The best in town! Reliable, honest and amazing customer service. The ladies who work the sales and service desk are caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The gentleman who work on my vehicle are efficient, dependable and hard working. Car sounds amazing and always happy with the work and service.

New winter tires and alignment. Happy with service. Thankful for help with the financing options. Very easy process and pretty quick.

I bought 4 tires and rims on line. Little did I know that these rims needed custom wheel nuts and socket. We called OKTire since we had heard they were good and they did not disappoint! The service staff at the counter were awesome. They set us up and we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend OK Tire Owen Sound.

The best customer service experience i've ever had. Jackie and the service tech that worked on the car were superb.
My husband brought our car in earlier this week. We had a lot of work that needed to be done on the vehicle. It's my daily commuting and we have a toddler, so we needed it to be in working order.
I love how communicative Jackie was with every step. I love having the breakdown of everything that was working and needing attention. Everything was done in a very timely fashion.they washed the exterior for us. AND reached out after a few days to check in with us to ensure we were happy.
We will definitely be going back there for all our service needs.

Great customer service, part I needed came in on time and was able to fix my problem basically the next business day. I Appreciate the fast work.

I took our company vehicle to OK Tire for a noise in the front end. Not only did they identify the issue, they also identified several other issues that I wasn't expecting. They were up front honest and detailed each item and it's cost. The staff were great and notified me of problems and I had the vehicle back in a couple of days.

These folks did my wheel bearing and both front and rear brakes. The service was fantastic. I was offered a chance at a cheaper bearing than the one I had put on.
That was over and above the call.
While the price was high I realize that cars…. Brakes…need to be kept up.
All good. Having moved to the Sound recently these guys will be my shop.

Very helpful staff, I was in a bind having blown a tire in Northern Bruce Peninsula and I have an odd tire size. They were able to make a great recommendation and order the replacement in within 2 business days. Appreciate your service!

I was up north on vacation with my family and my daughter picked up a nail in her tire. I reached out and found that finding that tire was rather difficult. The staff at OK found that they had the tire that I needed and confirm that it was in stock And got me in that day. Staff was great!

I was extremely pleased with the services they provided. They were able to fit me into their schedule promptly. When one of my rims that I had just bought second hand was bent slightly and therefore could leak air, they informed me and asked what I wished to do before proceeding. All the staff were very approachable and friendly. I would 100% use them again!

Great service. I was able to get my car in quickly and I was given a loaner vehicle to use was mine was being serviced. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The technician put my tires on a little over a year ago and ever since I’ve been having a slow leak in the front right. Brand new tires cost me two grand. I had to fill my tire up with Air on the front, right about 50 times now. They also damaged a part for my rims and took my truck for a joyride. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

Besides being Absolutely beautiful, The ladies at the front desk were all kind.courteous.knowledgeable and helpful in every way as I conveyed my automotive issues.
The mechanics that did the work on my car were very fast and efficient with the repairs. They finished the work in record time and parked my car in the shade after so I wasn't cooked inside when i went to pick it up!
The staff followed up a couple days later to make sure that the repair was still working well which is almost unheard of in this day and age.
I will most certainly be a return customer for any and all of my automotive repair and maintenance needs!

We've put thousands of dollars worth of repairs at this location, but werent given proper documentation on the part numbers or warranties, so when we left this shop, we had absolutely no information for if/when repairs needed done. So without knowledge on what parts are still covered, we had to pay full price out of pocket for the first of many repairs to come, because we were told they cant provide that information to us. (Besides one part) We have a stack of useless repair invoices for just little over a year of having our vehicle with this shop. Definitely left being more weary but happier at our new mechanic. I'm sad to leave this review because were not spiteful people, but think it necessary because of how everything was handled.

Went in for seasonal tire change. They proceeded to give me a price of over 1700$ to repair things that "needed to be done". My regular (locally trusted) mechanic checked my vehicle before it went in for tires. I also got him to double check after ok tire brought these issues up. My mechanic confirmed there were zero issues. Super frustrating and felt like they were just trying to take my money. Be careful when you take your vehicle here.
