Basically there's no clothes here for anyone unless your a plus size or xs. Really disappointed with the lack of sizing options. I won't be coming back your staff should be organizing your store better
The staff was very friendly and helpful although I only saw 1 person on floor and one cashier but I can understand that they were not busy I will continue to shop at old navy
The store is clean and well curated. The line was a long wait. The main issue is nothing specific to this store. The clothes that old navy is offering these days are just really bad. The dresses fit funny, they shrink in the wash, and seem confused between being for 25 year olds or 40 year olds. I tried a dress on at home and my daughter, who is usually my #1 fan no matter what I'm wearing, said "you probably shouldn't wear that". Still the best place to get inexpensive workout clothes, though.
Myself and my wife went in to look at the maternity clothes. We asked the sales staff who directed us to the back corner of the store to a pile of returned clothes. Even she was embarrassed how much of a mess it was and she left immediately.why even bother make an 8 month pregnant woman walk all the way back to the back of the store to a huge pile returned clothes, not organised, literally heaped sideways on a rack. The rest of the store looked pretty neat
Great selection, not too picked over since reopening. Cashiers clean the tills. Only odd thing is their wait line to get in the store, it loops back beside the line effectively defeating the purpose of being 6ft apart.
Store was doing a great job of keeping people separate and safe during COVID and reopening. Store was not prepared for so many shoppers though as common sizes were picked over
Not the best selections or pricing. Store gets messy fast. Online shopping has more options and sale pricing. Excellent service for online returns in the store.
There is always the offer of discounts. But discounts are only worthwhile if the original price is market related. They have a few bargains if you look hard enough. But don't be fooled by the spend $50 and get $20 off type offers. If you are buying items worth $50 at Old Navy but the same items works cost you less than $30 elsewhere them their offer is meaningless. Old Navy used to be a place for value for money. But the value piece has become overshadowed by the price. Hope it changes for the better.
An okay store to browse in, a bit pricey for clothing that is not very trendy. The clothes look like stuff that has been sitting in your closet for years. I only go in to browse but never walk out with anything. They need to get with the latest fashion trends or lower their prices.
Whether it's back to school or just some retail therapy, Old Navy is AMAZING! I have a 10 yr old son and I buy all his clothes from here - they wash great, very affordable and comfortable! I highly recommend this place, especially for maternity wear - great jeans for the whole family as well
I find the store lacks options in various sizes, and I'm always annoyed that if I shop in store I miss the extra sale prices that online has; but if I shop online and get the wrong size it's a hassle to send back. Yet I still love the styles, and that they have proper tall girl sizes.
What a disaster trying to look for a pair of jeans! A horrible mess and no one offered to help me or inquire if I need any help. Drove an hour into Kitchener.what a waste of time.
Decent store, can sometimes find good deals here for nice items! Staff are pretty nice. There’s a lot of stock. Men’s, women’s, and children’s items here.
Was able to get a very good collection of winter clothes for my family for this holiday season. They had good deals which was very affordable to us. The friendly staff kept checking on us if we were able to find our things right.
