if it is played rough with.something from Dollarama, or a new Corvette if you jump on the hood.or even Pro NHL sticks or pucks from a slap shot. "
Unfortunately, the customer service after the sale was not the greatest.
OGP analogy is not accurate. If you bought a new Corvette and the engine broke down the first time you drove it, it would be covered by the warranty.
Corvettes are not made to have their hoods jumped on.
If I buy something from Dollarama, there’s an expectation that is cheap and it’s going to break. This assumption was something I though OGP didn’t want associated with their company.
My expectation from OGP is that the product is not cheap. As I said, the logo quality is amazing, the processing of the order and delivery were quick, but the quality of the material is my concern.
Going forward, we have told the rest of the team of eight year olds (not professional hockey players) to avoid playing with the sticks and simply use them as keepsakes for the hockey season.
I was reaching out to you to see if OGP would warranty the two sticks that broke and replacement them for the sake of the two eight years olds.

Less than two weeks from initial contact to delivery of custom pucks. And the pucks look awesome! Highly recommend!
