I recently had my old implant-supported dentures replaced at Dr. Li's office. I was very impressed with the final result, I feel much more confident in my smile with the new denture. The technical staff was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable in their field. No concerns were overlooked, they made sure I was completely satisfied. Excellent customer service!

Dr. David Li is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. My mom (senior) got sudden toothache. She had refused to see a dentist for decades and now she preferred a dentist who is fully bilingual in Mandarin and English. After consulting many friends, Dr. Li showed up as the top option. We went to the appointment and were so grateful for the amazing experience. Thank you so much, Dr. Li and your team!

Everything was super clean and the receptionist was extremely kind. She explained how teeth are cleaned when I was curious and answered many of my questions.
Dr. Li did a very thorough tooth cleaning and I bled the most I've ever bled. Once I mentioned that I thought it was a lot of blood, he just said that it was normal. However, this wasn't normal with all the other teeth cleanings I've had in my life. For the next few days, my gums were still recovering from the damage he had done. I had one cavity and Dr. Li said it was quite serious and I needed to have a filling after cleaning it since there was a hole. I said I wanted time to think about it and strongly insisted that I do it immediately. He persuaded me into doing the filling eventually. I felt like he just wanted my money. Another thing I was dissatisfied with was how he put one of his dental tools and used me as a table. He put the cup near my chest area, 3 inches down my collar bone. I felt uncomfortable, but didn't mention it during the appointment. He also didn't ask for consent before doing that either. While he was cleaning my teeth, he explained everything to my mother, but not to me even though I am the patient (in post-secondary for science, who is capable of understanding). I wouldn't recommend Dr. Li to anyone.
