No store in particular but company itself is phasing out the plus size section in store. Do not go here if youre bigger, they dont have your sizes anymore.

Always great. Service is friendly. Easy spot to shop and never too busy. However there is always an excessively long line at the cash. The cash usually has one cashier. If there are two or more the debit machine only works on one cash so there might as well be just 1 cashier because very one gets redirected to the one cash. Half your visit is standing in the cashing out lineup.

Discount signs scam in that place, you take shirt says 40% discount you go to the cashier then say oh no there is no discount because doesn’t apply on that one. Never ever in that old navy again.

Good and open store lots of space to walk through the aisles and well-organized. There's good signage for keeping your distance given covid and all of the staff are wearing masks and are able to give you a hand if needed. Everyone was very nice and lots of space inside the store to move around just to repeat.

Good deals. Great prices. From entering the store to checking out purchases; everything was a breeze.

Mediocre staff, closes the store one to half hour early to screw around despite stated hours. Happened multiple times, theres a reason why this type of retail is dying.

This Stores continues to provide variety of clothes at reasonable prices with tempting offers. Store also ensures necessary precautions related to Covid, social distancing, government guidelines are adhered to by staff and visitors.

Got some nice stuff, good prices best place to get summer started for the whole family. Careful pricing that bag $10 are you kidding. Other than that happy with my buys.

Great value and selection on a wide variety of clothes for the whole family. Seasonal variation for all sizes and ages and a range of quality clothing including good sports wear attracts repeat visits. Good return policies and online ordering as well as good selection from the website too is superior to many retailets. They have spaced for COVID protocols face sheilds and well protected dtaff, though change rooms are not yet open. Well worth a visit!

I called this location today just to make sure they had some sizes I needed. Rubina was the most helpful person ever. She checked multiple sizes for me and was super helpful. Usually when you call a store they rush you off the phone (obviously it can be busy). But she even checked other locations for me. What lovely staff you have!

My favourite place to shop in the USA and Ca. Old Navy Stock Yard/Junction- not much deals for customers. Visited Old Navy Eglinton E/Scarborough and the same merchandise were discounted in addition to the deals or offers from the other store.

This is my clothing store I bought all my Jean's at old navy they always have items on sale as well.

Had a $74 order was waiting on a price check for 2 pair of pants for my son. It was on the school uniform rack 20% off they did not honor price integrity navy blue pants shouldn't have been on that rack? Went straight to Walmart purchased all school uniform from them. Thank you Walmart great price will never go back to old navy again

Organization of this store has improved. I find the clothing pricey for the quality and only shop clearance or sale items.

Long line up and one cashier open. Although he was dealing with a difficult customer they should have opened more cash

Store is okay, staff are friendly enough. Clothing i've noticed have become pretty cheap in quality.

Good prices and quality. The sizes of the clothes are very different and sometimes turns difficult to buy gifts.

The store at the stockyards weston rd and St clair staff friendly helpful products are good nice shopping experience

Stopped by 1 summer & I thought that its not a very good variety of clothes @ this store compared to Yorkdale to tiny

It's affordable and fashionable. That being said, the store is a mess and it's hard to find what you need (like in most places).

Good, cheap, fairly trendy clothes that last a couple years. You ain't gonna get clothes for a wedding here, but you can get stuff to wear to work, provided that you don't work some place where you have to wear a suit every day, or need to impress clients on a daily basis. It's nice casual clothes that doesn't break the bank.

Huge, clean store with giant selection. Staff seemed like some were less interested in dealing with customers, but most were pleasant and attentive
