Came here randomly on a Thursday night. Drag show on top. Karaoke on the bottom. It was an amazing experience. Friendly and open atmosphere. Would come here again.

Ella Mayo and El Experimento are amazing hosts of the shows, the service is great, it’s a great time.

Came for drag brunch for my birthday, amazing experience, the staff was great, food was great. They upsell with doubles and how can you not? I will come back and back again!

Friendly staff, yummy brunch, and talented + charismatic drag performers. A+ would drink again.

Been coming for yrs. Service is decent. Food is ok. But this eve despite it being empty my chicken sandwich was way overcooked. After 3 bites i took a look and saw how black the filet was so i left it. My friend and i continued to order more drinks while he ate his meal. I explained to the waiter how burnt the sanwich was and he saw how it was clearly quite burnt. Would it really be that much of a sacrifice to take it off the bill and keep a client happy when the food was clearly sub quality? But nope.full charge. What a joke of customer service.

Antony was AH-mazing: very attentive, enthusiastic, helpful, kind, patient and most of all FUN!

After not being out for almost two years I was excited to see dinner and a drag. Met a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time who brought me small batch brews of alcohol as a gift that were sealed and in a bag. The bouncer wouldn't let us in. We asked if we could leave it in coat check, with him or behind the bar. Nope. Weren't allowed in. They couldn't offer a solution and were total dipsh*ts. Won't be back.

Great place for drink and shows but the good isn’t good. I ordered wings and wedges both were undercooked. The drag shows are amazing and very entertaining!

I don't know if management has changed or they got a new cook or just found Jesus.but I'm updating my previous review from 2 stars to 5 (more stars if I could).

I booked my husband's birthday brunch this past Sunday and every member of the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our party of 13. They allowed us to bring a cake, made additional room for those who we didn't plan for and personally thanked us for visiting. The drags queens were amazing! One Irish who tapped the Irish jig and another Whitney Houston look alike who did flips down the isle! I don't know that I've ever felt so welcomed at any restaurant. This was a completed 180° from my previous visits.

I urge anyone that may not have had the best experience to go back and give Ogradys another try. I'm glad I did as I will be a regular moving forward!

Found this place accidentally just walking down the street looking for somewhere to grab late night drinks with friends. The performers were excellent, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun.

It was very loud, which wasn’t a con for me but just something to note if you plan on going.

I will definitely be back!

Me and my girlfriend went to O’Grady’s for Canada’s Drag Race viewing party. Our waitress was helpful and very nice. But that’s all we had going. The gravy on the poutine we ordered had nothing but salt in it. It was impossible to eat. The waitress was really nice and she took it away and did not charge us for it. The viewing, as said, did not really happen. It was very loud and we couldn’t understand what was being said on the episode. And even though we asked the staff, both for accessibility needs and because it was so loud, to turn on closed captions, they said “they couldn’t because they needed an additional organizer thing to do it, ” as they held the remote in their hands. I wasn’t aware that closed captions required additional hardware. So we left before the episode was over. Everything was also SO OVERLY priced. I was shocked when I was handed the bill. After having had two appetizers, two shots, and a few beers we ended up paying over 200$ (tax and tip included). I don’t think the price was either worth the quality of the food or our experience. We won’t be coming back.

I had so much fun last night at O'Grady's on a Sunday night. Drag show started past 9pm -11: 30pm and it was entertaining. Atmosphere was happy and almost felt like pre-Covid life but they followed all health safety rules. The Mojito was very good. They have a good size pretty patio to the side. The food smelled amazing and friend got a poutine for $15.00. The menu is expensive thus the 4 stars.

I just had a bad experience when I was trying to book a table to celebrate my 30 with my friends and family. First, I called at monday and they said its ok they book the table for me and everything was fine.

I called again today to ask few questions, the owner was extremely disrespectful at the phone, saying that they dont do table reservations and giving me atitude, asking money for the seats if the guest dont show up or show up late. (thats a thing in Toronto now? Lol) Was really rude. I felt really bad about that and give up to celebrate anything in this place.

I was a client at the place but now after this situation I dont go anymore and I told all my friends what happen there. If you own a bussines you need to know how trear people with respect.

