Convenient location and the staff is polite. Surprising how much you find in this little store.

Don't wear a hoodie in there in a rainy day. The self checkout girl will follow you around the store. Seem to be running out of a lot of stock recently, why is the brown meat only 30% off, more importantly why are they still trying to sell brown meat? Good thing there's other grocery stores near by.

Last week I bought mangoes from this store. It was sad although mangoes look red from outside but all of them were rotten completely from inside and had to thrown away.

Good, clean and convenient grocer. Pricing is good but thier price matching makes the experience better. Smaller location but you can find all essentials here.

This must be the smallest No Frills in the GTA. I think this location is even smaller than the Fake No Frills that operates out of some Russian guys basement in Aurora.

Employee wrong guidance wws told 1) product out of stock and when turned out of the isle, there was a huge display 2) requisted help in getting an item from the top shelf was told to go to the cashier to request for assistance as he was getting behind putting some stock out.
Bad customer service.

I wanted to give a 4 star but the prices are not as they were a couple months ago, and nowadays they dont even have plastic bags, but its still better to shop here rather then fortinos or superstore.

One of the best No frills store. Always well stocked, very clean. The team working there is excellent and always does a good job. The owner is very hands on and treats his people very well. It is a bunch of happy people working there.

Took my senior dad here, we come regularly. Shocked when he bought 50% milk here, he was charged full price accidentally. Then opened it and it was rancid. I had already returned home 1 hour away. I told him to empty it out and I would take him next week to return it. Asked the Manager today, we only gave us the 50% discount as a refund, however would not give us the full
Amount as we didn’t “save” The milk.

Why on earth would my Dad keep spoiled milk in his fridge for 1 week until I could drive him again?

This “policy” needs to be revisited. Not a happy customer.

Despite the small size and selection, we liked coming here because of their prices and price matching. Recently they dropped their list of price matched grocery stores from 9 to 3. Apparently the posted slogan "We won't be beat" is a bad joke. We don't have a reason to shop there anymore compared to nicer stores.

I was pleasantly surprised after visiting this store for the first time. The staff are very friendly professional and courteous and I could clearly see that they all get along quite well

Bizarrely meagre selection of even the most basic fruits and vegetables. Shelves poorly stocked. For example - no club soda where it should be, but cases of it right up on the topmost self. Asked a store associate for assistance in getting it down. They wandered off to “find someone” to help me and no one ever came.

This is a conveniently located store for us so we had started shopping here years ago. This store definitely lives up to its name, no frills. However, there are a few things, that certainly make shopping here frustrating.

1/ The self checkout seems to rarely be open. And the one time I was there and it was open, I was berated for using the self checkout because I had a shopping cart. I guess unlike every other store, if you have a shopping cart, you're not allowed to use the self checkout and you have to wait for the one open cashier lane.
2/ More often than not, an on sale item that is advertised in the weekly flyer is not available / empty shelf. They do not offer rain checks, and coincidentally, the day after the sale is over, these items are fully restocked. Why not just put a sign on the door that says "flyer specials not available at this location"?
3/ When you try to price match an item, there is a drawn out process that requires the first cashier to give you an eye roll and then they have to call over at least one sometimes 2 other staff until someone has the magical key for the scanner to put the price match thru. Why not just take down the sign that says "we price match"?

The point is, as a business owner, you have the right to offer or not offer any promotions or incentives. If you dont want to offer them, that is fine, but just be honest about as opposed to just making it an frustrating experience for your customers

The lady that works daytime front cash during the week is extremely, extremely rude. On Many occasions she has been very disrespectful to me and also humiliated my senior mother infront of a lineup of customers. I can not believe that store Continues to allow her to work there and treat customers the way she does. She yelled at me inftont of customers because I wanted to pay with my pc Mastercard without scanning for points. I absolutely could not believe what I was experiencing. I like the store itself but I don't think I can ever walk in there while she is working

This no frills may be tiny, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in heart. The cashiers are just so sweet. I am a couponer and they are always so patient and kind when I'm checking out at the register with my many coupons, no eye rolling or heavy sighs like I get from other grocery stores in the area. They are very flexible with their price matching and if you're having trouble finding an item, the grocery staff are so helpful and friendly, they go out of their way to find you what you need and if they don't have it in stock they will find out what day it's supposed to come in on the truck. Good things come in small packages, and this is especially true for oleg's no frills.

Refused an exchange at my local No Frills because it would impact inventory levels between two franchises stores. The only resolve was suggesting I drive back to the other store where the original purchase was made in a completely different city.

Oleg has done a brilliant job of creating a full size shopping experience in such a small space. Friendly staff. Lots of great deals. PC products are the best.

Came in to pick up a few items and needed assistance. I was assisted by Jasmin. She was so friendly and so willing to help, she actually made me smile. I was picking up an item in the same isle as hers and she received 4 or 5 questions in a row from customers. She answered each one with so much enthusiasm and willingness to help. I loved it! Thank you Jasmin for making my day better!

