Called in to make order today, and was given excellent customer service. The representative (I believe her name was Chelsea) was very kind and helped me confirm that the item that I wanted was in stock. Thank you Old Navy Burlington.

I visit this location frequently and I would say I’m generally happy with the service here. Frontline and fitting room staff is usually friendly at this location.

Not a very gr8 collection stuff looks old fashioned and over priced, more over store keeping needs some improvement lots of items piled over each other hiden to be found

Store seems to be a disaster most days! Clothes all over the place. Staff however is always friendly and helpful!

My wife enjoys the shopping experience at Old Navy.in particular the staff at the Burlington Centre location are #1 when it comes to service.

Good old navy. Lots of selection with typical old Navy prices. You'll probably find what you need if you went to this location.

For a store where I spent literally thousands a year, I just had the most disappointing experience. Horrendous customer service and the “Leader” Ashley has no management, leadership or customer service skills from what I experienced. If you are unable to process exchanges, you should have signage to inform customers before they take the time to find the items (took 20 minutes in this mess of a store) and line up. A massive waste of time.and an apology or just simple kindness would have been appropriate in such a situation. Awful. I’ll pay extra to be treated with civility elsewhere.
EDIT: I ended up going to the Limeridge store and Old Navy staff at Limeridge went above and beyond to help!
