Sana, one of the amazing workers at the store helped me to pick an outfit for a Job Fair event. She picked out a variety of options and outfit ideas that made my shopping experience so much easier! She helped me pick out an entire outfit that made me feel confident and ready to talk to potential employers. I'm definitely coming back!

Terrible manager! She’s very rude, had two experiences with her and today will be the last I won’t be shopping there at all! She’s not a good manager yelled at me when I put a shirt on the table while I price checked the other items that where in my arms, instead of can I get u a bag she said in an angry voice (don’t leave that there where working) I feel bad for the staff that have to work for her.

What? No shopping carts for an old girl to lean on? I guess I won't be shopping at this Old Navy store anymore. Maybe it should be called "Only for the Young Navy".

Manager wont give me return or store credit for things with TAGS still on. I will not be shopping here again.

There was little to no inventory for the kids' department. Fiona was amazing in fits and at cash amazing service.

Nice large store, well organized and layed out. Ample stock, friendly staff. Web orders are quick and easy.

I came with my friend to look around for pants. A store worker named Sana / Sanna helped me find different styles that worked with my body type and made me feel confident in the clothes I purchased!

Body shaming by the staff.
I was shopping today evening from this outlet and was looking for a very particular colour. Since I was looking for a specific colour and material there wasn't much collection over there and whatever was available on the shop was pretty much big for me. After trying out few clothes and rejected it as it was either too bright for me or big. I heard someone say "why don't you pick something that's fits you". I turned around and realised it was a staff who said these words. Maybe by the look on my face she immediately made it look like a joke. And frantically said she would help me find clothes for me. Due to this incident I decided not to shop from there and left.
But the sheer audacity of a staff to body shame or comment about the customer on their face made me feel disappointed and disgusted. Please try to educate your staff about work ethics and integrity.

My friend Mwabi and I had a great experience here! A lovey lady named Sana/sanna (I hope I spelt her name correctly) she helped my friend out in the change room. Gave her different clothing options and she was such a sweet heart. She made the space welcoming and made my friend feel confident in the clothes she was wearing. I would definitely come back here because of her!
