Old Navy

The check out lineups can get pretty long here due to short staffing. This time it was ok. One negative is that you have to line up in the regular line to pickup an online order even though they have a sign posted up for express pickup.

Zero customer service, staff more interested in stocking product and phones than customers. Showed representative exactly what I was looking for on my phone and they just pointed and mumbled. I left the store frustrated unable to find my item and did not make a purchase.

Yeah I just want to let you know there is a lot of good stuff I was working at Old Navy they help me yesterday with everything I really appreciate them helping me out thanks probably come again in the fall time yeah the manager is pretty cool and easy going thank you so much I appreciate it

It’s a nice store. Sometimes the lineups at the cashier are very long and move very slowly.

I loved my shopping experience at this location. I was assisted by Bibi who made my experience so easy. She went out of her way to find sizes for me and she even took down the shirt I wanted that was on the mannequin (it was the only one in my size left). I will definitely be coming back!

They have decent deals and their stuffs are all quality. I was confused on what to pick and leave.

Very pretty store, someone’s always looking to help. One of the workers, Ezio (I think that’s how you spell it), helped me find the best deals in clearance in my size, even willing to check the back and bring me things in my size that weren’t in the sales floor. Very kind cashiers too!

Didn't carry enough of different sizes. The sales were great prices but couldn't find my size in half the stuff. Staff was sparse but when found, very helpful.

Always hard to find things at this location especially the Activewear section everything is all messed up. This location needs to be revamped, stock is always low.

I never had any issues here.

I had to go in last min.for some fab finds for the kiddos before closure and the ladies there were super nice. Knowing what us customers can put them through during the normal work hours I would say that is a huge plus why you should shop there

Horrible customer service, horrible clothing quality, horrible business to deal with. I hope they go out of business and get run over by competitors.

Slow check out.too concerned about getting everybody's email. 12 people in line up. 2 on cash. 1 busy with returns for 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

Everytime I shop at old navy I end up returning 90% of everything I've purchased. The prices are great but I dont like the fit. Returns are easy Hennessy process, but the checkout/return line is always super long

Went to return something I bought pre-pandemic, was told it couldn’t be done because it’s been so long. She had zero empathy towards customers who might not have felt safe to go out during pandemic. She also felt the need to tell me the store has been open since May. Right, because it would’ve been a such good idea to go SHOPPING before the mask requirement became mandatory. There was also zero attempt to help me solve the problem, kept saying there’s absolutely nothing she can do. Lady - Just a thought, if you don’t enjoy helping people - don’t be in customer service.

Another sales associate ended up helping me and was really helpful - but due to system restrictions I was only able to get store credit. No, not gift card, I have to spend it in store. Hope Old Navy is still going to be around by the time I’m comfortable shopping in-store again.

The cashier was wonderful. She did everything in her power to make sure we saved the most money we could by notifying us of in store promotions and ones we would potentially come across in our Old Navy subscription. I don't ever receive that level of care at a big box retailer so this was very pleasant. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Due to COVID-19 you need a mask to go in the store, however no one other than employees seem to be keeping them on while shopping. There are sprays and sanitizers to wipe the carts and sanitize your hands upon entry. The store is well stocked compared to online, and the line outside took about 5mins to get in the store. The line to cash out took longer, but I think that was because people were really shopping a lot considering these stores just opened and kids and adults alike need new summer clothing (my child grew out of all last years and has put on some pandemic pounds on top of it, and I needed some clothing to fit my pregnant belly) over all it wasn't a bad experience and felt reasonably safe with COVID-19 precautions.

Always a mess. Good prices. Long line ups. Not many staff care here. I prefer shopping online for old navy. Pretty much only do returns here but prices tend to be cheaper in store.

This store is high traffic, it's usually messy and cluttered when I have been in, This makes it hard to find some items. I find there's never enough staff on the check out so lines form quickly, based on this stores location my observation is that many people use it for online returns and exchanges, making the line even longer when not staffed enough. It takes too long to process payments. The last thing I want to do after waiting in a line for 10 plus minutes is providing my email.can I just pay and go please

Horrible customer service. Return policy is a joke, they take advantage of you if you don't have a receipt. I won't shop at Old Navy again because of the lack of service.

I bought a very comfortable pair of jeans sometime ago and kept receiving emails with sales and deals alerts
This time almost every family member visit and found a good deal

Friendly and helpful staff. Not much of a variety of clothing to choose from. Nevertheless, it's worth visiting.

The queensway location is where I do my Old Navy shopping. Through the yrs there have been good & bad issues. Most recently though, it has been good. Although not everyone goes out of their way to help you or atleast act like they want to be there. But to the ladies who have been very helpful everytime, thank you!

The store is always a mess (more in the back), but that is really any old navy. Fitting rooms are clean & cashiers r always fast.
All of their stock is kept on the sales floor (there is nothing for staff to check in the back)

Good prices, no washrooms, free parking, right beside a TTC Bus stop, surrounded by a Walmart, Best Buy, Winners, Carters/Oshkosh, EB Games, McDonalds, Home Depot, Staples & more. This is a great plaza to shop. More about variety vs savings in this plaza.

Standing here in a long line with two cashiers and no call for back up. There are worse things in life, but this is annoying.

This is the best old navy in Toronto! They have great deals, the employees are fantastic, and you just cant beat the deals

Not sure how anyone can find anything in this store, everything is ALL OVER the place. Its like boxing day in there EVERYDAY, they need to hire night shift staff to organize the store for the following day! Ive gone in several times at 10am and there are still piles of cloths behind the counter, by the change rooms and on displays - horrible!

Good place for low cost clothing. Sizing can be a bit inconsistent, but excellent return policy. Ample parking at this location.

Great store it’s very big and has so many options and very very affordable went there earlier and had a amazing experience staff was was very friendly

This location usually has great deals and is fairly clean unless they have huge sales. Staff is most of the time great help and it's easy to find what you're looking for.

Store is big and have a good selection of ladies apparel, shoes, accessories, sports wear, swim wear, kids and babies clothes, shoes & clothes for men. But when it's sale it's always a mess.

I went sat evening it was disorganised (I shopped in clearance) very long line up but the cashier lady was amazing her name was laura

Only good to shop here when there is a sale. The store is a complete mess every time I go in! Not a pleasant shopping experience. Clothes are often dusty & dirty from falling on the floor.

This store is a dump. There is merchandise piled in corners, stacked on top of racks, in front of the fitting room. The new arrivals are not folded neatly, and have dust bunnies on them. What can I say? Stay away.

Not a fan of how the store is organized but the staff are amazing. Lots of parking available and good prices.

Didn't find what I was looking for. The store looked like it had just had a Boxing Day sale. There was closing next up and strong about everywhere, all throughout the store.