This is my local No Frills. It's small but very, very well stocked. It's really rare that I don't find what I need. The store is always very clean and the staff are friendly and know exactly where everything is.
I love shopping here. It takes me far less time to get everything I need.

Small neighborhood store tucked away in a small plaza. Don't let its size fool you it has a good variety and is well stocked. Friendly staff. Has 4 self serve checkouts if you want to work for free. I support real employees for real service.

I needed a loonie for the shopping cart and I got the loonie. The cash service was great. They had all that I was looking for and more with great prices. Love collecting their PC points.

Great deals. Considerable good prices. But this store is a bit congested. Too tight. On a busy day one cannot park cart and look at the shelves as there is always someone behind you asking you to move.

This store deserves to be bigger. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. Checkout is usually fast. Lots of self checkouts. I enjoy coming here but the store is small. They do their best with the space they have but selection is limited and often flyer items are sold out.

Good market to do a quick shop. Limited selection but produce is good, carries all the basics, store is clean and usually fast to check out of.

The store is like 1/6th the size of a normal no frills. I went to get the 3 best sale items advertised in the flyer and they didn't even have them, like not out of stock but didn't even have an empty area where it would have been. Waste of a trip

Good, except that they have very limited stock of special price items, often run out and often limit the number one person can buy. Other locations don't have these limitations. The location is convenient, but I guess the store is smaller than most No Frills.

I called the Health Department about this place as they were not sanitizing carts although they have a sign saying they were sanitized. Management would not do anything.

On the last 3 occasions I visited this store there was no stock available for advertised specials. No rain checks offered either. I seriously think their front page specials are a ploy to get you into the store. You can do better Oleg’s No Frills!

Good for quick grabs - it's like a mini-No Frill's so you will not find everything that a full sized No Frills carries. But overall it's a huge convenience being around the corner, and staff is OK (some friendly and some not, to be honest).

Good selection of food/produce including soursop.
Good prices.
A little small, but your groceries will cost 15% less than most places so worth it. They also price match some stores

A modern and convenient place to buy your day to day stuff for a decent amount. Vegetables and fruits are always fresh and comparatively affordable. Staff has been pretty helpful and quick enough to resolve any queries.

Like all no frills it is easy to navigate and well stocked with all the common food items, for relatively cheap. We’ve been shopping here since we moved to Oakville 5 years ago and have nothing to complain about. If you avoid rush hour traffic the lines are not long and you will be serviced quickly. The workers always help you out and have a great understanding of where products are located in the store.

Great selection some times Pepsi product is empty as I love Pepsi and sometimes I can't get what I go for other than that service is good and staff are helpful

Limited checkout. Self-checkout but not for cash customers. No express. Small store but as there is no other No Frills in area it must do. Closest is on Guelph Line in Burlington. No other store West of 403 or east of Guelph Line

Very good store, best of your basic needs if you don't want to pay more. It has improved a lot recently, has a lot of PC products and all other every day groceries. Like the self check-out. Good management.

Not my favourite Nofrills since it is so small. The selection is not as great and it is difficult to get around other shoppers because there isn't a lot of room to move around in the aisles.

This location has good deals most of the time especially on pop, however I find that sometimes by noon they are already sold out of the items I require.

Severe lack of stock, prices on a number of items were almost twice the price of other grocery stores. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great store, People are all super nice, Produce has improved a lot and the store has a wide variety for being small. The colorful haired kid was very nice to me and had the answers I needed when I asked a few questions

Not a large selection of products to choose from. Had to finish my shopping at another grocery store.

There it used to be 2 stores in Oakville; a large one near Trafalgar and this small one in Glen Abbey. At that time you almost always would find all the advertised items. Iif not you go to the larger store and they always had everything, I liked the convenience of being close in Glen Abbey and excellent staff. Since the closure of the larger store, every week there is at least 3- 5 items advertised that either were not "delivered" or sold out. Who ever is sitting in the big chair with little brains and decided to close a large store, in a town that is growing, and leave a small store, where there is no space to keep up with the demands of the new clientela coming from the closed store, should be kick out of that chair. I hate that I rarely find everything is advertised in one trip. If I go Thursday or Friday it has not been delivered and if I go Monday or Tuesday is sold out. It looks like I have to go every single day. This store should be fined for false advertising. I had to give one star otherwise it would not post it however I' m giving a big fat ZERO stars, sorry for the people that work there they are excellent.

So much for "Won't be beat". If you want to price match a few items, be ready to stand there for a while as the cashier reads EVERY SINGLE letter on your clipping. Needless to say, it makes the customer feel embarrassed and takes up needless amount of time. According to the cashiers, Oleg makes them do this to discourage price-matching!

Instead go the Freshco close by, where they are happy to price-match, and will even suggest you a lower price for the same item if they know about it!
