I can not say enough good things about my experience at OM. First off, the people and atmosphere are absolutely lovely. I have chronic pain and cervical disc issues, which, for the first time in countless years, I actually have relief from. Not for hours or days but weeks and hopefully a few more visits, years. I have been to massage and physio therapy, and I can honestly say this, osteopathy, has been the better option by far. Thank you to my therapist Dryden and OM!

I have been going to OM for a couple of year now. Excellent service, very professional. The booking app is easy to use. In 2023 I needed to try something new for all my cycling aches and pains, so began seeing Dryden, first time seeing an Osteopath. This has been a tremendous help keeping me out on the road, even did my first 100k ride in the spring with his helping hand. I appreciate that he can dumb down what he is seeing and educate me on the root causes, this really helps me zero in on my daily stretching and strengthening exercises. So, you should go to OM too.

Had an amazing experience trying out facial rejuvenation acupuncture with Dr. Mackenzie. I felt extremely well taken care of and couldn’t believe how relaxed I was after. My treatment was yesterday and I still feel the relaxation effects today! The front desk associate was super friendly and I felt comfortable and relaxed right away on arrival to OM. Will definitely be returning!

So a year and bit ago I moved from downtown Toronto to Dundas. I feared having to find a new massage therapist and more. However, after my second attempt, I came across Danielle Tompa RMT at OM Massage and Wellness and haven’t looked back. Danielle takes your health and wellness into place and provides treatment to help relieve tired and sore muscles. She’s also provides you with stretches to target those really fussy areas (at your request). Danielle is awesome!

OM wellness goes above and beyond! Walking in the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, always a plant nearby to admire and a cozy clean vibe. I mainly use massage therapy services from Rebecca Wasilewski and she is PHENOMENAL. The massage services are the best I’ve ever had. Rebecca listens to what’s going on with your body and let’s you know a game plan to get you feeling your best. After a car accident I had some whiplash bothering me. I didn’t have anything booked, but reached out to Rebecca I was promptly scheduled an emergency appointment to get some relief. She truly cares about your recovery and keeping you feeling your best. Hot towels after a massage are a nice touch and you never feel rushed with time to get ready before and after. I’ve utilized some other staff for massages and osteopathy also and they’re wonderful. Trying out some Yoga classes here are on my to-do list. I cannot say enough good things about OM wellness!

I've been going to see Danelle at Om for that last bunch of months and it's been great! I've generally noticed a huge improvement due to Danielle's skills and professionalism! Plus she's a great hang! Om is awesome! My wife goes to Om as well and also loves it!

I went for an acupuncture treatment for the first time today. Lydia Kovics was warm and welcoming, helped me relax immediately and gave me a treatment which left me feeling calm and yet invigorated and euphoric. I am sure it released pent up anxiety as well as helped to promote healing of a fractured hand and to help the healing of a cancer scar on my face. I highly recommend OM and only wished I had gone to Lydia sooner. Thank you Lydia. I look forward to coming next week.

I received a 90 minute massage as a gift from my partner for Christmas, and finally used it yesterday. I walked into a peaceful front area with calming aromas and lovely women who greeted me upon arrival. Danielle, my massage therapist, then greeted me and gave me a tour of the rest of OM. I was taken aback by the lovely little space and already wanted to come back and try the yoga classes! Danielle then took me into the massage room, and went over what she would be doing and if there was any areas I wanted her to focus on. She made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. Lovely and calming music played quietly as Danielle began, and before I knew it, I drifted off into pure bliss. After the massage was over, Danielle stepped out of the room and assured me to take the time I needed to dress and gather my belongings. When I was finished, I settled up and spoke to Danielle and another woman (who’s name I don’t recall) about the other services OM offers such as yoga classes and acupuncture. I will DEFINITELY be coming back, and HIGHLY recommend OM Wellness to anyone who is looking to clear their mind, enjoy a wonderful massage, and leave feeling absolutely refreshed and rejuvenated. I had one of the best massages that I have ever had! The location is clean and professional. I did not have to wait at all. Amanda customized the treatment to meet my needs (neck, back, shoulders). She was unintrusive and allowed me to relax. I can't believe the difference I feel (who knew I was carrying so much tension and stress). I would definitely recommend this business and I plan to return.

I bought a massage certificate intending on gifting it to my partner as a birthday gift. Rebecca at OM Massage & Wellness was very quick and courteous in her response and I was able to have the certificate emailed in time for the surprise short notice. Upon realizing that I purchased a gift in an entirely different region, and that myself nor my partner are able to travel 1HR+ to redeem the gift, I reached out to see if a refund or exchange was possible.

Rebecca was kind and understanding, and offered to refund the full amount despite my mistake. Customer service was most definitely excellent. If our friends or family are in the area, we will definitely recommend OM Dundas. If we plan to travel to Hamilton, I will most certainly book an appointment and pay them a visit to support their business. OM M&W has been incredibly kind at every step of the process.

I love going to Om! I have been seeing Rebecca for years now and she is so wonderful and knowledgeable. I left there today and all my back pain has melted away. Seriously, magic! I feel great everytime I leave.

I love going to OM. I have chronic neck issues & have been seeing Melisa for many years. I have always told her she’s pure magic. I always feel so good after her treatments. I have recently had a Few messages from Rebecca and she is also excellent! I’d say we have the Dynamic Duo!

I have been mainly going for Massage with Amy for about 2 years and she is terrific. I also did reflexology once and really enjoyed it.

I have been a client for about a year an a half and have found Rebeca's skill sets to be more than just top notch professional, but her training (and ability to use her training) has given her an almost x-ray vision. I always leave better than when I arrived. She listens, and checks for any new "issues" and knows exactly what to do. When needed, she advise on stretches etc.to do at home to help my well being.

I have had several prenatal massages with Rebecca and they were amazing! Rebecca did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and shared some great tips for my pregnancy soreness. The massage itself is incredible. The clinic is beautiful and welcoming and I would highly recommend booking Rebecca and/or checking out what else they have to offer. Catherine who runs the yoga there is also amazing! She's a wealth of knowledge as well and so kind.
