Very bad experience. This store is putting jeans under price labels 15 dollars, 23 dollars, and when we go to bill them they are taking the original price of jeans without even a discount, even when its written as 50 percent off entore store including new items. In online also the price of the same jeans were in 50 percent discount. And they are not willing to accept also. Had to return both the jeans. I will never purchase from this store who are misleading customers

I went in to do an exchange. While at the counter, I asked if they were honoring the additional 30% off discount that was available online. Cashier confirms she will, I spend 2hrs shopping and then when I get back to the counter, she says it is only on regular priced merchandise even though the online discount clearly includes clearance. She admitted she gave me the wrong information but neither she nor the manager were willing to make it right. Poor experience.

Collections is nice and luckily we went on offer time, it's all day offer or only season don't know.

Good quality, Great looking clothes, I buy some of my sons clothing here. They always have deals you will benefit from. When they do have deals, its usually half price of original price. Check them out, you will like their clothing style & you will end up saving a lot of money.

Customer service was good at the changing room, and the cashier was friendly. It was a good atmosphere.

I was looking at the rack of shirts marked $9.99 and above and found many shirts with a tag of over $45. I asked a clerk if this was correct, and she said yes.

Old Navy has recently not only increased pricing for their clothing which sometimes is still cheap quality.

They have the worst online purchasing experience when it comes to exchanges.
I can return to store but cannot exchange any items from my purchase with an in store item.

I cannot go in store try on the size I would want to exchange and then exchange it. Instead I would have to go in store or mail in the return then call them to have them ship the new sizes and see if those fit me too.

The process is ridiculous and I think Old Navy needs to re-think the process and who was in charge of this rule that makes it quite difficult for people to exchange clothing when it is a simple process.

Beyond disappointed with Old Navy.

found to be a tad expensive. Just saying. Maybe a summer discount store wide would have been nice.

The staffs work very hard to keep the store organized on that Sunday afternoon. Fantastic job you guys!

I bought new pairs of jeans (2), On Saturday, Apr. 1,2023.
Great store, was a bit cheaper then the other places.

Loreana helped us find a pair of pants that we didn’t even have a picture of she is amazing!
