Since my first appointment at Old South Optometry in 2020, I have always had a positive experience here. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and always take the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I have a tricky prescription which Dr. Tewari is on top of, and she has been able to get me timely referrals when needed. I also enjoy the wide variety of fashionable frames to choose from. Truly such an amazing experience! The staff team and doctors are so helpful and take the time to explain prescriptions, what the best lense shape/fit is best for your face, and really just get to know you. I will never go to another optometry office!

The team at old south optometry is amazing. Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a good experience with Dr. Chevalier during my eye exam and also Jenny at dispensary helped me a lot picking up my glasses. On top of that she is bilingual in both English and Spanish which helped a lot!

I was very satisfied with the service and attention in Old South Optometry from the front desk to Dr. Chevalier. I was surprised with special approach to children. My kids were interested and really liked doing eye exam. A large selection of quality frames at different prices. Thank you, I will come back again for sure!

I recently went to Old South for an eye exam and to buy both some computer glasses and a new pair of sunglasses. Dr. Chevalier was very friendly and thorough. I love my new sunglasses, and the computer glasses are helping a lot with the eye strain I'd been having. It was a very good experience overall. Will be returning.

I would recommend checking to see if your health insurance covers an eye exam etc.cause they don't check for you first until after the exam. And then if it's not covered, then you're stuck paying bill.

Also, as a student, they don't take student health insurance directly, so you will have to pay out of pocket.

Great service! High tech equipment to assess your eye health, thorough exams, and a large collection of frames, too. I got the most affordable frames/lens combo (single vision), and it was $199. That's **amaaazing**, especially because it includes high-quality lenses.

They also direct bill many insurance companies (ours is Manulife), which was incredibly helpful because everyone in our home wears glasses!

The service us top notch. Customers are given one on one assistance with picking out frames and adjusting them, and of course, the exam process is very thorough. They warranty their glasses for 2 years and give free adjustments. Impressive service standard!

I've been coming here for about 5 years. Will echo some concerns expressed by others that they had lots of hiccups with appts during covid. Switched from Dr Chevalier to Dr Tewari about 2 years ago based only on availability. Have received excellent care by both.

I am stuck at home due to my last fall and I am searching for "glasses frames" and the main Optometry nearest me is you and yet you have ZERO choices on your website. When did you go strickly chemical choices and NOT promoting the frames that you have normally? I wanted OSO to get my money to support you but now I will get from somewhere else I guess. With everyone making sales online you think you would take simple pictures and put them up?
