Stopped by the store a week ago, some what organized I see it’s not very diverse as all the employees seem to be Indians, but I guess that’s Brampton.

Cannot support a company where higher ups blatantly disrespects and embarrasses their employees in front of customers! I will stick to the Mississauga location if any at all. Very upsetting

I went here yesterday evening, the girl at the try room was very friendly and helping. I was having trouble finding right office wear for me. She got me different tops and pants to try on. She had spent good amount of time helping and made sure, I get the best service. I had tried bunch of different top-bottom combinations and she helped me with choosing best one of those. Even her manager was very nice and friendly, she also offered her suggestions. They both collectively had really good dressing sense and know their job. Just want to say thank you for your help.

Great store! Great staff! Evette was very helpful with helping me find the jeans I wanted and always had a smile on! I would recommend this location to everyone. Great shopping experience

Best Old Navy store for family shopping for clothing near Bramlea mall. We shop some clothes last week for kids and us.

Terrible customer service. Diff managers explaining different policies. Staffs are not trained and rude. It's messed up everywhere.

Nice and quality product I have found in good price. If you are in BCC than must visit this place

Store is always messy! Doesn't seem like they have too many people cleaning up. I know it can be frustrating the mess but thats the world we live in unfortunately. Never can find what I'm looking for as stuff is always thrown around! I rearley go into this store Bramalea city center as I get very frustrated just walking into the store.prices are not horrible but for the quality they could do better.

Very clean and organized store, especially for how busy they were. Lots of selection and extremely helpful staff!
Tiffany in particular, was very helpful looking for an item in the store. Once we established the item was not in stock. She helped me to navigate the online purchase, so that I could order the pants, and have them delivered free! Thank you Tiffany! Great job

Its stressfull to deal with oldnavy online shopping. They have very bad system. Never shipped the items ontime. No customer service will help u. I order more than $100. Already 1month didnt get my order. I dont know how to do or how to cancel it if they cant sent my order. Didnt deserve 1star even!

They had a sale on pants. Went there and they had these more expensive ones on the wrong rack. I asked one of the sales associates, she said that one was placed wrong. I showed her other ones on the same rack.
She said that in would her the discount.
I went to cash and the sales associate had left for the day. The cashier honoured it, but was iffy.
You need to go early. No line ups

I always go to this particular location because they have a variety of stock available regardless of the time of the year and the employees are super helpful and polite. It's always busy but the lineups to cash out are fast.

The collection for men was interesting. For Women there were good options to choose from in terms of jewelry and accessories. Clothes were not that impressive. The store looked a little overwhelmed because of the sale going on. On and on.it was a good experience.

Good prices and range of products. Give this store a try and you'll definitely love it, especially the trial rooms

Store had a smell to it.line ups long.not like first year store opened it was so neat clean and organized not anymore.

Very friendly staff. I had to return something and they usually give me trouble but the staff here are on point. They had me in and out in 5 minutes.
