I was in need of getting approved for a mortgage, and the bank (CIBC) I had started dealing with was being a little difficult. So I reached out to RBC. They right away, would approve, however with difficult conditions attached. RBC would then pass along my info to the folks at Oliveira Mortgages, specifically Brandon Carvalho and Miguel Oliveria. Brandon reached out to see if there is anything that his team can do. I told him that while I have started with CIBC, I would be willing to see what his team can do and that I would go with the lender that would give me the best rate. He and Miguel then went to work, gathering documents, working their butts off to first get the approval and a great rate. In then end, they got me and my family a much needed approval and a great rate. With much hesitation I did decide to stick with CIBC, as the situation was a little more ideal. But I am forever grateful for the hustle and work both Brandon and Miguel put in to try and secure a deal.