Unfortunately they lost a lot people that could be potencial regulars clients at the place.

Places with this administration are a shame for our community. Just find a better place to have good moments people!

Dont go here.over priced, will charge you a 5$ GLASS FEE on top of your already 15$ drink.avoid this place at all costs.

Suzanne our host/server was the BEST! She was the food whisper. We had no clue what to get and just by talking Suzanne recommended everything and every reco was so good and just what we wanted. From the nachos with all the fixings to a fresh flavourful salad, so good. Proof she rocks, I chose my dessert and it sucked! But if Suzanne chose it, I could only imagine. Great vibe, yummy food, prices were ok, but worth it for a great night out.

Service was not the greatest as it was slow and our order was wrong twice. Food was pricey and mediocre.however it was expected. Just wanted to support the village

Huge Cesaer salad fresh bacon lots of parmesean and good chicken to top it off. I couldn't finish it but it was delicious. Big patio and 2 nice servers. I would go back.

Being a vegetarian I felt like this place is not inclusive enough. They don’t have enough vegetarian/vegan options. They actually have only one option beyond meat burger which tastes like meat burger (Tim Horton’s has better one). When I asked the server what do they have in vegetarian the server replied with “fries, onion rings etc”. Also servers are too sassy and too pushy.

I've always enjoyed my time and service at O'Grady's however last night was an exemption we were graciously greeted by Antonio: !) He was great. Attentative, knowledgeable of the menus and made recommendations

8oz steak and salad and 2 6oz glasses of wine $60 dollars, crowded. It takes a while to get service, once she arrived my server was great. Steak was overcooked.

O'Grady's on Church St.is always a great place to go with friends for drinks and food, and that hasn't changed during this time of COVID. The check-in process was really smooth and the spacing of the tables was really good. The staff all wore masks and were so friendly and amazing as always.

First pub i have been in the area of church street, the service was impeccable atmosphere was warm, food and drink was right on, even Antonio our waiter was a charm, funny and introduced me to some new drinks.

We had 2 drinks each, nachos, fish and chips and it was $180 before too, and they wouldn't allow us to charge our phone due to a previous incident in which a waiter wet someone's phone. An overpriced pub with mediocre food and service and terrible management. Will not return, and do not recommend.

Great atmosphere but I paid 21$ for a double margarita, it was good but I got maybe four sips. I also waited probably twenty minutes for my margarita, but totally understood the restaurant was busy. Just outrageous for one cocktail.

Enjoyed the patio for a beer and snacks. Our server Stephen was exactly what I missed for the last year. He was friendly, professional and accommodating. Hospitality industry was hit hard and great servers were the collateral damage. Support your servers! Thanks for the great experience!

I have been going to O’Grady’s for years, and it never disappoints. This is by far one of my favourite pubs in the city. Great food, great patio, great staff. ️

I don't know why they're not teaching their waiters to give a good service, why they're pushing you to order or leave the table, so rude.plus I ordered a Moscow mule and told waiter without sugar which it was full of it

We went to support local business and the food is utterly disappointing (basic). Nothing special here 100% waste of money.

Emporer Antonio was one of my favourite servers I’ve EVER had on Church Street. He was super fun and friendly and I highly recommend coming to O’Grady‘s and having him as a server! We came for the ladies, stayed got the drinks! Great times! Thank you Antonio & O’Grady’s!

I have got takeout from O’Grady’s, as well as eaten on the patio a couple times back in the summer when things were open. Have had the pleasure of Jimmy taking my order the last few times and it was a really refreshing experience. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to keep you coming back. The food is really fresh and made with care consistently every time I have ordered.
They have all kinds of really hard to find drinks to-go. Specifically the mikes white hard freezie.which I can never find ANYWHERE. I will
definitely be back hopefully with friends soon when things open up.
Oh, and the chicken Cobb salad I ate last night was killaaaaa.

I'm not gonna lie.this is exactly what i was looking for tonight. Good to know it's one the very few places still open out on the strip.

