Olive Nails and Spa

I’ve been coming to Olive for several years after trying different salons for gel nails. The staff are pleasant and efficient, I especially like Selina. The selection of colours is great!

Earlier today, a beloved friend of mine busted this Nail Salon which overall took a very unexpected turn. The rushed service left my nails uneven, and the lack of attention to detail was evident. The staff's attitude was unfriendly, making the entire experience unpleasant. It's disheartening that they couldn't replicate the design I showed them, and the final result was a complete letdown. I'm genuinely dissatisfied with their service and won't be returning.

Absolutely my favourite salon! I’ve been going to Olive since they opened their doors and have only had amazing experiences! Whether I just want a simple classic nail or something with a design/flare they never disappoint.

Rushed pedicure. Rude staff. Closing was at 7 pm. They began asking customers to pay at 6: 40, mid-manicure or pedicure. I had to pay when my nails didn't even dry yet. One of the ladies was rude to her client (sitting next to me) who simply asked her to cover the entire nail with polish, the lady huffed, said fine, then laughed to her colleague. I'm just saying, if you want paying customers to come back, probably not a good idea to make them feel unwelcomed.

We gathered with friends to celebrate the birthday of one of them at 12.00 in the afternoon at the Georgian restaurant. When I walked into the place, my vision was caught by ethnical decorations and stylish views. The Georgian cousin and fast service surpassed all our expectations.

I love Olive Nails and Spa! Technicians are so kind and they have very good skills. I recommend Sue and Tina. This nail shop is really clean and very comfortable. So I always relax here.

After a very rushed shellac manicure and pedicure, this is the result (within 24 hours of the service, one shellac nail just fell off, another one chipping, cuticle work very subpar). I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Horrible service. Nail color chipped off the NEXT day. On 4 nails. They charged me over $100 for extras and used cheap products. And when I went back to get it fixed they argued and argued and did not fix their mistake. What a rip off. Stay away from this place.

This is the second negative experience I've had at Olive Nail and Spa. After this I won't be going back. I had an inexperienced technician who messed up a fake nail application. I was very nice about it, and just asked for it to be removed. She left, never to return. The head receptionist said it was my fault that I didn't remember the name of the technician I had previously had a successful pedicure with. Mistakes are part of any business, but I really didn't appreciate how poorly I was treated today for the mistakes of others. I was kind and understanding (when easily I could have been angry) I was left to wait for a technician to never return, and berated by the receptionist. I had specifically arranged babysitting so I could treat myself to a Mani/pedi - $ and time down the drain.

I went here for a first set of gel nails. It was a good experience. The staffs were very friendly and professional. I would suggest it to everyone!

Did the spa manicure and spa pedicure. Very relaxing and have beautiful nails to boot. I would recommend the spa level for each. They used so many different spa treatments including salt, paraffin wax, massage and cream. Thank you Olive Nails

This place is a total disappointment.a very poor quality job provided on my first visit; the Gel set was too thick and irregular.
I gave them other two chances though. On my last visit, my Gel set only lasted for two days starting to chip and fall off!
Never visit this place again.

The best nail salon ever.
1. Place is really clean: They use liners on any pedicure sinks, use sanitized tool, floor is not covered with nails.
2. Technicians are professional and polite. They don't speak their own language in front of customers. They always speak English to each other. I found this is really important. When technicians are talking to each other with their own language and laughing in front of me, I feel very offended.
3. Next to Starbucks! Pick up my coffee and get my nails done!
4. They play movies: Random movies I wouldn't pick my own, apparently so good sometimes, go home and find that movie to watch it. LOL

They take walk-ins but recommend to book appointments advance (like other place)
Also, they never say "5min" thing. (5min means an hour if you walk-in to other places. You know what i mean.)

Horrible! They blamed me for their dirty bathroom when it was not me and gave me a death scare plus they rush. Beware!

Exceptional service by an one of these ladies. My nails always look and feel 10/10 when I leave.

I would highly recommend Olive Nails. Friendly and welcoming staff. They keep the salon clean and tidy.

Love this place, this was my 4th time there, i waited long to write this review to be sure of their service, they are clean and quiet, not like other nail salons around here! That ladies talk to each other non stop in their own language! This salon is high class, u need an appointment to get in, u relax while you get your nails done, and enjoy the beautiful and clean space.recommend this place

Absolutely appalled by this place. I called in ahead of time to book an appointment and specified on the phone that I need a high level technician who would be able to accomodate my design needs. I was assured that it would be okay. I had several options in case the designs were too hard including a French refill that was black. I ran a few minutes late because the parking in the plaza was very limited. When I came in I wasn't greeted very nicely and when I was sat down in a chair the "technician" welcomed me nicely and used a towel that was used for another client before me because there was residue of nail polish and skin on it. Not to mention when I asked her if she can honestly tell me if she can do the design she said "no" at first and than changed her story quickly by saying " she can but she doesn't have enough time to do it". That pissed me off because how can you tell me you don't have enough time for your client if I booked an appointment ahead of time and I specified to the front desk girl exactly to the T what I wanted to do. She should have allocated the appointment to have enough time for me to do whatever I asked for. Afterwards they talked between different technicians and front desk in their own language to see who can do it. None of them were capable enough and instead of telling me that they continued to say we have no time which is rificolrid and highly unprofessional. Would not recommend to go to this salon. Inexperienced and expensive for no real knowledge of any average C- rated place.
