I suppose my feelings about the quality of the product and the quality of the service aren't the same, so I provided an average rating. I found the staff members in store attentive and helpful - it was my first time purchasing glasses and they provided good insight for my purposes. I made them aware upon purchase that I would prefer being contacted by email regarding my order when it comes in, however, it appears that wasn't noted down. At first there was an attempt to call me when there was a delay with my frame, then on email when they further reached out I reaffirmed that I don't have my cellphone on during the day, and then when the glasses came in they called again. Not a huge deal or anything, but if you're like me and have a preferred method of contact it can be an inconvenient delay.

The upper frame of my glasses were buffed/scratched noticeably upon pickup. Between the unexpected delay with them, and the cosmetic damage, I can't say I would ever buy a pair of glasses from here again. It didn't affect their functionality so I haven't gone back, and it's only been a recent purchase, but make sure to thoroughly examine your glasses in store when they come in.

I got an eyes exam there and it is right for my eyes the new pair that I got. And the staff there are helpful and friendly esp, the manager is helpful in changing a new frame for me to fit what I need.

Went to this Ollie Quinn location in need of distance, readers and distance sunglasses. Staff was incredibly helpful in suggesting frames for my needs and face shape. Managed to get all 3 pairs of glasses for less than 2 pairs quoted to me at Hakim down the street. Canadian made too! Highly, highly recommend this Ollie Quinn.

This was the best experience I've ever had in getting new glasses! The store is clean, and neatly laid out, and full of natural light, which is rare in an eyewear shop but very helpful when trying out different frames. There is plenty to choose from and the prices are very competitive. Eduardo was so good at helping to narrow down the choices and help find the the best look and fit for me, he really knows his trade. This was my second attempt at progressives: the first, at a different establishment a few years ago, was a disaster (they were all wrong and I had to trade for bifocals). This time, the team at Ollie Quinn nailed it, and I feel so liberated, being able to see at every distance with one pair! The service was fast and friendly and I can't recommend it enough!

Had such a great experience here. Got my eye exam done in-store and then visited multiple times trying to pick out frames. Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful, giving their opinion without being pushy. I finally picked out frames and the order was ready in only 2 days! Would highly recommend OQ and this particular location.

I got a pair of sunglasses 4 years ago at this location. I decided to stop by while making some errands in the neighborhood again today as I was thinking of getting some glasses for reading/working. There I met with Areeka, and she was on top of the game. She was really patient with me to get the right frame for me. Eye exam is booked, and I can't wait to use my first pair of eyeglasses!

I really love Ollie Quinn! They have such great, modern designs. So much so, it was hard to choose one pair of frames so I bought two!

I had an exceptional experience. When I went in for a new pair of glasses, and they even cleaned my old ones that needed some care. Both sets of glasses that I purchased were ready in less than a week.

The nice guys helped me fix the missing screw / popped out lens in my glasses even though they were glasses from another store!

Edoardo was incredibly patient and friendly! He gave me the time and the space to try on tens of pairs at my own pace without showing any intention of rushing me through my purchases. Other staff members were also friendly.

Price: all of the frames are one price (I think either 280 or 230 I forget now because I did get a couple extra coatings on top)! I was expecting it to be way more pricey when I walked in. Super worth it. It looks like a very high end shop.

Service: amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sell. The gentleman helped pick out and choose so many frames that were so well suited to my face. I've been wearing glasses for 15+ yrs and never had service like that. I am so happy with my purchase and glasses! Probably the best glasses I've purchased for value and quality. The frames are all made in-house so it's the Ollie Quinn which I love that they're unique vs the average name brands that often don't fit my face well. The case holder is also so well designed - it collapses flat when no glasses are inside making it so easy to travle with. Love it! They also gave me a tote bag to take with me. Thanks! And I only waited a out a week for my glasses to be ready.

I'd 100% be back here and highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently bought new prescription sunglasses and new lenses for my existing frames, and had a great experience. It took me a long time and several trips here (and elsewhere) to make up my mind, but the frames and lenses I got look terrific, are comfortable, and most importantly, help me SEE! Edo and Areeka were a tremendous help when I went in and walked me through everything at my own pace. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Got an eye exam done here and Dr. Huang was fantastic! Lovely demeanour, great at explaining his processes and incredibly helpful. The shop staff didn't really help with picking out frames but the experience with the optometrist was excellent.
