I have just ordered my second pair of Oliver Peoples eyeglasses. I went back for a second pair because the level of service I received on my first visit from Brian at Yorkdale was exceptional. My second visit was just as wonderful. Brian remembered me and was so helpful when ordering me second pair. Highly recommend!

I am looking for a new pair of sunglasses, I have been to many eyewear shops in Toronto and there is no luck. They either don’t carry the style I like, nor they have the size that suits me. I went to Oliver Peoples today, and Isabel helped me with picked the one! She is extremely patient and welcoming, I had a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a new pair of sunglasses, I would absolutely recommend Isabel, you will not regret it.

The staff was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the product, they even adjust the glasses to your head to make it fit you. It also gives a good opinion about whether it is something that would fit you. The store itself has everything I was looking for and a large number of models

During a visit to Toronto, my glasses were accidentally bent on the airplane. In my plight, I reached out to a local Oliver Peoples store and was connected to Jeff. After I sent a picture of my damaged glasses via email, Jeff promptly returned my call, assuring me they appeared fixable and inviting me to drop by the store at my convenience. Upon my arrival, Jeff skillfully repaired my glasses in mere minutes. I was overwhelmingly grateful and relieved. Jeff’s assistance truly saved my trip, and for that, I can’t thank him enough!

I came across the store about half an hour before closing. The service I received from Isabel was excellent. She was very patient and responsive to my questions. She took the time to educate me on the different options and went above and beyond, even helping me pick the right frames for my face and adjust them to fit perfectly. Brian Ho was the licensed optician who assisted me during my visit at Oliver Peoples Yorkdale. He helped me pick out the perfect frame, as we went through several models in the store, and he was exceptionally helpful, courteous and professional.
