No doubt, Dr Malik Doss is best doctor I ever saw in canada. But receptionist, they are so rude, so argumentative all the time not one time. Last visit, I did not have mask, they said you have to buy, we don't keep it and I bought it from pharmacy. Then after few mins, other patients came without mask and she was not ready to buy from pharmacy, then she start yelling and arguing with receptionist. Receptionist gave mask to that lady in-front of me.
I feel that receptionist is more rude with Punjabi community people as compared to other. Please teach them how to deal with patients equally during hiring.

The clinic asks us to be on time as patients and then asks us to wait for half hour before they even take us in. They ask to wear masks but asks to buy one from their pharmacy instead of providing them to patients. They charge double the fees for paediatric ear flushing then other clinics. It’s the pity of our healthcare system that we can not take action against them. Government removed Covid restrictions but clinics and doctors are not even checking patients in person if they have normal cough or cold.

Dr. Doss is lovely but her front receptionist is rude. She chastised me like a child for not being able to get ahold of them before she offered to make me a phone appointment. Entirely unnecessary.

EDIT: I missed a call from the office and returned it. Receptionist got huffy, "I didn't call you! I didn't call you! It was the pharmacy - call them! Call them! "
While I was in the middle of asking her not to yell at me - she hung up on me.

Very rude and ill mannered receptionist, disconnected my calls twice when I asked her her name and when I demanded I wanted to speak to her supervisor, didn’t proceed with the appointment as the person representing the centre was too scary itself.

Slow in referring, slow in communication. Dr. Saad is not quick in action, he takes lot of time/ days / month in just recommending to another expert. Dr. Doss is really good.

I did registration on their clinic in September for family doctor they said you have to wait 1-2 months but till now i did not get any call from them. They are very careless i called them again after 2 months like i am waiting they said we will call you.no call nothing its almost 6 months.

Not a good place to go, the doctor didn’t even listen me and was in hurry. Don’t waste your time here.

Front desk is outright rude and unprofessional. Anytime you call she Instead of having any courtesy will directly put you on hold and please thank you is not in her dictionary. Talks like she herself is the doctor and for simple documents you need to follow up again and again. Lady Doctor is Doss is ok but it’s hard to talk and reach her and any special cases reference doctor she gives are non responsive. I was in Mississauga had better & faster response times during Covid but disappointed with their lackadaisical approach towards their patients

I was not happy with the front staff. Dr. Doss is good. Front staff is so rude and unprofessional. Phone is not answered properly or on time. Very poor service.

Dr. Saad, worst doctor even encountered. My son had such a high fever and he was so rude to me and my son. He has no professionalism. Never ever taking my son back or going back to him.

Dr. DOSS, is the best. I am so happy I found her as my family doctor. She is kind and always in a positive spirit. I would highly recommend this doctor. Thank you Dr. Doss, for all you do.

Wait time is too much.if you are booked for 10 AM, you will see doctor after 30-45 mins even if you reach on time or early.

Receptionist at desk does not have manner on how to speak to patients on phone.they show like other person is free and they are the only one who have job.they are in such hurry that they don't want to listen and have courtesy to say if patient have any other questions.

So happy I was able to find Dr. Doss. Herself and the entire team of healthcare professionals are always so pleasant, efficient, and competent. Dr. Doss takes her time explaining things and doesn’t rush you. There is a waiting list to be her patient but it’s worth the wait!

I have not been to this clinic but I happen to call in today 18th December 2019 to confirm if they are accepting new patient. The reception. Picked the call and kept me on hold for like 2 mins after saying "Olde town medical, please hold". I thought the call was disconnected at a point.
I was on the phone with her for 23 seconds but was not even given a single second to say what I needed before being thrown on hold for 2 mins.
That is absolutely unprofessional.

