Nice place but hot chocolate way too overpriced and tasted like water.it was $7.35 for 12 oz.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in for ice cream and found what looked like a toenail in the gelato. To make things worse my friend went in the same day and got an allergic reaction from the gelato that was said to be “nut free”. The place looks dirty and is rumoured to be infested with rats. You’d think the place itself is the worst part, but really it’s that hog of an owner Kimberly. She’ cocky and racist towards certain customers. Take my advice and go to baskin Robbins for better ice cream that’s half the price. And to the owners, do us all a favour and sell the place, I think we’d rather another real estate office move in than that dump u call u a confectionery.

First time experience, lovely cozy homy place with such a big variety of sweets, enjoyed my ice cream, definitely coming back end telling my friends. Also it’s in the beautiful neighbourhood.

Overall, I highly recommend the Old Firehall Confectionery. It's a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and I can't wait to go back

You have to work a quarter of an hour to buy a single chocolate here? $6.50 for 4 marshmallows coated in chocolate? Almost $10 for 1 scoop of generic ice cream? These are questions you should ask yourself… Yes, the location is great. Yes, the quality is great. But no, the pricing is not great.

This place is situated on such a warm and pretty street, just the walk alone to get there was so pleasant. The inside of this place was really pretty and clean.

I got the gelato, which was good, but in my opinion was way too sweet (all you can taste is the sugar) and not be able to taste the great caramel chocolate combination which was kind of unfortunate. My friend got the pistachio and said it was much better, I think it just depended on the flavour.

Really pricy for the amount you get in the scoop (The full 2 scoop is the pistachio one in the picture)

Although my specific flavour wasn’t the best, they have many other flavours and options which looked really good and have heard that are just as good.

However overall Id say it’s worth it to just try it out once. Would give a 7.9/10

Basing my negative experience with your kleinburg location based on whether or not I have pictures or reviews. LOL. What does that have to do with anything? Sadly I’ve been to your location before and I know hours are 10pm. I also had a friend who worked there previously, so I’m used to knowing the hours of operation. Very disappointed with the service and response to my review considering the horrible customer service your employees demonstrated. Way to build a successful business though!

The ice creams in this place taste amazing and with high quality. They have gelato too. There are different options to get a cup, waffle cone and decorated waffle cone. It is highly recommended to give it a try, especially in a warm summer day.

This place is a gem hidden in plain sight! Peaceful vibes inside, perfect for a coffee date. Don’t forget to try there lemon muffin, it’s just so delicious. The coffee is also good but not the best. Most of the desserts taste really good. There is parking behind the confectionary and only outdoor seating.

Ordered uber eats from them. And the items were missing. Evn if u want a refund or try to contact them. They ll not gonna reply. Worst service in gta. Jus don't go there anyone.

First time at Old Firehall Confectionery and definitely not my last. Salty Caramel and Chocolate Caramel were heaven.

What an amazing time I had at Old Firehall Confectionery @kleinburg. The lady at the counter was so welcoming and she helped us to choose best items from their menu. I had mango cake and my wife chose banana cotton candies. Both these items were very very delicious. We repeated our order to enjoy with friends at home. A must visit place.

Beautiful little confectionery, staffs were really good. Bought some chocolates which was delicious. Got a red velvet candle which am obsessed with right now and took coffee to go. Will definitely go back.

Absolutely loved pistaccio gelato. (Healed me from past trauma of fake pistaccio flavours.)

Update: the oreo cupcake and strawberry cupcake.unmatched anywhere else. After many disappointing attempts to find sth similar around my area, I will just have to come back here.

Super cute store, their soft serve machine was broken so didn’t get to try it. The gelato is made in house, the texture is good but they’re a little stingy on the mix-ins. I got bueno expecting their to be pieces of it but just one small nugget.

Wasn't too impressed with the cupcakes. Boxing/packaging was very nicely done, even the cupcakes looked beautiful. Found the cupcakes to be bland and the icing to leave an after taste and not a good after taste. Hoping this was just a one off, and possibly try again another time. But, first time here was not a good one.

Very pricey. Ice cream is expensive and when I asked the young lady if I can have two flavours in my small cup, she said "no" to my request. My wife asked for a plain cone and her request was also denied, even though they were there in plain sight. She had no choice but to buy a sugar cone. Not very accommodating I must say. This just cost them three future customers. Sorry.

Super tasty ice cream! They have a great selection of flavours and types of ice cream. They also have a wide variety of sweet treats, including fudge!

I tried one scoop of strawberry cheesecake and bueno ice cream. I enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake more than the bueno. Although personally I would've liked if the elements of these flavours were infused consistently throughout the scoop. It is for this reason I didn't enjoy bueno, it was basic chocolate ice cream. Usually with these type of flavours you'd like some bits of the chocolate itself. Secondly, It would've been helpful to have the menu uploaded here while we waited in line this past weekend.

Liked the ambience while sitting down outside and having the sweet items. Tried the fudge and ice cream and enjoyed it. Good service and the staffs were friendly as my kids took time choosing what they wanted.

This place is full of racism, me being brown was asked to wait outside coz there place is full but when someone who came after me went inside gave there order were coming out with there order ready.
If you are not dark skin you can go there and enjoy your ice cream but other be careful. Peace.

One of a summer place to taste the good ice cream and gelato! I like the many selections they have.

This place has the best desserts, pastries, cupcakes, options etc. It's laid out beautifully and the service is exceptional. The ladies serving me were delightful, very helpful and overall pleasant. I docked one star only because it isn't wheelchair accessible and it is quite pricey so it's a spot I try to only go for special occasions/celebratory. Quality is 5/5 though.

Absolutely love this place - their desserts are amazing. The taste, the presentation and the customer service is great!

Very cute and we'll put together little Shoppe that sells high end chocolates, truffles and assorted confectionery. Not on the cheap end of things, but you get a nice experience thanks to helpful staff. It's a nice spot to visit before or after your visit to the nearby trails or art gallery.

The service was amazing! I recommend this place 100! I enjoyed the hot chocolate and the staff was very friendly.

Loved the products and variety of flavours they carry definitely go to place if you are passing from nearby and the staff i have no words how good they are at customer service they are the best deserts with even option of patio too
