I approached Hassan with a difficult and unusual situation. The first thing that stood out to me after having contacted a few people was that he answered the phone the first time I called and made time to listen to what I needed right then. My experience with Hassan was outstanding. I had a short time frame to acquire a first mortgage on my home, on a Leasehold property (turns out this is a very difficult thing to do).
