DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!
Went there on Friday December 22/23 at 5pm. There wasn't any other vehicle waiting probably because, people are holiday shopping. I was greeted by two friendly face Jack & Sanjay. The whole process was friendly with little chatting. They did the oil change, underhood inspection, cabin air filter, air filter, antifreeze level, washer fluid (had to be top up), wiper blades check. The only thing i don't think company does is tire pressure check. The price was reasonable and i got $10.00 off from flyer that some customers received by email or flyer is left on vehicle. While there Sanjay put a flyer in my car.should i write a bad review because i got something that could save myself or friend money. NO. I was so excited about the flyer i asked for few more to give to friends. I will be bringing my car back for next oil change.

Excellent outfit. Matt was a pleasure to deal with, he knew his stuff and wasn’t pushy about anything. Great shop great people. The most professional oil change shop I’ve been to in quite a while

Been here a couple of times and every time I have had a great experience mostly in part to Kieran. He is an absolute professional and I imagine a great asset for everyone there always a pleasure coming in and seeing him there! The rest of the team is great as well Kieran just stands out and the service is always fast and well done!

Hilarious ripoff

Be prepared to wait. Not exactly the fastest location. For sure won’t be back again. It was better before they changed the name of the place for whatever reason… yea I left after waiting for 45 min and listening to them tell someone else who pulled up it would be 15 or 20 min.what a joke

Started the oil change before checking if they had the right oil filter. They didn't have the right filter so they told me to go to jiffy lube after to get the filter changed.it was a waste of 30 minutes with poor customer service. Who sends their customers to a competitor?

Had a very good experience here. Parking lot was tight but very professional and NO up selling which was greatly appreciated.

If you enjoy being ripped off this is the place for you. I pulled in at the 1602 Dundas St E Whitby location which is not listed for reviews (I can see why) and asked how much it was for an oil change on my vehicle which they were looking at and was told it starts at $94 for synthetic. I said great that’s the same price as Canadian Tire let’s do it. The key words were “starts at” I’m thinking I don’t need new wipers cabin air filter or any extras so it’s $94. Wrong! They added on disposal fees and the $94 quoted was not enough oil for my vehicle which of course they knew. I never received the email receipt they said was coming so I don’t know what other hidden charges they tacked on. When they presented the bill the $94 had become $128. Buyer beware of their bait and switch tactics. Total rip off! I own three cars they will never see another one. Tell your friends neighbors and relatives to stay away from not so Great Canadian Oil Changers

Fast work and fair pricing.
Clearly explained what they were doing and why.
Safe place for a woman to go. I was treated well & respectfully. No indication of gross overcharging.
Filter change on my car was comparable pricing to buying the filter from canadian tire + self replacement. Check your filter cost before getting service so you know to buy on site or self change.
I will be back!

I came here for the first time after having not good service at other locations so I was pleased that this is not the case here. I was helped by Ethan and Armaan today and they are great people! Super friendly and very professional. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

Drive in and drive out, wait in your car. They are fast and inexpensive. Great place with great friendly staff that have excellent customer service. Safe and reliable.

Friendly staff and nice and quick service. We never felt pressure on any of the up sells they offered. I'm sure will go again when it's time.

Went in and was told an oil change would be 15-20 minute wait… they were allowing vehicles that came after me get an oil change first. Extremely poor time management and terrible system.

I would highly recommended this place to everyone. The guys are on point with everything and are very clear on verbalizing on what is happening and getting done. Top notch precision service. Keep up the good work and service.

I want to give a huge shout out to the gentleman (I want to think his name was Ethan? I’m so sorry if it’s not) that worked on my car today. I originally went in for an oil change and they checked my filters. Well the cabin filter was pretty gross and when he went in to change it he found a huge mouse nest. He spent so much of his time cleaning out the nest today and I just needed to thank him and really acknowledge his help today. I was so embarrassed and he just was so nice and made me laugh multiple times. But Ethan (again I hope that was his name) went above and beyond and deserves a massive kudos. (All the guys today were great and made me laugh multiple times and did an awesome job too!)

Came here today around 6: 25 after work coming from Toronto, I was very happy they were open until 7 so I could finally get my oil changed after putting it off for a bit! I was greeted immediately and was told which lane to go in and the approximate wait time. When I pulled in I had the pleasure of meeting Ethan who took care of all administrative items with me. He was very polite, funny, charismatic, knowledgeable, and brightened my day - I left feeling good which can be difficult on a Monday! I will be back here for my next oil change and highly recommend this location.:)

What a great experience. I know my car and usually am able to do all my own maintenance. But in the middle of winter, I would rather get someone else to do it. My fear is they would try to sell everything that they can, whether I need it or not.

It was a bit of a wait as we were the last customers of the day but I am extremely happy with both the price and the level of service.

9 minute oil change? More like 30.

