I hope you will answer this question: if you have thrown away/lost a package, for which transportation/shipping was paid ($356), under what criteria DO YOU CHARGE for a service that was not carried out? That is, you not only threw away my package but you are also charging me for it.

Certainly no company is exempt from losing a parcel, and yes, you are right, there are carriers that have lost packages on the way, (I have personal experience with them, companies like TForce, Premium Line, D&R, Overland West or UPS, with which I work personally) but they themselves give a refund for the transportation service that was not carried out due to loss.

How come your company refuses to refund money for a service that was not provided?

Is that well-intentioned? If you charge me for a service not completed, and refuse to return the money, that is SCAM!

DO NOT SHIP WITH OMEGA. Unless they want them to lose their shipments and STILL CHARGE YOU.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST ABSURDITY. And I won't get tired of spreading the word so that no one else gets SCAMMED.

They lost our box and the company is SHAMELESSLY charging for a shipment that WAS NOT MADE, on the contrary they have spent FIVE months of anguish and bad times trying to get someone to give us an explanation.

If they want to be SCAMMED and CHARGED for a shipment that was NOT carried out and on the contrary THEY LOST IT, then go ahead.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this Omega Trading Cargo company, which seriously promises that it will arrive in 15 or 20 days and for almost a month and a half I received an email that the box had already been delivered and with the surprise that it had not It was true and they told me that it is only under investigation. Then they told me that the box would arrive on that day and it is a lie. They only called me to remove the negative comment that I put on the page. The truth is, it is not a safe or formal company. I do not recommend this parcel service.to send things to Latin American countries terrible cervisio they only call you and serve you very well when you ask to send things but from there and out once you sent the package they forget about the client

DO NOT SHIP WITH OMEGA.

I made a shipment to Venezuela in the month of AUGUST that never arrived and about which I have no information.
Even though it is already January 10, my shipment is still under "investigation. "

THE APP IS NOT RELIABLE. It issues updates that have made it clear to me that it is not the real one.
I began to have an update where I delayed the delivery date week by week, with the last status being "national distribution" until I stopped updating.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On multiple occasions when they hear my name they divert the call or promise to call back and never do. Also, getting real information is IMPOSSIBLE. Hopefully all they give me is some pretty GENERIC AND MISLEADING information with the promise of following a protocol that seems to have no end.

DO NOT SHIP WITH OMEGA.

I was robbed. I sent 2 suitcases and I paid more to send suitcases and it turns out that after a while it took a while to arrive, my clothes arrived in a box, the worst service, really, not recommended at all.

I have sent parcels with this company to Colombia for several years now and the service is fantastic. The parcels arrive on time and there is an excellent tracking system so that I know where my parcel is at any time. The staff is very helpful and the price is the best anywhere. I highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying that they were recommended to me by a personal friend of theirs. They started off pretty good with replying to me in a timely manner and answering my questions etc.
Then as it came closer to the date of delivery of our container, I had no idea what to do or expect because they wouldn’t reply. Specifically the lady who deals with containers. Apparently nobody else in that office deals with that so therefore nobody else could help me.
We were advised at 8: 15am that our container would arrive at 8: 30am. And we were a 20 minute drive away and with our kids. Since nothing was confirmed before then, we didn’t make concrete arrangements for babysitters and help with moving. So we had to get there asap, get someone to watch the kids and couldn’t ask for anyone to help us with such short notice (not even hired help).
What should have been approximately 30 days to arrive at its final destination, it was more like 120 days. She said it was port congestion which I believe to a certain extent but the regaling also showed my container was all over the place and dates did not match up. It also was inspected on the USA and we had to pay additional for that. And I was unaware that it would even go to the USA as that was not my port of departure or arrival.
The agent dealing with the arrival at destination was concerned because it was due to arrive within a few days and all the vessel and port fees were outstanding. I had paid Omega in full 2 months prior to the day of that conversation so you can imagine my disappointment once again.
Finally, when we received our container and unloaded it, we had many broken items. I emailed Omega twice for an answer on how to proceed since we purchased the insurance and I’m still waiting for a reply.
My friends who recommended them are super embarrassed that this happened and have mentioned that they won’t be doing that again to anyone else to have to go through.
There are many more things I could complain and warn you about but these are the major highlights of the disaster that it was.
Do your research to find any other company but this one because they are super unprofessional, disorganized and not customer service oriented. Well at least this lady in particular named Rommy. I wonder if they’ll reply to this since I can’t even get an answer by email anymore.

I have sent parcels from Ontario Canada, to Colombia several years now and every year the parcels arrive on time, and in perfect condition. The company has a very efficient tracking method where you can see where the parcel is. I would highly recommend them.

Sent a box to Colombia
Was told 5 to 7 days … it’s been 2 weeks and the box hasn’t been delivered yet. Paid over $90 for the service. My previous currier did a better job all the time. This company is full of excuses when I called to inquire and complain

I have used their services twice now to ship to Medellin, and I highly recommend this company. They have been courteous, honest and efficient with reasonable prices. I will be a returning customer.

I got a really bad experience with them. Three package were missed. They don’t reply emails to get the insurance money, you have to call. And they told me to come for the cheque a day that the day was not even open. Very disappointed

Every single package I have sent it, it has arrived it in the frame time, except once when there was disturbance in the city, however they notified me and in the week ahead they delivered. I trust them and they are always punctual.

I've sent two parcels with them to far and even though the arriving dates haven't been accurate, deliveries had arrived in perfect conditions. Their email tracking notifications work and that gives me peace of mind as it gives me confidence in their service.

Way better than expected. Items arrived in Colombia before the estimate delivery date.
I appreciated the email updates telling me where my package was. Customer service could be better but no real complaint. Keep the great work!

I had a bad experience since my shipment could not be delivered in the destination country and it ended up being returned. Apparently there were problems with the customs procedure but it is something that the company should handle before accepting shipments.
At least the company assumed the return of the package to my address and apologized for the inconvenience caused.

Tuve una mala experiencia ya que mi evio no pudo ser entregado en el pais de destino y termino siendo devuelto. Al parecer hubo problemas con el procedimiento de aduanas pero es algo que la empresa deberia manejar antes de aceptar envios.
Al menos la empresa asumio el retorno del paquete a mi domicilio y se disculparon por los inconvenientes causados.

I recommend this company 100%, excellent service. They provided me with the tracking number and it was easy to know the delivery date and status of my shipment.
