Old Navy offers a great variety of men's clothing but lacks compared to the vast selection in the women's section. It's inconvenient and annoying to have to go up two floors past women's and children's clothing to access men's wear. Additionally, during my visit, the men's fitting rooms were out of order, which made trying on clothes difficult. Moreover, there were no staff available to assist anyone on the men's wear floor. Despite these setbacks, it's still a reliable store for trendy and affordable fashion.

Classy clothes, But prices on clearance Corner has no discounts just the same, And the clothes on the display can’t sold to customers, When i asked i was not given a reason. Cleaness at is level best i love it.

I wanted to buy this dress but the only remaining dress in my size was on the mannequin. The staff member said they do not remove clothes off the mannequin. I thought that was odd cause many stores would be happy to give you the item, I am paying for it. It’s not like they’re just going to gift it to me. Then when I asked okay can you order in store for me they said no we don’t do that order it at home. I just felt like this was such a negative experience, I am. Paying customer and it was like they did not want me to spend my money in there. Very unfortunate

There’s dis one short young boy, I asked him nicely if they are hiring and talk to me in a rude way that I have to apply online and I didn’t even finished talking yet and suddenly he left and rolled his eyes on me UNBELIEVABLE THATS HOW YOU ACT WORKING IN A COSTUMER SERVICE?

Went for some budget Men's clothing. Got some satisfactory ones. Liked the self price checking mechanism.

The clothes fit awkwardly. Staff was nice enough from what I saw. They do have a large selection. Men's changing room needs to open up the third change room (It takes a long time to try something with just two open)

My sisters and I came into the store today “ we are black “ we have been racially profiled. Followed and watched throughout the whole store, I was told to pay for my items when I was not done my shopping, we live in 2022 so sad! Hate to see my black people be put down! ON MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY TOO

Founds some decent enough sales, product quality doesn't seem to be spectacular by any means but $25 for an alright pair of pants is fine enough if you need something for work I suppose. Cashier was nice.

Nicely stocked, had when things in a store especially clearance things all over the floor in a mess, can't shop in chaos. Friendly and polite cashier.

Clean, safe and organized. Very easy to find the right sizes when they are neatly arranged in order.

This store is hit and miss. A very few employees will go out of your way to help you, but most don’t really care and play stupid. I wanted to buy a pair of jogger and pj pants in person. Online, it shows them cheaper, and a better sales but I can pick them up at the store. I was not told until when I went back to return the joggers after telling them I’ll get it online that you can price match. I return them and bought it online right away. I feel sorry as in person employees are being replaced by better and easier service online.

Ok place but sales people never want to help or actually sell.and there getting $15 an hr for texting and talking to each other.

A really nice place to shop! I have bought many things from them and they all are of good quality and stylish. Everyone needs to try this for winter and summer clothes those are the best seasons for clothes and to shop at old navy best style ever. Old Navy has great prices, Fantastic sales and if you order online, a return sticker comes with your purchase. If it isn't suitable, you can just use the same bag to send it back at no cost to the customer. Just put the return label over the one on the front, seal it up and they credit your card for the full amount. Sure hope they are able to stay in business while all these other companies are going under.

This was my 1st time in the Yorkdale store. Very nicely laid out. Great sales on jeans right now. Didn't require assistance so can't comment on that. My cashier was very pleasant, apologized for the wait in line.

When I visited the products were limited and from previous season. (May be my bad timing, plus covid is ("was" for people from future, hopefully we survive 2020) going on.

Old Navy is a very good brand for clothes especially you are a person who do not focus much on brand names and logos and like simplicity. They have a huge variety of products and all of them are good. I bought a grey plain hoodie and it looks very good on me. I suggest you to at least pay a visit to a Old Navy store.

No staff around to help out. Some walked passed me but, didnt even bother to ask. Got to the cash desk and the girl behind the cash desk was so busy talking to a co-worker. She could have cared less about the customers waiting in line to be cashed out.

Staff were more interested in associating with colleagues than customer. Eventually found an alternative to what I originally went in for

All the staff was soo good and helpful
But at the end the person who cashed out was rude and didn’t show any interest in helping.
Called her out to her co-workers soo she started making faces like “whattt”!
Just train her well doesn’t even deserve to be on cash. Spoiled our experience at the end of shopping. Thank You

Usually enjoy shopping @ the Yorkdale location however the check-out person was very unhelpful and bordered on rude.not necessary!

Old Navy's most clothings are not too expensive and its quality is good enough to wear it for several years.

Go to Old Navy everytime I'm shopping for my kids, and come out with stuff for me. Good casual clothing. Great tees.

Was very difficult to find my size, was not organized according to size, just all together, mostly sizes 00-2 and fitting rooms were so hot the clothing stuck to me

Discounts. Great clothes. New designs and styles and super friendly staff. The person at the billing desk was super friendly. We had multiple price checks and he had no concerns nor was upset about it.

Great deals and sales sales staff informed me I had a coupon I was able to use and promotion. Thank you for that saved me money. Give honest opinions too on clothing appreciate that

Sweetest staff ever. Lovely employees who really know the meaning of customer service.

Rarely am I completely blown away by the level of customer service I receive at a retail store.but Old Navy Yorkdale manages to exceed expectations every time.

Every staff member I have encountered is cheerful, professional and exceptionally helpful.

Overall the staff here is a wonderful example of the power of customer service!

The lady named narges who works there is very unhelpful and rude I asked her for help and she just directs me for a shirts that where not what I was looking for and I told her that and she walked away while I was talking and walked away she did not want to help me at all she then walks to a man in the store she continues to spend all the time in the world helping while speaking another language with him which is very messed up
