Large warehouse store with plenty of products. They have a separate, really large room for children's clothing attached to the main store. Most times, it is neat and tidy, but sometimes you'll see picked-over clothing that hasn't been refolded strewn around or on the floor, especially in the back where the discounted clothing is and near the change rooms. I avoid those areas.

Good location, big space between ailes and staff seem kind and not overworked. Happy i discovered this location.

Why have curbside or pickup, if you don't honor it and I need to come inside and wait in line? Huge waste of time

Worst experience I have during my Toronto trip. Buying some stuff and they have a hard time removing the tag. I waitied for almost 40 mins and they still they weren't able to remove it. They could not just replace it with a different pants with a working tag that can be easily remove but rather they spent their 40 mins trying to remove it. They don't event refund my product and end up I dont have my product cause they won't give it till they remove the tag (get an identical pants with a working tag i think?) and my Uber was waiting for 10 mins already because of such event. I lose $58, my 40 mins time and I don't even have the product.

Very unprofessional cashier, she was inpatient with customers and not dealing fairly. Very rough behaviour,

I dont recommend this location to anyone because an employee named Monica has no patience with customers and you don't get treated well neither do you feel welcomed. I use to be a regular customer here, before it was good but now it's not anymore. I do not recommend this store location at all.

Price difference over the label and checkout counter. They don't update their system after the sale prices over the labels. While checkout it comes out full price even after you can see red tag label on the item. Some items does not have red label but rather displayed with 40% off, does come out with full price at checkout. Girls over the counter are least interested to find out the right price, always says whatever comes here.

I honestly don't recommend anyone to shop at this store. There was an employee, she was very unfair and rude with the return policy. Very dissatisfied.

So we went to store on Sunday at 6 pm, the store closes at 7 pm but they already closed the fitting rooms just to wind up their work before 1 hour. What was the point to close the fitting rooms before 1 hour. They should be closing the whole store then before 1 hour, to clean up everything! Worst experience, wasted time.

Man’s section lacked new collection of clothes. However, both woman’s and kids sections had great collection of clothes and accessories items that too on sale. Old Navy is my all time favourite for a lot of reasons.

Man I’ve been waiting in this parking lot for my mom to finish. She’s literally been in the line for 2 hours after shopping for 15 minutes.

What a bloody mess! The staff are not approachable and act like you are bothering them. I left and went to Erin Mills Town Center.

This is an outlet store and has more collection than the store in a mall. The deals are same everywhere though.

I would love to share my experience with this old navy store at heartland location. I came to buy jumpsuit and it was sold out the only one left was on the mencken and very high on shelf. The associates Fatima and Ericka took their time to let the mgr Dan to know how much as a customer I'm interested. The mgr took the jumpsuit down for me just made my day.even it was unsafe to be down during the day. I'm thankful to the team.

This place is not a bad place to buy clothing. I would recommend this place if you are looking for non-expensive clothing that is in good shape.

One of the lady in the cash register was soo mean. She didn't like the fact that we are using super cash and she sounds rude.

For my family it’s a place to be. Great deals and great prices every time. I love new designs and offers and specially for kids items I would say it’s a nice place to be.

The lady at the counter who hides her badge with her hair is rude and condescending. She treats all her customers with suspicion and does random checks as if the customers are thieves. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OLD NAVY AGAIN, period.

Hello. I must say the store looks great! So much better easier to shop in. When I was there a month ago what a mess! I felt I need to go around and pick things up off the floor naw way better! You can see the items much better, I didnt feel like i was in Value Village. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!
