The staff was really helpful and kind. Everything was well organized and easy to find. The change rooms were clean and bright.

Great sales person Laura. I am disabled and use a walker. It is difficult to walk around a big store. I had taken screen pictures from their website of items I wanted. She went and got them all to show me. Good prices and variety on toddlers clothes.

The most helpful staff in any retail store. I’m plus size and I felt very comfortable. The lady that helped me absolutely is amazing. I’m glad to see Old Navy changing, very nice summer dresses.

The staff are friendly. I'm all for cheap and cheerful and there's lots of product, but the sizing for clothing is very inconsistent, even for the same style amd size. One item will fit while the supposedly identical item is far too large.

I was surprised how clean and organized the store was (I've been there before it is typically a disaster). The checkout line was long but moved swiftly. Would have been 5 stars but there were large sections with no stock, selection could have been better.

I love Old Navy but now I found out that they will remain open in the latest lockdown. This is why we can't defeat COVID. You have online services. Be considerate if your employees especially those with seniors living with them. I dont think the sale a pair of socks or pants or others will weigh more than a life of a person. Think and think hard. Be the solution not the cause. I'm disappointed for Old Navy's decision to remain open. I hope it will worth it and that COVID does not strike close to home.

Actually I just called, they are open only for curbside pick up. They take your credit card info over the phone, you just tell them what you want with the item number & size.

While it's a large space, this Old Navy I find doesn't have a lot of the regular items for women. There were a few staples that I could not find which are well stocked at other Old Navy stores. The children's section though literally takes up almost half the store. The plus: no massive line ups here.

Great clothing, greater prices! Old Navy is ALWAYS having deals and promos, especially online. Just be weary, your size may not be in stock if it's a popular item! Always a great feeling when you get 50+% off with the all the promos and supercash offers!

I never find anything in Old Navy because items are everywhere and I asked one person and keep in mind it just opened where something was and she said she was on break. Ok so she could have said I'll get you someone but she look like she could give two sh. So a nice teenager helped me. Whats going on with the worker that are older?

There were no maternity clothes. A stand alone store that sells maternity clothes online should have maternity clothes.

Bought an item online needed to exchange because of sizing and called customer service and was told I can return item in store. If item was not available in store that they would order for me and value the discounted price. Went into the store and manager stated that they don't exchange if not available in store and they won't order it. I informed her I was 8 months pregnant and can't go in circles and please help. She said to return it and I asked her if they would honour the price if I bought it again and she said no. I told her this was the worst customer service I have experienced and she informed me not to shop at old Navy than. Returned the item and walked out, cannot deal with horrible customer service and will not be shopping here again.

The selection is a bit sparse since reopening after COVID but still the best place to get fun, casual clothes for the whole family

I've had a difficult shopping experience at this store a few times in a row. Sale signs EVERYWHERE but nothing I picked out was. Poor stock on popular items. Staff seem unhappy. Way too frustrating wouldn't bother going to this old navy again

This location is always busy. I was never a fan of Old Navy but lately, I changed my mind/taste. There are some good bargains to be found and some casual clothing to wear around the house or when running chores. I usually go there only if I want to return something that I already purchased from your website. I find the selection in the store to be limited. Even when I wet to buy face masks. I was told to call and inquire before coming as they become out of stock quickly. I eneded up order the masks online too.

Horrible experience.poor, very limited selection in women's PJs/nightwear.very pricey.very very poor value for money.ultra disappointing!

Very busy store but they accommodated my daughter and I. We shopped and asked for some help a few times and the employees were very friendly! Even the cashier you checked us out was super nice to my daughter. Thanks for accommodating and serving all types of customers especially during these times. Will be back again!

Your typical Old Navy store. This location is kept pretty organized and is well staffed for both assistance and check out. When they have big sales for around Christmas time it can get quite busy but no different than any other store at those times.

This old navy is decent in size. There are lots of selection from t-shirts, shorts, joggers, and also formal. I usually shop in the men selection, and there is a wide variety of t-shirts and shorts at a very low cost. This location usually has many sales all year-round.

The Number One Positive Of Old Navy Is The Wide Selection Of Sizes To Fit The Entire Average Family At Really Low Prices. Reasonably Fashionable For Those That Aren't Fashionistas. The Downside Is The Quality Is On Par With The Low Prices. The Clothes Won't Last For Years So You'll Be Going Back To Replace Your Clothes More Often. Ending On Another Positive, The Staff Is Nice And Helpful! Would Recommend!

Great store, pretty big. It has lots of collection of clothes. Not so busy, you will get a good shopping experience. Plenty of parking space.

Fairly easy to find things. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stopped at four stars because anyone not driving has a lot of walking to do. I did not remove points for the horrid traffic due to city construction this is not the stores fault.