Staff weren't wearing masks. Only 1 Bay was open and seemed disorganized. No communication on how long the wait could be. Seen 3 vehicles in line leave due to the wait. Won't be returning. Tried to save time for a change, but could have done it faster myself.

I've also brought my trucks here for a oil change. The boys are honest and it's fast in and out. 5star

Went in today and there was only 1 employee wearing a mask! When it came time to pay I asked the employee to put a mask on and he didn’t even have one. Another employee needed to come and check me out. The service was good but we are in wave 3 of a pandemic- this establishment was not following the rules of mask wearing! Disappointed

Quick and professional team did a great job on my oil change. Making the best out of their parking situation, though.

I was not a customer, but needed to discard some old oil we had from doing our own oil changes at home. I called Oil Changers and they willingly said they could dispose of it. When I got there, a young man named Michael not only lifted the heavy container out of our vehicle, when he finished, he completely cleaned the container and put a fresh bag over it. His super friendly customer skills to someone who wasn't even a paying customer is worthy of mentioning here! I am very impressed and very thankful!

Outstanding service provided by Morgan, Andrew and Jake. They work great together and provided me with excellent service. They were very professional, and really focus on providing excellent customer service. I bring both mine and my wife's car in when I need oil, filter change or/with tire rotation. Unlike other shops they test your lights (Brake, high beams, blinkers, etc) and give you the confidence knowing these things are working properly. They also cleaned the outsides of my windows and checked the tires to see if they needed rotating.
Again, I like to thank Morgan, Andrew and Jake for the excellent service they provided me and hope management/owner read this. Kudos!

Pricing is in line with other oil changing shops, they're quick, professional, and do a good job. Their parking lot though leaves a lot to be desired. There are a lot of stores all around it which means it's sometimes hard to just show up and queue right away.

They ran out of the oil my car needed, but they gave me a discount and made it up to me and were apologetic.

Very friendly and efficient service. I like that they don't try to sell us things we don't need. They give us the services we requested and then we are on our way.

I've always gone to the dealerships for my oil changes, however, it seems they dont want the business anymore after a few phone calls trying to book an appointment.
I was reluctant at first but after reading some of the positive reviews of the Oil Changers in Oshawa I thought I would give them a try. I'm glad I did as the oil change was very quick (15 min.aprx) unlike the dealerships where I often waited over an hour and half most times. The fellas on duty were thorough checking my lights and topping up if any other fluids that might have been low. They explained the process and types of oil most beneficial for my vehicule.
The price I would say is what you would expect to pay anywhere else. No less no more. Reasonable.
I will be a repeat customer. Thanks.

I came in this morning for an oil change and I was very disappointed that 35 mins or so has passed and still the manger was late to open the store. $14 an hour isn’t enough to pay your employees with the lack of management this company shows.

Just received my first oil change at this location, I have never been to a dive thru type place ever before. I have always heard horror stories about these types of places. I must say I WILL be back to this location, they were fast, thorough, professional and friendly. I mentioned that my service engine light was on so the tech was so kind as to check the code for me. Going there saved SO much time. I highly recommend Oshawa Oil Changers. Thank you!

Love coming here. They don't "push"things on you. They have you in and out in no time. It's great. And they take competitors coupons, how great is that!

Efficient and friendly service. Much prefer the Courtice location to the Whitby location. The Whitby location always slams car dealerships and keeps telling me I am getting ripped off when I go to a dealer.and then trying to upsell me on everything!

I had been avoiding Oil Changers based on my Ehitby experience but this was like night and day. Courtice location was fantastic!

I came in this morning for an oil change and was disgusted with the attitude from the one guy with the red beard the way he talks to the other employees is terrible! But the two guys that did my car upstairs were absolutely amazing!

Fast, efficient service at a very competitive price. They don't pressure you to get every service known to man every time you go there. I'd recommend them highly.

I was absolutely blown away at the level of service this place offers.
-Checked all my filters (and actually asked me first before changing them)
-Topped up my washer fluid and coolant
-Washed my front and rear windshields
-Checked my tires, and topped up the air
-Greased my door hinges
-Checked all my running lights
And of course changed my oil, making sure to get the proper type.
I definitely recommend this place.

Went on a Friday at around 3pm.only one bay open, had me and the other 2 ahead done in 10min each.very fast and courteous! Didn't try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I don't want done so all the awkward "no thanks" didn't need to happen lol.they topped up my tires with air and washer fluid, etc.he even fixed my air intake while I waited. I will be back! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable!

I went in with my car and the owner says they don’t have my oil filter in stock. I was told If I go to Canadian Tire they would change it no problem so I picked a filter up from Canadian Tire. I went back to Oil Changers with the filter and upon paying he informs me that I still have to pay full price even with providing my own filter which they didn’t have in stock he said “there is nothing we can do its a set price by corporate “. The owner has a bad attitude. Will not be going back
