Olympia Court Apartments

Where do I start. I haven't lived in an apartment for about 40 years. The whole process of looking for a place, filling out paperwork seemed very daunting at first. I have heard some horror stories from other people looking for places. Promises broken from other Supers, renos that weren't done etc. The supers here, Jessica and Kyle are stupendous. Very down to earth, approachable, attentive. They promised me my unit would be totally renovated when I moved in. They went above and beyond. I was very elated when I saw the finished product. More then I expected. They helped me make a very smooth and calm progression into the place. I am very happy to call this place home!

I've just moved into 72 Allison Avenue. This is an old building, however the apartment has been upgrade and is very comfortable. Jessica and Kyle are the Superintendents here. On top of being very efficient, they checked in with me after my move to ensure everything was up to my satisfaction. They make themselves to help with any problem. While I was at work my son, who is autistic, had an issue with an electrical outlet. I called Jessica who immediately went to help my son. Jessica and Kyle have restored my confidence in that there are still very great people in this world who care. Thank you

Jeasica, thank you for the tour of the building viewing the vacant apt unit and helping me with rhe application needs taking my interest to the fullest as a manager to a tenant needs great service

New management is not fit to run this building, when you look at either one and say hi, they pretend they didn't see you and turn the other way, husband always looks out of it. Not professional nor friendly, upper management fails time and time again to put the right people in place, building has gone through 3-4 managers in the last couple years. Do not waste your time, walls are cracked, no visitor parking spots yet there is a car in the lot, that is not running, storage. Building smells like smoke and pot. Do not waste your time. Also located in the worst part of Cambridge, you get lots of addicts and homeless from downtown. Cars always getting broken into, you can do better.

Great service from the management (Jessica and Kyle). If we got an issue with anything related to the apartment, both of them will show up as soon as possible. They are very friendly and responsible. Thanks guys.

I love this building! For my first apartment i feel very sfae and d jessica and kyle are wonderful landlords. Would highly recommend! Rhey are prompt and are always available and willing to help out whenever necessary

We are really happy residing in one of the apartments in this building. We moved here In November 2019 and didn't really have issues. The apartment is quite and we can keep the house the way we want to. The new building managers Jessica and Kyle are really kind and friendly. I get a response from her whenever I message her and she takes care of any concern that I may have. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

I've been living here for 5+ years. Quiet and tidy building, the property managers have always been great! The new managers Jessica and Kyle are caring and very helpful, always get back in a timely manner and willing to sort issues out!

I want to say that the building managers at this apartment building, Jessica and Kyle McFadden, are extremely professional and responsive. They have addressed all my requests extremely quick with no hesitations or questions asked. I truly appreciate everything they have done for us. They are so amazing to deal with. Thank you very much Jessica and Kyle.
Would recommend this building to anyone.

As I am in the process of moving to the building, Jessica & Kyle, the building managers, are always very helpful preparing very nicely my unit. Moreover, I appreciate very much their prompt answers to my inquires and requests at any time of the day through phone calls and Sms. Thank you Jessica, thank you Kyle.

I have lived here for 6 years now and enjoy living here. Like all buildings it has its ups and downs but with the new supers it's moving in a much better direction than what it was when we moved in. Alot of things have changed and we find that the building has gotten much quieter. The supers are amazing to deal with and they try their hardest to keep everyone happy. If they have to fix a problem they will do their best to fix it in a reasonable time frame.

Not worth your money! This is an old building where bikes get stolen. The building has a really old heating system so you need extra heaters! The building has older tenants smoking in their apartment that makes your corridor smelly! There isn't enough storage space in the unit and the staircases aren't cleaned - you can see cobwebs! The superintendent is a nice guy but the building does not get any upgrades/renovations at all by Williams McDaniel. There were literally bugs covering all of the entrance door. There's no ramp to the elevator so the building does not have access for disabled people either. Mould constantly grows inside apartments as well. Pathetic!
You can also hear the train inside your apartment, it shakes the complete building and you feel the vibration. They are trying to rent out 2 bedrooms for $1200 plus /month but trust me you can find a much better town house for thus price. Mostly occupants are paying less than $950 per month.
