Don't get your atv or sxs fixed here. They don't stand behind their work, and when the same thing breaks, due to their installation methods, they say, oh well.

Well I've had my quad for a couple months now. The machine is awesome. Sales dept.is awesome as is parts. Service.well if you can reach them.well I'm not thrilled with them.
(previous machines) But 1st service is almost due.so we will see. But I highly recommend talking with Owen. Knowledgeable.and good communication.
The lady in parts is extremely helpful.seems to pick up the slack as well there. Overall a very good experience. And I should say that even though I wasn't thrilled with service the dealer made it right.

I had a warranty issue with my Toro zero-turn that was taken care of in a timely manner. Much appreciated! I appreciate your willingness to work around my schedule as best as possible.

The staff are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I had a problem with my new Toro zero turn and the staff quickly jumped into action and truly listened to what I had to say, they made me feel important and went out of their way to solve my issue in a timely manner. I have bought a kioti tractor and kioti K-9 along with my new toro zero turn because they provide excellent value and expedient service along with a friendly staff, I’ll definitely keep supporting them!

Had warranty work done on my 4wheeler was having transmission issues mechanic listen to my concerns and explained what the problem was! Kim and staff looked after me, had everything taken care of right away all is working well now thanks for everything will definitely recommend great work thanks again.

I brought my mahindra tracror there for a full service and they only greased half the tractor. They also didn't even replace my oil filter and when I called them out in it they said their mechanic just had dirty hands, my filter was dusty from being used. I also bought the tractor from them and I am a regular customer. Time to find a new place to do business.

I have my four Wheeler there For fixing it. Was over a year and they still did not fix it. It was under warranty, but they did not cover it. I end up paying 2500 bucks and that was still not fixed.
I was not happy with the service. With Oliver equipment.

Horrible service asked twice for mower prices. The only people who approached us were maintenance people, at least they were nice enough to ask us. Two other people just walked past us. Even when we left lady sitting at counter never acknowledge us. We were there for over half hour. Will not return. Drove over an hour to check this place out.don't waste your gas

Kim, the service manager, went 120% to help my parents get their newly purchased riding lawnmower back to them within half a day. An easy adjustment, and helping them understand that not everything is covered under the warranty plan has these seniors grateful for the help and service from all people working together. Thanks for your patience and good service.

Horrible service. Started paying for a machine before receiving it. When the machine finally got to the farm, it had several issues and damages to it all over. All fluids had to be done to it, missing hardware from the linkage, loader, backhoe and rops, parking brake didn’t work and the throttle sticks. Horrible experience. Will never buy a Kioti or deal with oliveira again.

I had a great experience with the service department at Oliveira in Tilbury. Despite not being a polaris dealer, they were able to diagnose and fix a tricky issue with my older polaris sportsman 700. Dylan, the service manager, communicated every aspect of their progress. Austin and Harley, the technicians, left no stone unturned and got the job done. When said and done, the fee was very fair. Big thanks to these professionals.

Dylan and Harley were excellent to deal with. I broke a clutch bolt and they were able to get me in and have my machine back the next day. All around great service.

They have some absolute gems hidden in the used equipment section. Have purchased a few items now, and will continue to do so.

Brought my Mahindra tractor 3 years ago, having engine problems and electrical problems. Also my loader arms are cracked, took it to the dealer and cost me 731.90, they did not fix the loader arms. Left message with the owner he did not call back. Mahindra tractor is not a reliable, bad service do not buy from this place

Brought my artic cat 550 atv there as it wouldnt start. They identified the problem and advised me where i could get a fuel pump at half the cost of one from artic cat. Once i got the part it was realized a clip was missing. Dylan found one and on his own went and pick it up, had atv fixed and ready, as he new i was in a rush for my machine so i could head up north hunting. Thankyou Dylan at Oliverio’s!

Bought a TYM 254 from Oliveira (Wyoming location). Brett was fantastic to work with and I am loving this tractor!
Very helpful staff!

Brought my Uforce 800 in for service. They gave me an estimate and said it could take 2 to 3 days. I dropped it off in the morning and they called me later that afternoon to say it was ready to be picked up. Another surprise was the actual bill was cheaper then quoted. I did have some questions on my machine and Dylan (Service Manager) was more than happy to take the time to address my concerns.