This is by far my favourite walk-in that I've ever been to, and the only one I'd trust. Everytime that I go in, the entire staff including the pharmacist is so knowledgeable and well-informed on everything I've brought to their attention. I always show up when they open to avoid wait times and I get seen immediately. Even when I have had to wait the odd 15 minutes or so, my experience has always been worth it. I'm never rushed when discussing any issues I've been having and, even though this place (like a lot of other medical clinics) only take one issue at a time, they've never had a problem with me bringing up something else too. I will always come back here. Dr. Doss is absolutely amazing!

We stumbled upon this clinic last minute while driving around to find one that was open. I called in to make sure they were still accepting patients as it was 6: 45 pm and luckily they were. We hadn't been to this clinic before so the registration was quite easy. The ladies at the reception were nice as well. The reason we were at the clinic was for my brother. He had an ear infection. We waited about 30 min to see the doctor. The doctor in my opinion was just okay - no complaints. He did his check up, prescribed medication and said if the infection doesn't go away, come back in a week. Since the pharmacy was attached to the clinic, I decided to get the medication from them. Unfortunately they were out of stock. I asked when they would be able to restock it. They didn't have an answer so I took the prescription and went to Shoppers Drug Mart. They were out of stock too. I ended up just buying the over the counter ear drops. I just wish the doctor/pharmacist looked over and prescribed another similar medication as the one we needed was out of stock or directed us to another pharmacy which had it in stock.

Would I consider going back? Sure, why not. If I compare this clinic to the others in the area, I found this to be the only decent one around for a last minute walk-in. I probably drove to at least 4 other walk-in clinics which were either not accepting patients or doctor was not available before coming to this one.

One thing I found strange was there was a notice in the checkup room where it says you can only discuss one issue per visit. I've never seen this at any other clinic.

Getting Dr. Malak Doss as our family doctor is the most pleasant thing that happened since we landed in Canada. I have visited her three to four times, and she never disappointed or left us unclear about our problems. Her politeness and caring attitude made such a good impression. She is genuinely so knowledgeable and always ready to give her hundred percent to her patients. I really appreciate her passion for her profession. Not to forget, her staff is equally polite and helpful. The pharmacist is also a cheerful lady- provides complete information about the medicines she is giving. Hats off to the whole team.

Very disappointed. Other walk-in patients went in before me even though I was the first patient in the clinic. Waited over an hour. The receptionist seem overwhelmed. These 5 star reviews are probably from family and friends.

With due respect.this platform is to help the people with your experiences.so while writing reviews please be honest. I went to this clinic just because of good rating n reviews but the reality is totally different. The Doctor is really rude n unprofessional. I requested him to prescribe me an antibiotic as I was taking tynol for 4 days without any sign of relief but when I told this to the doctor.he started yelling at me that I should continue taking the same medicine as he prescribed it and told me to come back if i had an issue.

So I request you all to write genuine reviews.don’t let them play with people’s health.

My name is Sonia Arora, my family and I recently moved from Montreal and we started going to this clinic based on the reviews we read here and were not once disappointed. We had one long wait but I don’t mind waiting to the best employees and doctors! Firstly Christine the pharmacist has become such a good friend! She’s a darling and super smart! Dr. Doss is the best doctor on this planet! She knows everything about everything! She’s SO knowledgeable and always takes her time with me and my family. Not once I felt rushed or disappointed! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! I might not move in another area just because I don’t want to go anywhere else anymore! The girls at reception are also awesome!

Dr. Malak Doss was very knowledgable and gave all the information I needed in regard to my childs illness. She made sure to be clear on all instructions and answered all questions I needed to take care of my little one. The pharmacist was delightful and made the experience easy and transparent as well. I will definitely be returning to this clinic.

Ive been going to this medical clinic for close to two years now, and Dr. Sheriene has helped me a lot with my health issues, injuries, and vaccinations. Best Dr I've ever met. After seeing her so many times, I can tell she genuinely cares to help you, and does not make you feel like shes just trying to get through as many patients as possible.

Also, the receptionists are very kind people, and seem to be very good at remembering your name.

For me Dr. Doss is a professional Physician. During my visit today I felt her personal care. I can recommend her service to my family and friends.
