Best place to buy Indian food especially Gujarati food spices snacks pickels everything even though the prices are bit higher. Also get a wide variety of ranges as well. Store is quite big as well.
PRICES ARE QUITE CHEAPER AS COMPARE TO PANCHVATI.which is best thing for students.

I bought Papad from this branch and I got this kind of unhealthy and expired product. I am concern about health and safety. Please make your the quality before you buy.

No doubt, this is good place to buy indian grocery but staff is too rude, specially the old lady who manage the store. She is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk with customers. She was busy on phone, I asked her for few things but she replied me very rude.she refused other people to help me. Never visit there again.

I mostly come here, one staff (lady) I thing she is most senior staff here, extremely rude. She behaves like people getting stuff for free. I have always seen her angry, rude, arguing with customers, bossy with co-worker, keep talking unwanted stuff about working place and store owner to others, even she doesn’t care that there is many customers walking around. I am not a complaining person, but I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Every time I come, and if she made my bill I always think I will never come to this store again. I know my review will not effect to this store or her. I hope store owner start to taking care of customer service side.

This store is indeed famous for bearing huge variety of Indian items in it. They have massive frozen section. Their staff is friendly. Racks are clean, hygienic. Good variety of desserts are also available such as dulhiram penda, halwasan. We got rangoli for Diwali at best price than most stores around here. Pooja stuff is also there and they have wide variety of Indian utensils too. However probably due to huge variety, the sections aren't well divided at times, things are not labelled correctly. Labels are missing some times. But you in short get everything that you need!

They have all gujarati item Avilable and they also provide garaba pass for navaratri. They also put sell on indian festival.

This Indian grocery store is near to my home.and is on route to my return journey from my work place.so I very offen visit there to shop grocery. We have good experience of it.

Bought so many stuff from Om India Food center, it's really boon for those who are seeking for india snacks in Etobicoke, Canada. Good customer service and products availability.

Do not buy a single item from here. They are selling expired products with new sticker on it. The product is made by om India only. The name of the product is Indian Khari biscuit. The product is good for 15 months from the date of packing. The packed date was written 15 Dec 2020. There was a sticker on it in which the new date was written that was 01 Oct 2021. They are clearly selling expired products. The owner should directly contact me or else I am definitely going to take legal actions on it.

Its really good and we can get the most things here from our home india. Also affordable price.

Very rude staff, even though I am buying mostly regularly, my groceries from this store, ladies staff are so vulger rude, they refuse on face for a plastic bag a dime.

Awesome place to get indian food. Especially Gujarati food items. Sometimes food is out of stock so call in before to avoid inconvenience. Overall very good place for tasty Indian Gujarati snacks.

We love these store, it is a but far from Toronto core, but worth to drive. There are a lot of real products from India, quality is mostly fine.

This place is not very well maintained and little unhygiene.
It's ok to go buy packaged food, but make sure the food is NOT expired.

Nice place to get all Gujarati and Indian groceries. You get everything over there and yeah at cheaper prices.

You can get probably all kind of Indian grocery over there. And it is pocket friendly comparatively to other stores.

During this time of pandemic, no safety measures are followed in the store. The staff themselves don’t follow any rules. First of all their mask do not cover their nose and mouth at all, they come too close to you when you ask for help without maintaining any distance. Also saw a few where they would remove the mask and stand there saying it’s not comfortable. Masks are not comfortable to everyone but to maintain our and others safety we wear it. But it seems these people don’t care about any govt rules.

Somebody teach some shoppers over there to park their vehicles. They just park in front of the entrance and nobody cares.

Worst place to buy indian groceries, staff is uneducated, don't help, shows attitude and more over their groceries are stale n pricey.

This particular location is underwhelming. I'd go the ones across the street next time. More options there.

Always higher priced than other store.i bought Almonds and walnuts not fresh looks like expired.unorganized and vegetable are not fresh.

Extremely poor customer service. People working here don’t even say hello or thank you. If you ask them anything no proper response. Increase the price of products. Management must really look into it. For a business apart from just selling products you need to provide satisfactory customer service as well.

Ladies staffs are very rude, they don’t know how to talk with customers, don’t know where to find stuffs. I had so many times bad experiences. Strongly suggest to change ladies staffs

Good Indian grocery store you can find almost everything from dry to fresh grocery. Overall is good place. Have enough parking on back.
Only thing I found was No-one ever says Thank You or Repeat Purchase totals.

The only reason I took fifth star was for customer service and esp.one employee is always not even talking to You and not even a smile. Adding this on review so maybe owners can know and do something for betterment of business.