Went to Christmas Dinner with my partner. We had fish & chips. That the first time in my life that I had fish & chips for Christmas Dinner. I usually have chicken and/or ham. We were very happy that O'Grady's was open because they were about the only restaurant in The Village that was open.:) *hugs* JACK

I love the hosts, they are hilarious! We came in as a group of nine, some of our friends left so we inherited their cards. So close from getting that grand prize!

Went here on Dirty Bingo night and had an amazing time with friends. The Drag Queens hosting the event were very charming and hilarious throughout the night. The service for seating and service for food was kind of slow but once our drinks and food arrived everything tasted very good. Will definitely visit again.

Relay good servers they dont just take a table they help one another and make sure the guest have a good time wile they are there. Good food.

I loved this place! Staff is so attentive and friendly! Falafel burger was delicious and went perfectly with the Heineken. I would absolutely recommend checking this hidden gem out if your in the area!

Sept. 30th, 2017. Had a great time with a few friends that night. The performer that night had such high energy and were really engaging to my group as we were up front (close to the door). I only gave 3 stars because one of the servers claimed to be watching me all night and accused me of drinking alcohol out of my bag and as a result told me to "Take my bag and get the f out. " The server was only ever agressive towards me all night. I didn't want to have anything to drink because I was sobering up for a long trip home and was being refused water.

Wings were horrendous. Waiters couldnt remember or note down who ordered what. Every time they brought stuff back to our table they always had to ask who ordered what they had in their hands. Would never go back.

Servers are always nice! A spot where my friends and I can just chill and enjoy each other's company. Definitely a place to visit in the village.

Very friendly and helpful service. The food is very good at great prices. They develop brunch all week and if you order before 11 the price is discounted a few dollars.

The prices are on par with other bars that offer food in the area
There is an outdoor seating area and the wait staff seemed knowledgeable on the days specials
The table service was fast and accurate from what I observed
Having not sampled the cuisine I'm unable to give the pub 5 stars

LGBT friendly. Service was great. Outdoor seating was a plus. Order a pitcher of the sour. Very over priced though.

Really love this coming here after a stressful week. The chicken fingers here are great and love the Rupaul tinis! The staff are very friendly and attentive and make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is really nice as well as the Friday night shows at 11pm to close. I will be a regular from here on!

The patio is great! So big and cozy, one of the best in the area. The staff is also lovely, I suggest trying the bad boi pitcher as it is delicious and full of alcohol!

O'Grady's Restaurant has one of the best outdoor patios in Toronto's Gay Village. While the food and drinks are a bit pricey for the quality that is served, this place thrives on providing a fun and friendly environment for locals and visitors to enjoy. While the wait staff from time to time can be a bit daft in the summer because this place gets really busy, LGBT visitors and allies will have a good time at this venue.

We used to come here for Monday night Raw viewings. The food is great. The service can vary. As for the manager, I don't know if there is another manager here but one comment said he was rude. The manager I know is a she and she is one of the nicest people I know and works very hard.

The upstairs bar is nice, I've held a few meetings there. Not sure if they still do karaoke or entertainment, but from the looks of other reviews they do.

I would have to agree that the menu has gotten a lot more pricier since I was there (that's why 1 less star).

Went for brunch on sunday, service was good, but the food was a little bland and/or overcooked. Only giving 3 stars because of the good staff.

The good- Great location. Nice vibe and good service. Perfect for having drinks on the patio on a hot summer day.

The bad- Food. I've been here three times before this last visit and food was never really impressive which is okay because the place makes up for it in other ways. But the poutine we had this time was really disappointing. This was a shared opinion on our table of 5 since we had ordered two of them. At $16 each, you definitly expect better.

This is the experience today only as I have been to this place few times and it was not like this before. It is Saturday morning brunch at just before 11. Some customers were eating and the restaurant is still trying to get ready. At beginning, it was OK. The staff greeted but after I sat and ordered, things were not right. Waiters did not pay attention to the table. I called three waiters then finally got my coffee refilled and when the waiter pored the coffee, it was very careless, it spilled on the table and also on my hand. Two sorrys then went away. Waited about five minutes to get attention for the bill. It is a bad experience today.

A lot of servers, but my friend and I went there my birthday and nobody checked on us after we got our food for almost 2 hours. When taking our order, the server almost had an elitist attitude.
We considered just leaving.
